Betty Hill82 said:Why don't you just shut down your computer?

And why on earth would I do that? — honestly! — I’m certainly not complaining about what's being posted here. At the end of the day, I'm the one in the driver's seat when it comes to deciding how to spend my precious time.

Betty Hill82 said:First off—she’s basically turned her entire existence and lifestyle into a branded product to hawk on her shows and in her magazine. So, as a consumer, I think I've earned the right to have an opinion on a "product" that's being shoved down my throat twice a day for an hour at a time!

Shoved down your throat? Well, you could always change the channel! Or—heaven forbid—just turn off the TV altogether!

Peter Myers29 said:If she actually feels bad about it, then why on earth is she still doing it?

Well—it’s because she’s essentially just a kid herself, really! She's facing such an uncertain future, and let's be honest, her boyfriend isn't exactly providing a safety net here. As for her family? We don't know a thing about them—for all we know, they might just kick her out onto the street right along with the baby...

Peter Myers29 said:I know I won't... and honestly, that's what weighs on me. It's heartbreaking—for her and for the kid too.

Trust me, you aren't feeling the weight of this any more than she is—even if you refuse to believe it right now.

Besides, there's also adoption as an option.

By the way—I really don't see why you're so stuck on trying to lecture everyone else on their own views? Personally, I think most of what you say is more or less fine—really!—but it’s just being said in the wrong place. This woman has made her decision regarding an abortion and she is simply asking for specific details. There is zero point in harping on the downsides of the procedure if she has already concluded it's her only path forward. Honestly, by being so insistent, you aren't going to change her mind one bit.

A wise man feels shame for his errors, while a fool simply parades them around—but hey, please, don't let me stop you from continuing with your little antics! Honestly, if you’re looking for the actual name of that compound, just go ask any chemist down at a local lab.
Just because you happen to be rude, uninformed, and frankly, a bit dim doesn't mean everyone else reading this thread is on your level.

Unlike you—who seems to be nothing more than a walking, talking collection of marketing pamphlets—there are people here who actually take nutrition seriously, whether they're elite athletes or just folks trying to stay healthy. People who have read something deeper than your glossy brochures know exactly where to find reliable data. Go ahead—try to debunk me. I dare you. Use actual arguments for once. 😁

Personally—and I say this with all due respect to those who can—I don't think I have the mental or physical bandwidth to raise six kids, even though I've only finished one college degree.
Not everyone is built for that kind of intensity, let's be honest! I highly doubt anyone could manage to stay in school, juggling exams in between six different pregnancies—that's a lot of labor!—while also trying to earn enough money just to make sure those children actually have food on the table.

I actually know quite a few married couples out there with more than five children. In their cases, both parents work incredibly hard, the grandparents step in to help out constantly, and honestly, everything seems to be running smoothly. There’s one couple I know with eight kids—the mother actually finished two degrees!—and the children are just wonderful, sweet, and perfectly well-behaved. 😍

But just imagine having five, six, or seven teenagers under one roof! 😲 Even if they are all "perfect" kids without any attitude issues, you would need at least three hours every single day just to sit down and have a one-on-one conversation with each of them...

Phew—I think I finally managed to process and translate in my head that Mr. Jeleni B. actually needs a cellular diet... 😵

🤣 You really think Mac Hummer wouldn't suggest that to her—you know, as part of the therapy following tumor surgery? And maybe even to help clear up the mess caused by her inability to manage who she hires in the first place?
Let’s take this conversation over to the off-topic board before we get too deep...
By the way, I honestly don't know what I would do if I were in that girl's shoes... personally, I am against abortion, but since I've never actually been in a situation where I had to make that choice, I wouldn't feel right sticking my nose in.

🤔 It’s honestly quite surprising—I was just thinking—that Mac Hummer didn't actually suggest sticking to a strict diet...

Well, that’s just one of those classic PMS symptoms! Honestly, don't go drowning yourself in water if you don't need to. As long as you aren't feeling exhausted all day long, you should be totally fine.

nimbleviper23 said:Just a quick heads-up for all you active competitors out there regarding caffeine intake—listen closely! Now, caffeine isn't technically on the banned substances list, though it does sit on the warning list (and honestly, the real kicker isn't how much you actually consume, but rather what shows up in your urine analysis), so one really ought to exercise reasonable judgment. However—and this is a big "however"—back on September 23, 2003, at the International Olympic Committee congress, a definitive ruling was made that caffeine is absolutely not considered doping. That decision officially kicked in on January 1, 2004. Since then, caffeine can be taken in any amount whatsoever! Again, I must emphasize: quality is everything. You really should be looking for a natural source of caffeine that breaks down gradually and steadily in your bloodstream—nothing like that "lightning bolt" rush you get from a standard cup of coffee.

