Cellulite and depression 😢

It’s actually great knowing exactly when you’re going to bleed—you can basically schedule it—plus the cramps aren't nearly as brutal, and you don't have to deal with the whole "accidental pregnancy" anxiety.

For me, my libido was through the roof (and honestly, it still is)—but I stopped taking them because of the cellulite. It wasn't even an issue before; there's zero history of it in my family, I eat clean, I hit the gym regularly, but it just kept increasing regardless. I've been off them for three months now and it’s finally started to dip, so hopefully, the skin texture will follow suit soon. 🙂

The breasts usually swell up during the first couple of months, but I didn't notice any actual weight gain from them, and my skin stayed perfectly clear. 🤷

Honestly, I feel better without them—we're just testing out condoms instead. 😍
Feeling like I might pee during sex... in Women's Health ·
swiftangler91 said:I stumbled upon this thread a few months back, but I honestly have no clue where it went—so here I am asking again... during sex, I get this overwhelming feeling like I’m about to pee myself, even though my bladder feels completely empty. I just can't relax because I'm constantly stuck in my own head worrying if I'm actually going to make a mess... if anyone knows why this happens, please tell me, because it's definitely not a fun sensation to deal with. 🤷

Try squatting in the tub or the shower—get yourself nice and worked up, then just stick a finger in there and massage that area toward your belly button, maybe about an inch or two deep. Just do whatever movements feel right, and pretty soon you'll get that "need to go" sensation again—but trust me, no matter how hard you try, you won't actually be able to pee. 😉
Once you figure that out, you won't be sitting there terrified of ruining your sheets anymore. 🤣
It took me forever to finally get the hang of it, but now I'm getting much closer to hitting those peaks. 😁

And frankly, you're hardly the right fit—a moderator should be someone with at least a thousand posts under their belt and maybe two years of seniority, someone people actually recognize and who isn't constantly spamming or dragging everyone else down. Basically, one day 😍

It would be completely ridiculous if just anyone could waltz in here and start making demands; you have to actually earn that kind of status. 🤷

Brenda Harris81 said:That sounds like vulvitis to me, though there could be plenty of different reasons for it. If I were you, I'd get down to a gynecologist as soon as possible.

So, what exactly is vulvitis?

I went through the exact same thing you’re describing—totally identical. Swelling, 😲 redness, burning like crazy, and this thick, whitish discharge with those little white clumps—nothing particularly smelly, maybe just a sort of sour-sweet scent. A few girls on the forum told me it was definitely a yeast infection and recommended using Monistat cream and some vaginal suppositories. I applied the cream and used a suppository last night; it was still stinging a bit this morning, but it’s almost back to normal now. I have two suppositories left, so I’m hoping everything will clear up once I finish them—fingers crossed, because I can't actually see a doctor until the end of January. 😢

To start, try rinsing with chamomile tea; it helps soothe the symptoms a little bit. I also drank tons of kombucha and ate some garlic—can't hurt, right? 🤷

Plus, a friend of mine works at a CVS, and she said the same thing—yeast infection—and suggested I just grab whatever the girls here recommended...
though honestly, I have no clue where this yeast even came from out of nowhere. 😲

Good luck, let me know how you're doing! 🤷
Can you catch HIV this way? in Health ·
you remind me of myself 🤣
look, you’re stressing out over absolutely nothing 😉
if she’s been using condoms up until now, her chances of being infected are honestly pathetic—I mean, even if she occasionally slept with someone without protection, the odds are still basically zero. and even if we're talking about a scenario where she had a bunch of partners and always skipped the condom, the risk of HIV is still negligible because, let's be real, out of all those people, maybe one person—if that—even has it. and even if that one person does have it, the chance of her catching it from them is maybe 10-20% if they were having unprotected sex with everything finishing inside her and all that. seriously, even if we assume the worst and say she did contract HIV, the odds of you picking it up just from touching her through a cut are laughably low—we're talking like 1 in 100,000,000 territory
if you actually did end up getting infected, then hey, I guess that's just how the cards fell and that's just life 😁

don't sweat it, everything is fine 👍
Looking for a specialist... in Health ·
I’m on the hunt for a gynecologist in Indianapolis—ideally a woman—and look, I totally get that everyone is completely slammed right now, but surely they have to start taking on new patients after the recent changes, right?
I’m not looking for a private clinic; I need someone through the Social Security Administration. If anyone knows a good one, please slide into my DMs. Seriously, help a girl out! 🙂
It’s probably all in your head, but honestly—like someone else already pointed out—you’re basically shocking your system here. Sudden shifts like this are never a good idea, so just take it easy. Going straight for the pills might be a bit much; just grab a beer and relax 🤷

My neighbor actually dealt with intense chest pains right after she quit smoking, even though every single test came back perfectly fine. The doctor just brushed it off, telling her it was probably psychological and suggesting she either see a therapist or just go back to lighting up.
And man, I don't know... it’s like she never even stopped 😁

I mean, what’s the point of having "perfect health" and clean medical reports if you feel like absolute garbage anyway?

