C-section: Questions and potential complications... in Women's Health ·
I didn't even put anything on, and you can barely tell.

Linda Campbell said:You'll get through it, sweetie. You'll be fine once you fix the mucosa you messed up just like I did.

Can you actually explain what kind of hygiene routine wrecked your mucosa like that, please?

And what was even bothering you in the first place?

Thanks. 🙂

There are 15 in a pack, one a day.
Did your doctor actually write you a script for that Gynophillus or what...? Lactogyn works fine, but paying $23 for 15 capsules is a total rip-off.

What I’ve been using (twice already in the last few years) are those vaginal suppositories. One in the morning, one at night, like I said. They're clear capsules filled with grainy granules—basically just lactobacillus (the good bacteria).

Yeah, I got a prescription, but I paid out of pocket at the pharmacy, 14 miles (in Canada). Just multiply by roughly 3.5 to get the price in dollars.
And honestly, like everyone else, I hate sticking things up there, so I asked my OB-GYN last time if I could just take the oral ones you mentioned instead—you know, for convenience?
He told me the suppositories work way better. Which, honestly, makes sense.

Michelle Price66 said:Lactogyn capsules work for me too—no more annoying stinging or dryness after I shower.

Is that basically the same thing as Gynophillus?

My doctor told me I should probably take them at least once a year, even if nothing's wrong, just because they're good for you.
The ones I got came in a 14-capsule pack—one in the morning, one at night.

Yeah, count me in as one of those idiots 🙄 who's totally hooked on daily liners. Honestly, I just feel better wearing them.

Look, the "perfect" move would probably be going commando in some breezy cotton panties—that’s definitely the most female-organ-friendly way to go. 😁

But anyway, the OP says she basically just uses lukewarm water twice a day and occasionally uses Lactacyd, yet even *that* got flagged as being "too much." 😕

Since my routine is pretty much identical, is that seriously overkill?
Anyone else deal with ovarian pain? in Health ·
Look, Alex Wilson7, my ovaries were absolutely killing me for no reason at all during the first few weeks of my second pregnancy. It hurt so bad I was honestly convinced—terrified, actually—that I was dealing with an ectopic pregnancy. 😢

But nope, everything turned out fine, thank God.

If you aren't having other issues, it’s probably just ovulation; the timing checks out.

Look, Walter Myers4, she’s giving us the serious talk, but I'm thinking—how are we supposed to be happy if there isn't even a decent dinner on the table, let alone anything else to get settled with... 😁 🙂

briskeagle38 I can't even begin to deal with this right now. Seriously. It’s just one thing after another with people thinking they can just say whatever they want without any consequences. I am absolutely losing my mind over here!
I mean, honestly, I don't even know what to tell you. It’s like, does it even matter? You plant the same seeds in two different fields, but one turns out gold and the other is just a total bust. It makes zero sense. 😕

Look, I don't know. I’m just sitting here trying to apply some basic logic to this whole mess. Not every field is cut from the same cloth, sure, but let's be real—a woman's intuition isn't exactly "less sensitive" than a guy's gut feeling. It's all the same stuff. 🤷

I've read a million times that there are way more bacteria in your mouth than in a vagina.

So, if people actually sat down and started counting every single microbe in their mouths—even without symptoms—I doubt anyone would ever risk an "adventure" involving oral sex... yet everyone jumps right in anyway.

Walter Myers4 said:Look, I have no clue, but I bet it’s absolutely revolting. It makes sense, though—if he’s walking around with some nasty oral infection, like strep or staph in his throat, and then he passes that straight down there while performing oral... yeah, she’s gonna be feeling that same damn pain he's feeling in his throat, right?

Man, I don't even know... you can't always predict how things turn out, no matter where you plant the seeds. 😕

Walter Myers4 said:Look, you gotta give her credit here. Seriously, if you were using protection, there’s basically zero chance anything happened. Unless, of course, your guy has terrible gum disease or some chronic tonsillitis and you both happen to be big into oral sex. Then you might have an issue.

Wait, how does gum disease even affect a vagina? 😁

Alex Wilson7 said:Man, I was seriously dying today from ovarian pain. My period isn't even due until around March 23rd. I have no clue why it’s hitting me this hard—I couldn't sit down or even walk straight without constantly shifting around... it felt absolutely brutal, like someone had literally tied weights to them.
This is maybe the second or third time it's been this bad, but honestly, I think this is the worst one yet. I went to see my OB-GYN last time it flared up like this and they just told me everything looked fine, no inflammation or anything, but nothing showed up on the tests while I was sitting there losing my mind from the pain.
By the way, I had sex with my boyfriend for the first time at the start of the month and we've hooked up a few more times since, always using protection. So I really don't get what could be causing this.
Has anyone else dealt with something similar?

Sounds like you're ovulating. That hits me pretty hard too, though usually just on one side.
Bunny, I changed the title, don't go hating on me.

I went with those big, bold letters—it'll grab some people's attention while making others stay far away, if you catch my drift.

Now it’s crystal clear what the deal is, so you'll probably get the help you need way faster.

silentpilot6 said:Fine. I'm not saying they're all bad... you can actually find some pretty damn interesting lyrics here and there.(

Which ones exactly????😕

"I glued the wallpaper with my tears, you left and took the kid"

"You were the picture on my face, the beat in my heart, what does he have that I don't?"

"I'm married, you're married—you're the mom, I'm the dad—pros at this game"

So, which ones???😕

Seriously, go get your head checked...🙄 😁
😢

It’s honestly pathetic how quiet they are. But look, you just gotta keep grinding like you have been—it's the only right move left.

Alright, look, I'm heading out this afternoon to get them, you know, dealt with. 😁

Should be fine, fingers crossed.

Margie, tell me you didn't just go digging around in your nose with that kit. 😁

Look, jokes aside, besides smearing on that ointment, you should probably pop some B-Complex for a few days. 🙂 It'll clear up faster—worked like a charm for me.
little kikica said:Yo, briskeagle38, I'm reading the instructions right now and it says: Stop taking the meds and call a doctor immediately if you notice any signs of a blood clot—like coughing, shortness of breath... or dizziness.

Holy shit! I'm gonna hit her up right now!

Thanks a ton, Kyle Nguyen16. 🙂
Question for the girls on Triquilar:

Has anyone else dealt with dizziness as a side effect?

Grabbed coffee yesterday with a friend who’s been on Triquilar for two months, and she’s basically dealing with constant vertigo.

Could there be a link? I told her to just check the insert that came with the pills, but she claims the instructions are only in Mexican. 😕 😢

What's the deal with Fruit Loops? I really want to know.😕 😕

Casper - she’d only ever feed her kid organic fruit purees she grew herself, making sure nothing was sprayed or fake. 😢 Basically, she’s just giving them a grated apple from her mom's backyard. That's the only way she knows it's clean. 😕

I used to give my kids Fruit Loops, especially the cherry ones. They loved those.🙂