K-R-I-V-O. There is an exact, strictly defined amount of cAffeine that athletes are permitted to take—anything exceeding that threshold is flagged as doping. Unfortunately, I don't have my official manual right in front of me at this moment, so I can't give you the precise number.
James Newman4 said:Honestly, if you and everyone else in your circle can't wrap your heads around how absolutely vital water is for the human body—while simultaneously puffing out your chests with those fancy little "titles" and arguing against facts that any sane person could see with their own eyes—then well, that’s entirely your own problem,

🤣
James Newman4 said:Don't you see what’s actually going on here? It is blindingly obvious—though I haven't quite figured out whose agenda it serves—that someone is intentionally spreading misinformation just to push these absurd, nonsensical theories that fly in the face of common sense... and then, of course, they go about picking fights with everyone else!

It seems like it is nearly impossible for some people to actually stick to the topic at hand; instead, they just drift off into whatever random nonsense pops into their heads—not that I am particularly surprised, mind you—because, frankly, I haven't seen many people in this group write anything remotely intelligent regarding actual health matters. Honestly, I find myself wondering why they even bother wasting their precious time here. 😉

Maybe try applying that logic to your own behavior first, and then perhaps we can all get a little peace and quiet.

And then—for a little touch of class—top the whole thing off with strawberries and fresh cream cheese. 🙂

Based on the data we've gathered, it looks like your journey might come to an end around July 2053—putting you right at the age of 83.

- likely culprit - cancer

AVERAGE Female Life SPAN: 77.1 years

It’s quite clear from the numbers—if you look closely—that you possess significantly more health and energy than the AVERAGE Female Life SPAN would suggest!

I actually have a copy of that tucked away in my modest little DVD collection. 🙏

"Would you like me to seduce you? Is that what you're trying to tell me?"
James Newman4 said:"The author combed through all the pertinent literature—scientific stuff, obviously—and drew some conclusions based on those findings."

Now, this is where things get truly fascinating—the author of this book isn't just some theorist; he’s a doctor who worked directly with patients using nothing but water as his primary tool, essentially discovering these results through firsthand clinical experience. 😉 😁

Look, if you don't grasp the fundamental purpose of a review article, well, that’s hardly my burden to bear.

If this doctor of yours was actually following rigorous scientific protocols, then there absolutely has to be a published paper on the subject somewhere in the archives. Come on, be reasonable—just drop a link or a formal citation so we can actually take a look at the data ourselves.
James Newman4 said:• Roughly 75% of people are living in a state of chronic dehydration.
• For about 37% of folks, that thirst mechanism is so incredibly muffled that they actually mistake it for hunger pangs—it's a total biological glitch!
• Even a tiny bit of dehydration can drag your metabolism down by as much as 3%.
• A single glass of water was enough to shut down those late-night snack attacks for nearly 100% of the dieters involved in a study conducted at the University of Washington.
• Not getting enough water is hands-down the number one culprit behind daily fatigue.
• Preliminary research suggests that sipping 8 to 10 glasses of water a day might significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of people struggling with those issues.
• Just a mere 2% drop in your body's water levels can lead to brain fog—we're talking short-term memory lapses, struggling with basic mental math, or just having a hard time focusing on a computer screen or a page of text.
• Staying hydrated by drinking 5 glasses of water a day could slash the risk of colon cancer by 45%, breast cancer by 79%, and bladder cancer by 50%.

Honestly, the research cited above completely dismantles most of that nonsense you’ve been picking up from... well, wherever you find it...
If anyone is interested—and if we were dealing with a language barrier, I'd be happy to whip up a summary—this author combed through all the pertinent scientific literature and reached certain conclusions based on the data. It’s the standard procedure, really—you know how it goes with The Scoundrels, James Newman4...

James Newman4 said:I honestly didn't believe it, but this is the absolute truth... when people run out of actual arguments and just can't wrap their heads around the facts, that "expert crew" (nimbledriver81, Sarah Gomez52, violent.., jadesailor14, Rachel Brooks63, ..... forgive me if I missed anyone!) starts grabbing onto comments that have absolutely nothing to do with what we're even discussing here.

If I may—I’d suggest paying a little more attention to basic English proficiency! See, the word "topic" refers to the subject at hand. A "top" is just a small shirt—you know, like something you'd find in the fashion section.

Don't you worry about our expertise; there are plenty of people to handle that—thank you kindly. And believe me, there are plenty of folks around to (pre)judge it all.

Oh, there is Phe for you! Every bit of HL soy feeds your cells exactly what they order—if you need insulin, you get it; if you need Phe, you get it; and if Phe is bothering you, well, HL soy is just that smart, and you'll simply flush it right out...

And if they actually possess a few functioning gray cells (by which I mean supplements, of course), then having some "nutritional advisors" around wouldn't be such a bad idea either.

Imagine if you could see results in just a week... then you and Mac could probably buy a massive mansion right off a busy Beverly Hills intersection just from the cash you're making.

Honestly, if all this stuff actually works as promised, I’ll gladly pay double for that powder.

The thing is, they'd much rather have your money upfront. If things go south later, you can always mail your complaints to Hawaii. Or, wait—pardon me—to the Virgin Islands.