Or maybe it’s just a phase 🤷

Or maybe they're just lost in the woods...

Look, just admit it—that kind of music hits a little too close to home because it reminds you of your ex, the one who passed away at that Bruce Springsteen concert. Honestly, she had a weak heart, but hey, at least she went out happy, even if you’re still walking around with a gaping hole in your soul. You haven't brought her up until now because you’ve been lying to yourself, but you can't keep up the act anymore—she was your entire world. (Seriously, if things get too heavy, maybe pour yourself a stiff glass of Jack Daniel's, let a tear fall, grab a buddy for a hug, and just sing along; that might actually help.) 👍

I’m honestly torn—is this agoraphobia or just intense social anxiety? I’m terrified of even stepping out the door, let alone walking through town. It’s actually nauseating when I know I have to go somewhere. Every single day, I struggle just to get ready; I procrastinate leaving my apartment until the very last second, which means I end up being late constantly. It’s not that I can’t handle being surrounded by people—whether they're strangers or folks I know—in an enclosed space. It’s more about the "what ifs" during the transition from my front door to my destination. Like, what if I trip and take a dive? What if something falls on me and hurts me? What if someone attacks me—stabbed, mugged, or just hit with something random? Or what if I run into someone I used to know and make a fool of myself because I say hi and they don't, or vice versa? There are a million scenarios playing on loop in my head...
In reality, I’m not even that worried about getting physically hurt—it's more the fear of people making fun of me or laughing at my expense if, say, a construction barrier fell on my head 🙄 which, coincidentally, happens to me all the time 😕 if I walk past a playground, a ball is bound to smack me right in the face. If I'm crossing the street, some car will suddenly honk at me, I'll jump out of my skin, everyone stares, I turn bright red, I freeze up, total panic mode...
Driving, taking the subway, riding the bus, or even being on a bike is fine. But walking? When I have to go somewhere on foot, it’s absolutely terrible. I hate this part of myself, and I have no clue why I'm like this or how I can ever stop feeling this way.
If I had my way, I'd just be invisible. 😢

Anonymous said:How am I supposed to stop worrying? For example, if I were actually decisive, maybe you wouldn't be replying to my messages from this computer, but from some other office at a different firm. It seems like a minor issue on the surface, but in reality, it’s incredibly limiting.

I always feel like I should change something, yet I never actually follow through.

It’s basically an internal war against myself. It's good to realize you're your own worst enemy, but it's pretty ugly to realize just how big that enemy actually is.

Look, everyone is their own adversary to some degree. You just need to get to know yourself better—find your own weak spots, figure out what makes you tick, and then essentially bribe your way past your own hesitation. 😉

In reality, you are exactly who you believe yourself to be; stop telling yourself you're this indecisive mess.
Or, when you're standing at a crossroads, try this: imagine you're looking at your younger brother, or your son, or someone you genuinely care about. You wouldn't want them to suffer, right? So, what advice would you give them if they were in your shoes? You'd probably tell them to just pull the trigger and stop overthinking it.

Anonymous said:It’s like, if I actually knew this company was my perfect match, I’d be absolutely crushing it right now. I’d be climbing the ladder at lightning speed. But how am I supposed to move forward when I can't stop thinking about quitting? At the same time, I don't have the guts to just walk away because I honestly don't know what I'm looking for. It’s a weird loop—I don't have a burning reason to stay, so I don't have a clear, driving reason to leave either. In reality, I'd probably jump ship, but nothing out there really blows me away, and nothing is popping up that fits my specific criteria—even though I know there are smarter career moves out there. I’m just chasing this "perfect" scenario that I haven't found yet. So, I’m just stuck in neutral, staring into the distance, trying to spot where I should go, but I just can't seem to see it. I can't quite figure out where the path is.

It isn't just indecision, man—it's perfectionism, fear of change, fear of failing, maybe even a bit of cowardice, or perhaps just a deep-seated disillusionment with the adult world.😛

The way I see it—using your job as an example—you've got a position right now, but you know there's something better out there. You don't know exactly what it is, but you definitely know this current setup isn't cutting it. Right now, you don't really have a choice but to stay put and just do your absolute best—and listen, wherever you work, act like you're working for yourself—because eventually, something will come along that you actually want, and you'll recognize it immediately. Most people deal with this exact same thing; it's basically the American experience—nobody is doing exactly what they want to do, and everyone feels like they could be doing better, but🤷

I think the real trick is learning how to be *just* satisfied enough with where you are.
As for women... well, that requires actual decisiveness and persistence. My advice? Fake it until you make it (at least at first).
Life would definitely be easier if you were a woman.😁

Anonymous said:In my eyes, you aren't indecisive, you just don't view destiny as some grand, overwhelming force. You're a bit more laid-back than I am.

