Everything is much clearer now. Honestly, I agree with what the guy above said. Those 50-odd planes won't mean a thing without the necessary infrastructure; they’re basically just flying supply trucks. The Russians will pick them off the moment they cross the border from Poland. It would be just like when NATO flew jets out of Avian and the Russians shot down those Migs over Brooklyn.

The real question is why on earth is Poland pushing for this if even us laypeople on this forum can see the flaws? Maybe they want to bait Putin into striking Polish airfields, forcing NATO to jump straight into Ukraine so we all go down in flames together.

Do you honestly think sitting on your couch behind a screen gives you more insight than military strategists, analysts, the armed forces, or NATO command? I'm convinced they already account for everything you’re typing, and then some. They’ve factored it in a thousand times over.

The Ukrainian side claims they reached an agreement allowing their pilots to use operational airfields in Poland. I don't know how smart that move is. Putin could easily launch a ballistic missile at those airfields and just say, "See? I told you so." Anyway, the Ukrainians are saying they've been handed 70 aircraft. Mostly MiG-29s, maybe 25 of them. Who knows what kind of condition they're actually in? Besides, what happened to the rest of the Ukrainian fleet? Sure, they lost some airfields, but the planes were tucked away in hangars or buried in hillsides. They didn't manage to wipe out 300 planes sitting on the ground.

With this final battle won, we have finally ended this war—both on the battlefield and in politics—that has dragged on for far too long. It is a monumental day for the United States and for all of us.

Just wanted to share our experience at this wedding venue in San Francisco. The interior design is phenomenal—top-tier atmosphere, easily a 5/5. That was what hooked us immediately when we started searching for a location. The restaurant is a bit pricier than other spots in San Francisco (like Rusulica, Bolero, Two Hearts, or Ballet), which is expected given the prime location, the vibe, and their reputation. If you decide on this place, you won't be lacking in terms of quality.

However, I have one major criticism that forced me to post this on the forum. If you are debating between several restaurants in San Francisco, maybe this will help your decision. When we were negotiating the price, we reached an explicit agreement that drinks would be UNLIMITED!!! We were given two pricing options: the first allowed each guest up to about 10 drinks, and the second offered UNLIMITED drinks per person. Naturally, the second option was more expensive. I wanted to relax during the evening without stressing over the final bill if someone happened to grab five extra beers. Usually, restaurants make their biggest margins on drinks. So, we agreed on the price where everyone could drink as much as they wanted, whatever they wanted. From the very start of the night, the waiter was slow as a snail. Every time someone ordered a carafe of water or a beer, it took forever—as if he were trekking all the way to a brewery in Chicago just to fetch them from the vat. By the time he returned, someone else was already asking for more. Midway through the night, the owner requested that the bill be settled early (that’s their custom). After I paid the bill, he proceeded to lock the beer coolers. Anyone who wanted another drink had to pay extra, under the justification that the bill had already been settled. 🤷
I obviously had no idea this was happening; you can't know what's going on in a corner of the room. I only found out yesterday when people started telling me about it. Honestly, this pissed me off enough to write this.

By the next European match, we’ll either be thriving or completely broke. By then, we should have the cash from Vukasic and Sharbinin, which could easily sell out Dodger Stadium at least twice. The European games you're talking about don't change our financial reality. If we're just breaking even, our fans' flare displays won't sink us or save us.

This game was about so much more than just a score. It carried weight for the group and shaped the entire course of our history. Looking back, thank God everyone from that match is still around, and most of them are still holding it down in the North Stand. The point is, the soul of this group hasn't shifted. You don't build true character in a season or two; it takes a decade of staying the course.

It was a total lapse in judgment. Look at the average age in the stands, the drumming, the organization, all of it.
Ever since certain groups backed off, everything has rested on one man's shoulders. That includes your video section and a million other small things I won't bother listing.
That 2006/07 season was an absolute blast from what I hear based on stories, because I was too young back then. Mexico, Italy—we never missed a beat. I think Russia was the major turning point. 🤷

Go ahead and voice your opinion, but before you start throwing around discreditng insults like "we aren't a group anymore, we're just a party crowd," you need to have at least ten years of seniority in the stands. You need to know this group from its earliest stages in the 80s to make a claim that carries any weight or objectivity. Otherwise, you end up looking exactly like you do right now. You say you "heard" that the 06/07 season was a "blast." You can't make a definitive assertion when your entire argument is based on "I heard." Someone just a few years older than you who actually lived through the 05, 06, and 07 seasons could tell you that in that 07 season—which you call a "blast"—we suffered our toughest defeat (against Bielefeld) since the group was formed, and that away trips were done in single vans out of Miami, and that we were never even heard at Yankee Stadium, etc., etc. And as for that photo of Yankee Stadium you posted, it's completely worn out. If I showed you a picture of the other side of the stands from that same game, you'd see exactly how much of a "party crowd" you all really are. 😉

What exactly are we even talking about here? If you’re trying to reference the era when Stipa Lekić was around—before he was moved out for a bunch of different reasons that I have no interest in digging into—then you can't use this video or that footage from San Francisco 2009 as the gold standard for what a group should look like. In the video you posted, Stipe was just getting started, and that specific energy is what actually kickstarted everything. That match was the turning point where the group finally began to unify, and from that moment on, we absolutely crushed every other fanbase at the stadium. Period. The footage from San Francisco or that 2009 birthday celebration represents the absolute peak of the Stipe and Jean era. If that leadership has since collapsed, then we should be aiming for something even better than that, not looking backward. Am I missing the point? 🤷

Mass appeal is just an asset belonging to The Group. All we need to do is harness it and channel it properly—basically, we need to homogenize it. 😉

Anger shouldn't be part of a debate. When you're actually talking things through, you drop the attitude. You respect the person you're speaking to, you listen to their points, and if you think they're wrong, you shut them down with counterarguments. Right now, the Black Knights have everything required to be a true group—actually, more than that.
1. We have the power to force change.
2. We have the respect of all other groups and social circles (unless we fail to respect ourselves).
3. We have massive mainstream support behind us.
4. We have numbers, both at away games and at home (we can fill three entire sections).
5. Our chanting is better now than it has ever been.
6. We have a crew that knows how to hold their own on the street (when we stay united).
7. We have solid marketing.
8. We have younger members ready to push the group even further.
9. We have kids in the stands (thank God), and we have the Kansas City Chiefs. We have OUR KANSAS CITY CHIEFS because the group fought for them. In the last decade, we've pushed out three different administrations; others can't even bother to show up, let alone take action. We have something for the future, provided we can successfully unify the group. If these young guys pull it off, we'll be in a completely different league.

That is our current reality. Whether we still have this in 2018 remains to be seen. These recent shifts won't show their true results for another two or three seasons. Whether the outcome is positive or negative for the group depends entirely on whoever takes over leadership at the next assembly. I am an optimist by nature. I believe in doing things right.

What due leggie is talking about isn't directly about the group; it's about the mentality and the DNA of this nation. This is just who we are. The issues he describes existed in '83, '94, 2004, and 2012. They will still exist in 2025 because it's built into our default setting. What kind of people are we? Just look at the state of this country.
