Or honestly, better this way 😂 😂
There's still 😂 😂

Just take this as my personal all-time ranking of the funniest male undergarments 😬

I’m just hoping that Ribafish...
a) doesn't happen to stumble onto this post of yours
b) hasn't quite conquered his fear of using a credit card online yet
c) won't put me in a position where I actually see what he ordered if both A and B fail as a defense mechanism...

🙄 😬

Sandra Chase16 said:curling - what an absolute trip!

Look, as one of the founding members and the unofficial godfather of the "čudnovat čunjaš" curling club, I gotta back you up on that one. 😁 Even though ar peka and I basically skipped every single practice session, I have to admit, I’m feeling a little bummed about it now. Honestly, everyone else bailed too once they realized how much gear we'd actually have to buy just to get started. Whatever, at least we officially have a club on the books somewhere...

lonebison37 said:Yeah, like two tildes side by side.

Two? Honestly, nowadays everyone just settles for one because it's easier. Just look at what Wikipedia says about it:

Mathematics
In mathematics, the tilde, often pronounced "twiddle," is often used to denote an equivalence relation between two objects. Thus x ~ y means x "is equivalent to" y (Note that this is quite different from stating that x equals y). Especially, it can be used to denote the asymptotical equality of two functions. For example, f(x) ~ g(x), means that limx→∞ f(x)/g(x) = 1.

In English, it is often used to mean "approximately". Therefore, ~10 would be "about 10". Similar symbols are used in mathematics, such as in π ≈ 3.14, "π is about equal to 3.14". Since the double-tilde (≈ ) is not available from the keyboard, the tilde (~) became a substitute when typing. There is also a triple-tilde (≋ ), which is used to show congruence.

Kevin Chavez3 said:Infinity is just an 8 turned ninety degrees, dammit.

Look, I didn't say it like that, but I tried to put the same idea across a bit more classily, you know, like how people used to talk back in the day when they actually had some style.

And the tilde is basically the same thing as the approximation sign, if I'm remembering right...

lonebison37 said:anyway, that tilde thing just makes me think of an endless autumn... like fall forever.😬

hey, poetic license goes both ways... but honestly, if you want an infinity symbol, it should be a closed loop, like a graphic Uroboros, kind of like the one on the box they found Dave Lister in back on Deep Space...

My shirt only comes in XXL. 😬 :hitler: Forget those hellish scales, whatever they say... I don't care about my weight, just the price of groceries...

Anyway, around autumn, you should track down some Louis Armstrong. Probably the most powerful Cajun blues I've ever had the pleasure of hearing.

And for wheels? You're looking at either a Tennessee Stud or a '64 Oldsmobile Cutlass. :iain'tdeadyet:

Alright, a Cutlass sounds cool, but this specific one, is definitely not it... I can't stand those over-polished, "look at me" types that spend more time waxing the chrome than actually driving.

But hey, I've got a non-American ride for you instead: Singer Gazelle 😈

Nah, look closer... there she is in the front, with this little thought bubble showing her dreaming about a cold beer. On the back, you've got the Vega and Gustav logo, but he's totally slumped over, looking defeated, surrounded by nothing but empty glasses.

Breakfast on the lawn 🙏

My absolute favorite accessory, I catch a glimpse of it every now and then over in Annapolis:

- A Pittsburgh Riverhounds scarf resting on a green golf course next to two guys from Canada.

Another favorite, just chilling in my buddy's car:

- A San Jose Earthquakes flag my friend from the academy gave me right before Spajing let out a massive sneeze.

Best moment of my day so far: sinking into the leather seat of this brand new $40,000 German beast, blasting the AC just right while I cruise at a steady 120 mph in the fast lane. The sun is cutting through the haze, hitting everything with this weird, soft, almost Renaissance-style glow... and then there’s "Little Trouble Girl" by Sonic Youth playing on the radio, the volume automatically cranking up to drown out the wind and the engine roar. Absolutely priceless... 😍

Getting used to this kind of life isn't actually that hard. But yeah, I did have to return the car, obviously. 😢

stressee said:who's wearing a Gustav shirt, she's got a bag from Snoop Dogg, and did Eminem even show up last Friday??? huh??

What? I've been hitting up shows in Gustav tees for years and haven't run into a single cheap knockoff, and now I'm hearing this bottom-of-the-barrel crowd is hanging out in Washington, D.C.?

Unless I'm the one... let me double check...
- I don't know any Taylor Swift or whatever other numbers
- Haven't been to Spokane in months
- Don't have the hair, honestly can't even pull off that look anymore
- No clue who Snoop Dogg is, let alone what kind of bag he'd make

Briefly put, I'm off the suspect list. But I'm still rocking the Gustav shirt...

Fair enough. I’ve actually got a Sky album at my place, so I guess that counts for something...
Oh, and obviously, Animals are all over this picture too, since they're basically made up of a bunch of different bands anyway.

Sure, besides Talking Heads and Television Personalities, what's sitting in that window could honestly just be Television.

The only thing I’m absolutely certain of is that once we finally hit the end of this list and decide we've uncovered every single band out there, it'll mean we finally stumbled upon status quo too. 😬

Can the curtain behind Blondie represent Deep Purple?

And what about that little green spot on the bell pepper down in the corner? That's Red on Blue for me.

Preschool trauma? Zero. I never even went to daycare, and honestly, nobody was really hovering over me much either. If I could get away, I was outside all day, or just messing around with my brothers when they weren't stuck in school. But what sticks in my mind most is just constantly running around town in a place like Annapolis... there was this one road leading into the center where cars were basically non-existent, so it wasn't like we had to worry about getting hit. I knew every single one of the five neighborhood dogs by name, and not one of them ever laid a tooth on me. The absolute worst thing that could happen was tripping over something and scraping myself up—which happened constantly, though I never actually broke anything. Or maybe falling into the ocean... yeah, that happened once too, luckily just before I finally learned how to swim. If I ever end up having kids of my own, I’ll do everything in my power to make sure they grow up somewhere like that. Somewhere peaceful, safe, and beautiful. And ideally, surrounded by the water on all sides.