The whole "go where the crowd goes" thing doesn't work for me. I can't just breeze through life like that; I tend to try to fix everything, often taking on way more than I should. When I do that, I feel like I'm catering to everyone else's personality instead of my own. I've always felt a little different from the crowd. In fact, I crave being unique, but I hate it when I'm the center of attention. For example, I can't stand it when someone dresses exactly like me or drives the exact same car as mine... So, I like being different from the masses, but as for who I actually am... well, I guess I still don't know! 🤷

Look, I don't exactly love standing out either, but I definitely see how much I differ from the people around me. And sure, I absolutely loathe it when someone mimics my style or drives the same car, but because I struggle with making my own calls, I often end up following someone else's lead. Like back when I was a student—I was faced with some pretty pathetic job options, and since I couldn't make a decision (even though I had to, and it wasn't going away), I just took a job where a friend was already working. It's a decent gig; it could have been better, but it certainly couldn't have been worse, so here I am, satisfied enough.

What I'm trying to say is that you're obsessing way too much over your indecisiveness. There are plenty of much worse flaws a person could deal with. Just relax and take it as it comes.

Personally, I think I could probably force myself to be more decisive if I really wanted to—starting with the small stuff, like picking a drink or taking a gamble on a freelance gig...
Right now, I'm fine with how things are, so I don't see any reason to change. But if you aren't happy, then put in the effort, push yourself, flip a coin...
Anything is possible if you actually want it to happen.

It sounds exactly like how you described my sister...
If I ask her something incredibly basic, like if she wants a glass of juice, she’ll give me this agonizingly slow, contemplative response like, "I don't know, maybe, maybe not." It's enough to make both of us lose our minds.😁

I've become so used to her indecision that I'd probably look like a total pushover to a stranger, but if I actually waited for her to make a decision while we were standing in line at Target, I would have starved to death long ago...

One time, I left her in the deli section to pick out some ham while I walked through the entire grocery store—let's say a massive Walmart—checking out everything I needed and everything I didn't need. When I finally circled back, she was still pacing from one end of the refrigerated aisle to the other, intensely scrutinizing different brands of deli meat.😂...I just thought, for God's sake, just grab a pack of bologna and let's get home...

And don't even get me started on her choice of college. I feel guilty whenever she struggles because it turns out I was the one who talked her into it, though really, I was just trying to help...

She barely buys any clothes herself; most of the time she just likes something I buy, so she wears that instead.

Yeah, she could go on forever about this stuff...
If it weren't funny, it would be tragic, or vice versa...

Your sister is just like me.😁
Even the person who started this thread is like me, but honestly, my indecisiveness doesn't bother me at all—I'm perfectly fine just going wherever the wind blows.😛
My dad signed me up for high school and I couldn't have cared less; everything interested me and nothing interested me in equal measure.
College was just a continuation of that—it's still happening, slowly but surely, and I didn't spend a single second stressing over what to study. I just showed up to the entrance exams without studying and left it up to fate to decide whether I'd end up an engineer or a technician.
Now I'm with a guy I love (and yeah, go ahead and guess, he's the one who chased me down, I was pretty indifferent) and even if I stopped loving him or whatever, I wouldn't leave him—I'd probably just wait around and act in some weirdly passive way until he eventually dumped me.
When a waiter asks what I want to drink, half the time I almost say my favorite word: "whatever" (though, since I used to work as a waitress myself, I don't actually say that part too often)😂 instead, I just wait for the person I'm with to order and then say the exact same thing.

And life is great; I'm genuinely happy, just floating along.😉

(I don't think I was always this way; I probably spent too much time blaming myself for past mistakes. This is more like a preventative measure—if things happen, they happen. Again, I'm doing great.)👍

I’ve been seeing Dr. Baić over on Preradović Street for about ten years now—ten whole years. I’ve tried other specialists before, but honestly, I was never even close to being happy with my contact lenses. He handles everything from glasses to laser surgery; he basically has every method under the sun to fix your vision, from those specialized night lenses to whatever else you can think of. He really is the best, even if he is a bit of a... well, let's just say he's a bit of a grouch. But hey, what does his personality have to do with how perfect my lenses turned out?
I went to some overly friendly office staff instead, and they completely botched my prescription and everything else.🙄
