So don't even try to lecture me, because I've already been through the wringer 🙂 🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣 they brought us home in a subway car, strapped into stretchers☕ personally, I can't imagine not being buckled up in a car🤷 lotta 😛op: this guy is completely out of his mind

The other day, I went out for a walk with a friend and we barely managed to cover a quarter of our usual route—and we were moving at a snail's pace, too—before I just completely hit a wall. Cleaning the house now takes me three whole days, whereas it used to be something I could knock out in a single afternoon.
And lately, what irritates me most of all is hearing people say, "just wait until you see...> "Just wait until you see what being pregnant is really like." "Oh, just wait until you see how hard things *actually* get"—and look, I’m not even complaining (except here on this forum, 😬, because let's face it, it *is* hard 🤷). "Just wait until you see what it's like to never sleep again." "Just wait until you see what it's like when you have zero time for anything except the baby." "Just wait until you see how tough motherhood really is." .......... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

God 🤣 I didn't have a clue during your weeks either, so I just sat back and listened to everything... but somehow, everyone seemed convinced it was a boy, though they were all just speculating based on random things😂😂😂
It’s always the same story with people constantly trying to guess what 🙄 is... people can be so incredibly exhausting. Some woman actually had the nerve to tell me I still have a waist, implying it must belong to a man ☕ ... It honestly grates on my nerves how everyone feels entitled to know exactly how many pounds I’ve gained 🙂 why does it matter to anyone else 🙂 🙂 ...
I guess I’m officially joining that club of pregnant women who feel completely overlooked by their own circle. It’s not even a widespread thing, really... most people are actually interested in the baby, but there’s this one godmother 🤷 who hasn't even bothered to ask how I’m doing once. And I’m already twenty weeks along. She seemed way more preoccupied with whether or not I’ve managed to stay away from cigarettes... just that. I honestly thought when she came home to visit this weekend—she’s studying out of state, you know—that seeing me in person would prompt at least some kind of genuine question about the pregnancy. But nothing. Just silence. It leaves me feeling so incredibly awkward, being pregnant right in her orbit while she acts like it's not happening 🙄 I found myself breaking down into tears this afternoon, just sobbing like a child over it... and now I’m sitting here wondering if I’m just losing my mind, or if I’m totally blowing this out of proportion 🤷
Even if they live for five or seven days, those still weren't your fertile window right after your period ended. You might want to tell your colleagues to actually do some research first...
I didn't spend my whole pregnancy obsessing over every little symptom, so I guess that's why I'm processing this all so differently... 🤷 Besides, I know plenty of women who had perfectly healthy babies without ever dealing with a single bout of morning sickness.
boldbison32 said:I’ve had dogs my entire life, and the thought of just ignoring one simply because I’m pregnant never even crosses my mind. Honestly, I actually know a woman right now who is giving her dog away because she found out she’s expecting—she’s convinced having a pet around is too risky for the baby...🙂🙂🙂
😲 Poor animal... so what, is she planning on raising this kid under a literal glass bell jar?
We have a dog too. Sleeps in the bed with us, everything... and the idea of getting rid of them doesn't even occur to me. It honestly irritates me when people ask, "Oh, so what are you going to do with the dog now?" or "Where are you going to keep it?"... as if it's some kind of burden. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
edit: Just caught the previous post. Just to be clear, I didn't take that comment personally—there's nothing wrong with my pregnancy just because I haven't been sick. She was simply relaying what her OB-GYN told her about what typically happens to women dealing with morning sickness. It doesn't mean—and she never explicitly stated—that women who aren't vomiting are somehow having an unhealthy pregnancy...
I ended up going with one of those Clearblue digital ones... I think they were about $15 at CVS... and I actually tested three or four days before my period was even due 😁 it showed a positive.
Morgan Hughes5 said:Is it actually possible to be pregnant even if I've already had my period?
