I honestly can't decide which is more infuriating! Is someone actually out there behaving this way, or are they just spreading lies about it, especially when there are so many women who would give anything to be in that position but simply can't?😢
I assume you must have had a pretty compelling reason for doing that, otherwise😢😢😢, I wouldn't want you to spend your entire life being haunted by it—heaven forbid there's some kind of permanent damage or lasting consequence...
Look, there isn't some secret magic formula out there 👎 you have to cut out the sweets, the salty snacks, the bread, and basically everything that actually brings you joy😁 The real trick is training yourself to crave vegetables and making exercise a habit, while switching to smaller, more frequent meals; instead of white bread, I opt for whole grain crackers—I usually grab the Wheat Thins, and they get the job done well enough👍 sure, they don't quite hit the spot like a fresh sourdough loaf would, but what else can you really ask for? 😉 That’s the only way this works, though there is absolutely no guarantee you won't slide right back if you revert to your old ways, and TRUST ME, I know how easy that is🤣
This article covers a 16-year-old girl from New York City who was beaten by her father just because she refused to wear a hijab.
I honestly cannot wrap my head around it. How can a parent actually lash out like that over something like a headscarf??? 😠
Unfortunately, that is how he was raised, where religious dogma takes precedence over everything else🤷 ...extremists... they are everywhere, aren't they?
Ladies, can we please move this to private messages? I’m looking for some solid recommendations for a gastroenterologist in New York City, preferably on the West Side😁 , because I've been dealing with this pain for nine days now😲.
Angela Wright :"Honey, you really should head to the gynecologist for an ultrasound. It’s possible you might be dealing with endometriosis or perhaps PCOS."
I didn't get a chance to mention it earlier, but I actually just had my ultrasound done and everything came back perfectly normal! As for birth control, though, I can't go that route due to some underlying health issues.
The truth is, my menstrual cramps have become absolutely unbearable! It reaches a point where I feel like I’m actually losing my mind! It all kicks off with a slight fever around 99 degrees, followed by tender breasts and a heavy pressure in my lower back, but then the real devastation sets in.😲 My hips go ice cold, I start getting nauseous, my stomach bloats until I look five months pregnant, and the headaches are just splitting! Not to mention how difficult it is to even sit upright because my blood pressure spikes so intensely. Last night was particularly traumatic; I woke up in such a massive hemorrhage that it reached my knees, and I had to throw my pajamas straight into the trash since they were completely ruined. I went to see my OB-GYN, but her response was basically just a shrug, telling me that this is just how it is and there isn't much to be done, even though I feel like I'm dying every three weeks.😲
If anyone here has gone through something similar or knows of any way to manage this, please, I am begging you to share your wisdom, because you know just how agonizing and humiliating this experience truly is.😢 Thank you all so much in advance.🙂
First, I’d suggest heading straight to the pharmacy, and then you can decide your next move based on what they tell you... By the way, if you just type that into the search bar, I’m certain you’ll find an existing thread about this exact topic! Best of luck.🙂
Linda Campbell said:But what’s actually on the menu? (And what about drinks?)
It’s mostly built around eggs, carrots, and oranges, paired with black coffee—no creamers or sweeteners here—and perhaps a bit of dry toast, all strictly adhering to specific portions and a very particular eating schedule!
As far as I am aware, a diet like that really ought to be managed under strict medical supervision! It’s typically reserved for patients in a hospital setting who are bedridden, mainly because the caloric intake is so incredibly low that people often end up collapsing from exhaustion! It is true that people can drop as much as 25 pounds on it, but they usually just gain it all back in a heartbeat! You should definitely be cautious with that specific regimen unless a doctor has explicitly prescribed it for you, and if I may suggest, wouldn't it be wise to seek out some professional advice from a qualified specialist? Best of luck🙂
Honestly, your best bet would be to give the surgeon who performed your procedure a quick call, wouldn't it? Since they managed the entire operation, they’ll be the ones who can definitively tell you whether what you're experiencing is just a standard part of the recovery process or something else entirely.🙂
Everything about this water thing is absolutely spot on!
I actually came across an article about this a while back, which prompted me to start drinking a glass of water first thing every morning, and since I suffer from those absolutely debilitating migraines, I can honestly say the intensity of the pain has diminished significantly! If you happen to struggle with digestion, I’d highly recommend eating an apple about half an hour before your meals, and you might find your issues simply vanish after a little while—though, of course, that's mostly for those whose symptoms aren't too severe!🙂
It really just comes down to fruit, fruit, and more fruit!👍
