Look, film is an art form, and I get that we don't all have to see things the same way—we shouldn't, actually—but I don't see anything remotely interesting about this movie. I can't even remember the last time I had to struggle this much just to sit through a film...

Look, there are some decent scenes—the landscapes and the capital city look great, and the costumes are solid. Does it feel realistic? Honestly, who cares? That’s what documentaries are for; I don't watch a Disney movie to get a history lesson. The fight sequences felt a bit tedious to me, and it could have used more humor, too. But overall, it was more entertaining than I expected. Just a cute little flick that I'll probably forget by next week...
For crying out loud, they had to go and cast a Black actor in a zombie flick... honestly, who cares? It’s not like my status as a member of the 101st Airborne Division changes anything about the plot. 😁
It was actually a solid film; I was fully expecting some total low-budget trash. A lot of the scenes really gave me flashbacks to RTCW and just those classic WWII FPS games in general... Not bad, all things considered.
It’s just a giant mashup of Terminator, Flash Gordon, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, Hunger Games... you name it, they threw it in there 😁
The whole concept of a moving city is pretty cool, I guess. If you can just turn your brain off completely, it’s a fun enough ride.

Seattle had a much smoother start to the season, but honestly, you’d expect that given how early they got knocked out of the Champions League. LA Galaxy managed to qualify for the big stage, which is definitely draining their energy right now, but once that European stretch is over, I’m betting they go right back to their old habit of steamrolling the MLS. Even with them looking a bit sluggish, they're only sitting one point ahead of Seattle—and Seattle still has a game in hand against a bottom-feeder like San Jose, though those kinds of trap games are exactly what usually trips teams up. Last year, the Seattle crew absolutely owned the big matchups (Galaxy vs. Sounders vs. Portland), picking up 17 points while the Galaxy only scraped together 10. But then, in the final stretch of the season, they completely choked—dropping points at home to San Jose and losing on the road to teams like Columbus and Houston. Look, the Galaxy have the cash, the infrastructure, the experience, and most importantly, they have that heavy-hitting management in their corner. There’s just too much money on the line for the big bosses to let anyone else mess around with the top spot in this league. As for Portland? Don't even bother mentioning them as title contenders; seeing them at +1500 odds is frankly ridiculous.
