Yellowing skin around the mouth in Health ·
Sam Flores3 said:I mean, obviously, but I wanted to see if anyone had dealt with something similar first, you know... just trying to get a sense of things. I did a little digging online, but I really doubt it's anything like hepatitis or some major liver issue.

When did that yellowing actually start, and when did you first notice it?
when did your mom first spot it?

Sam Flores3 said:Well, there it is. That’s basically my current state of being right now. 😢

Go find some actual professional help and see a doctor
you really think anyone on this forum is going to have any useful insight
they just leave these mindless, pointless comments here all day
Forearm thickness/size in Health ·
Jerry Lee32 said:He’s talking about his forearms, not his upper arms...🙄..he can certainly hit the gym, but he shouldn't expect much growth there. You can take all the protein in the world, but bone structure is what it is. Usually, people with more body fat have thicker wrists, but if you're naturally lean, they stay thin...😁..as soon as he gets tired...🙄

it'll thicken up, and I remember having tiny forearms myself before the muscle actually started growing
right down to the wrist, and if that doesn't cut it, then you might as well start popping steroids
because then everything expands, including the bone structure, until even your skull feels massive

There is a specific section of my forearm that I can actually wrap my thumb and pinky finger around with ease, which is just absurd. While this isn't necessarily an issue that keeps me up at night, I find myself in this rather baffling situation where I seem to be gaining weight everywhere else on my body—absolutely everywhere—except for my arms. It makes no sense whatsoever, truly.

I used to have skinny arms myself, so just hit up a local Gold's Gym
and you'll find everything works itself out

I'm wondering what any old banknotes from the former Yugoslavia—you know, those Tito-era bills—are actually worth these days.
I've got a whole stack of them lying around, along with a Libyan note that I think dates back to 1954 or maybe even earlier.
Turkesterone: Is it actually a legit natural steroid? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Jonathan Miller7 said:You’re comparing anabolic steroids to some random herbal extract. 🙄 Go ahead and try actual gear if you want to see what a real steroid feels like. Technically, "steroid" is just a chemical classification—cholesterol is a steroid, for instance. It doesn't inherently mean you'll start growing like a weed after a rainstorm; it's just a compound. You already have enough steroids in your body to last a lifetime.

Of course it doesn't show up during testing when they aren't even looking for it, because it's irrelevant.

I’ve seen this exact same claim made for plenty of other supplements I’ve wasted my time on, and I can tell you from experience there was zero increase in strength, mass, or anything else. Just money down the drain.

Right, which is exactly why I'm asking if I should bother buying it or not.

Jonathan Miller7 said:Go ahead and tell me what this "natural steroid" actually does besides being just another useless supplement like everything else on the market.

-builds muscle mass and burns fat
-increases appetite
-improves sleep quality
-boosts red blood cell count
-strengthens immune response
-lacks the side effects associated with anabolic steroids
-doesn't show up during standard drug screenings
-enhances lactic acid clearance

I picked up some T-Bomb and I'm already halfway through the container, but frankly, I'm seeing absolutely nothing.

If I recall correctly, I wasn't referring to ecdysterone, which is supposedly the most effective option😕
though it doesn't seem to be gaining much traction here, despite being a natural steroid
derived from the Ajuga Turkestanica plant, which I believe only grows in parts of Eurasia
it's a rare find, so the price tag stays high

Go ahead and tell me how much you actually know about which products contain it
What’s the percentage or the gram count, and where can I find the plant here in the States instead of Turkey

Hip Issues - General Discussion Thread in Health ·
Taylor Mendoza3 said:So, here’s the deal...
First off, thanks to everyone who’s actually taking the time to read this thread..
Lately, I’ve been dealing with this weird pain in my lower back, and when I walk, my right leg kind of rotates inward—it feels totally off. My knee and everything else just feels... strange? I went to the clinic, and they told me my right hip is sitting further out than my left. So, I went to see my regular doctor, and he gave me a referral for an orthopedist. We did some imaging on my hips, and it turns out I was born with hip dysplasia—basically, my hip socket isn't fully developed, so it only partially covers the bone instead of the whole thing. My doctor suggested I should really get into swimming, but since we don't have any indoor pools around here in our County, I’m feeling a bit stuck. He mentioned that if I had caught this earlier, there might have been more treatment options, but now... I don't know. I'm not supposed to gain weight or lift anything heavy. Honestly, I got a little spooked because he said if I were to gain a lot of weight during pregnancy (like, 15–16 lbs), it could be dangerous for my hip. Does anyone know if there are specific exercises or something similar that could help correct this even just a little bit? Maybe it's too late since I'm already 15..

If you don't have access to a pool, just hit the gym or wait for it to rain
then just jump in a puddle
