Does anyone have a recommendation for a general practitioner in Chicago—but somewhere that isn't on the West Side?

The urinalysis looks fine—as for next steps, maybe run an IgE or a Dunner test along with a stool sample, or just wait until after the follow-up CBC/differential results come back.

I had elevated eosinophils last year—didn't bother doing anything about it, honestly—but this year, everything's back within the normal range.

Just a word of advice before you commit: make sure you actually want a basic savings account rather than a standard checking account. A simple savings account doesn't come with a debit card, and the IRS can see everything moving through it. A checking account, however, offers more privacy from the tax man, comes with a debit card, and generally gives you more flexibility.

I picked up that Jaws package (the flexible one) right before my summer vacation, after having their basic bundle before. I was really eyeing that mobile banking setup and, oh my god, I am seriously obsessed. I don't even touch the old web portal anymore; I don't need a computer or those annoying security tokens because everything is just right there on my phone. It’s so easy and honestly just super convenient. I mean, okay, maybe some people don't care about that, and if you're someone who still loves logging in on a desktop, you'll probably think this is awesome too. Plus, with this Jaws plan, I get a ton of free transactions included, which feels like such a steal now that they’ve jacked up the fees for everything else. But honestly, all that is secondary to how much I love the global assistance feature. I’ve actually used it once or twice already—once for a plumber and once for roadside assistance—and it worked perfectly without any drama... and that’s really the whole point of having insurance, right? You have no idea when things are gonna go sideways, and when they finally do, you’re just lost, but with this, you just make one call and boom, it’s handled.
Anyway, I was super skeptical when my personal banker was walking me through it all because it sounded so pricey, but I have to—even if it kills me—admit that this Jaws thing is actually a pretty solid deal 👍