I suppose anything is possible... even that. But honestly, this doesn't sound like pregnancy to me. If I were in your shoes, I'd just head to the doctor and get it sorted out...
Morgan Hughes5, considering your last period started on December 29th, you should be hitting your fertile window right about now... if you're looking for guidance, you might want to dig through those health PDFs again. But honestly, if you’ve put on five pounds in just two weeks—I’d be heading straight to my doctor if I were in your shoes.
🙂 are just massive 🙂 they look absolutely terrible 🙂 my nipples 😲 I’ve started feeling this weird pressure in my stomach whenever I’m curled up on the couch... just sitting there wondering what on earth is pressing against me 🙂 my hormones 🙂 my moods are swinging so fast it's unreal... I feel like I could burst into tears over literally anything at this point 🙂
We went with the Barclays option and honestly, we couldn't have been happier 👍 if you're looking for someone to play those cheesy country songs, they won't touch them—I actually made sure of that Even with the absolute best vendors out there, you might still miss the mark, but these guys are just too good for me 👍
Carol Mitchell6 said:Hey everyone, quick question here... How much lead time do I actually need to get a church reservation locked in before the wedding?
It really depends on the parish you're eyeing. Honestly, your best bet is just to walk into the specific church where you want to say "I do" and ask them directly. A lot of them won't even look at dates for the upcoming year until the new calendar actually rolls around...🤷 it's like they don't even keep an open schedule or something, if that makes sense. I think I saw some people mentioning that online before...
Laura Clark5 said:I’ve been mulling over this idea lately—instead of just scattering cookies all over the tables, what if we arranged them alongside some fresh fruit? You know, more like a high-end buffet spread
The thing is, everyone I talk to is trying to convince me that it’s a terrible idea altogether 😕 Is that actually true? I’d love to hear your honest thoughts on this 😉
Around here, that's usually how things are done... 🤷To me, it seems perfectly fine... 👍
Terry Anderson2 said:Well, I’m just dropping in here like a skydiver without a parachute, but I was hoping someone could clear up some details regarding the engagement course. Does one actually have to attend the sessions in their own hometown, or is it perfectly fine to head down to where the pirate is stationed instead? Either way, does anyone happen to know the logistics—specifically how and when these courses are typically scheduled in San Diego and/or Savannah?
You can take the course wherever you want...☕ Just do a little digging online, you'll likely find something. Or just check with your local parish; I'd imagine the mayor's office or the local council could point you in the right direction...🤷
Check out the existing thread on the forum about pre-marital prep; I think some of the women posted the schedules there once...👍
Sam Reed3 said:Thank you all for providing such helpful information. Does anyone happen to have experience with the photography studio based out of Makarska or perhaps the photographer Russo from Savannah? Additionally, I am still looking to collect contact numbers for various musical groups (duos, trios, etc.).
Many thanks in advance to everyone. 🙂
Regarding that photographer from Makarska, I’ve heard good things... a friend used them for their wedding. But since that isn't until November, I can't give you a definitive recommendation right now, unfortunately...
brightscout12 said:Hey guys! Quick question—is anyone here actually into Kocka-Band? I’m thinking about grabbing their stuff for a little party later, but I haven’t really caught them playing live yet. So, if you’ve seen them, please give me the lowdown... is it worth it?
They usually play every other Friday night at Vibe Cafe over in Savannah, on the main strip, and then once a month at Favorit in downtown Atlanta... they tend to get booked up pretty far in advance though. If I were you, I'd track down their contact info online—they have a website and a Facebook page—and just reach out directly to see where they're playing next and if they even have an opening for your date...👍>
I was wondering if I could grab a little help from you guys—does anyone happen to have a contact for an accordion player (since the party is up in Savannah) or maybe someone who makes those delicious croquants? Like, someone working down by the marina or something... I’d be super grateful!
www. slasticarna-mediteran.com I'm not entirely sure if this site is even live—I haven't had the chance to check—but I pulled it from a brochure at a wedding expo...
