Defragging isn't the fix, but whatever ran right after that could've been a lifesaver if you just grabbed the motherboard driver disc and got that installed first. What kind of Wi-Fi are you running? Integrated, PCI, or USB?
Look, you can either mess around in Disk Management and hope you actually know what you're doing... or just try making a folder on the card to stash your files. Oh yeah, when you check the card properties on your PC, how much space does it say is actually being used?
Find the reset button on the router, poke it with a needle until it resets, then just hang out for a minute or two while the system boots back up. Plug it in with a cable, mess with the settings, and try the Wi-Fi again. ☕
Did you check the mouse sensitivity in the game settings?
Here's some info on how to fine-tune things if you want to tweak it further (some of this is specific to gaming mice though) http://www.overclock.net/t/173255/cs...mization-guide
I don't know, man. I built my own rig and they swapped out my defective motherboard for a brand new one without any hassle. Nobody even brought up user error or claims I messed something up... 🤷

Look, I know exactly what's going on and why it happened, but apparently we're all supposed to bow down to the "experts" here. So, I'll just keep my mouth shut. Thanks.
