The important thing is that such a subforum could serve as a refuge for anyone who feels stifled by the existing two gender-defined sections.

And I don't doubt for a second that once this subforum comes to life—and it will, whether now or in three years—it will eventually sink into petty conformism. People there will likely be mocked for defending the only logical thesis: that every human is a gender unto themselves, and therefore there are as many genders as there are human beings. But it doesn't matter! Transgender people have a right to be petty too! Let's give them that.

Male and female PDFs aren't gendered—it’s just a label. Both men and women write them; it’s simply a PDF where certain male issues get addressed or male-centric topics are discussed.

I know her personally too, which is why I'm being blunt. It's almost laughable that Lady Gaga became a moderator just a month after Jose Johnson79 did.
But whatever, fine. I'm just complaining about her actual work.
On a thread about "fairness," a user named Gademz posted maybe 5 or 6 times using nothing but emojis—basically just trolling. Lady Gaga deleted it, but you can check for yourselves. For those 5 or 6 troll posts, Gademz got a 30-point penalty.
The very next day, I went in there and wrote "screw you all," which was my one and only post in that thread, and I got a warning for trolling worth 35 points.
His 5 or 6 troll posts cost him 30 points, while my single troll post cost me 35 points.🙂
Later that same day, Gademz did the exact same thing he did the day before, and of course, she banned him, because it would be too obvious if she were being unfair—which she clearly is.🙂
It’s not even the fact that Gademz got 30 points for 6 trolls; it’s that I got 35 points for just one post on the same day he got his.
So, yeah. That's how "equal" things are on this forum.🙂

The third moderator, like I said, has zero posts on that subforum. Actually, he's never even been active in that section. He was born in '91, so I guess you can judge for yourself how much he knows about college stuff like midterms, essays, seminars, lectures, or deadlines.🙂

Anyway, that's my quick observation regarding the student services subforum. I hope I'm helping you pick the right people to run it. If you need my help choosing, feel free to ask. I'll help.
We've worked well together so far, so I don't see why that should change.😉

P.S. Just to be clear, I'm not whining or throwing a tantrum. This is me trying to help you, and by extension, myself, so that student services can be anything but what it is today.
