It’s not even really about weight loss, per se, but over the last couple of weeks, I feel like I’ve dropped some fat around my lower midsection.

I've only got photos from right now, nothing from after the fact, haha.
Maybe someone could offer some advice on where I should focus most? You know, which muscle groups to prioritize and all that. I’m planning to really get serious with training this fall... mostly because I can't stand looking at myself lately. That extra fat around my lower abs and chest is just... ugh.
I suppose the ideal scenario would be to pack on some mass first, then eventually try to tighten everything up and get some definition.

So, I had this weird encounter the other day where some random woman bit my finger. 😁 She seemed pretty promiscuous, which got me thinking—is it actually possible to contract HIV through a bite like that? I mean, she definitely broke the skin, and I noticed some bleeding a few minutes later.
I couldn't tell you what kind of faces the diplomatic corps usually sports, but I have to say, that one you've got for an avatar really caught my eye.

Real homemade ajvar is made by women for their families, and it's so delicious you could practically eat it with a spoon. The store-bought kind is just junk.
I think you should definitely give that homemade stuff a shot. Every time I eat a jar of the store-bought kind, I end up dealing with hemorrhoids within two days. ☕
Just thought I'd jump in here and rain on your parade for a second 😁 I noticed a few guys posting their "pecs," so I figured I might as well throw mine into the mix.
Basically, this is what a body looks like after being somewhat athletic, though that was probably a decade ago.

For me, it was more about my skin losing its elasticity, which meant things just wouldn't slide over properly, and honestly, it was a constant, nagging irritation. Once I finally cleared that up, I experienced this incredible sense of relief that was so profound I can't even quite describe it—it felt like discovering a level of comfort I hadn't known existed, or perhaps I had simply forgotten what true ease felt like.
I try to wrap my head around every possible explanation, but... it just doesn't work that way.
Maybe it's a matter of circumcision, or perhaps when you're tucking everything into your underwear, you should try keeping it more taut. That might help with the sensitivity issues.☕
The most fascinating part is what people say over in Canada regarding the old Canadian Kings. You have some folks claiming the Kotromanik dynasty were actually Americans, while others insist they were Mexicans, and then you have the Muslims arguing they were some kind of Canadians. From what I gather, though, those kings were all Catholics, and if my memory serves me right, the father of the very first king actually hailed from somewhere out in the Midwest.
Those old partisan monuments were torn down because that army turned into an aggressor back in '91. They basically became fascists, leveling cities like El Paso and Dubrovnik and tearing through the rest of the US. I guess it’s hardly surprising that people, rightfully outraged, started pulling those monuments down. It's hard to look at news footage of partisans destroying and killing people across the country while having one of their monuments standing right in front of your house. Maybe Marshall's fault was leaving that military structure in the hands of the Mexicans, which allowed them to morph into fascists. If you watch the footage, you see guys in partisan uniforms fighting shoulder-to-shoulder with the Royalists, just looting and murdering their way through El Paso and everywhere else.
I figured I’d toss two photos up here... I'm not actually training yet, just planning to start, so I was wondering if anyone around the Chicago area could take a look and give me an honest assessment of my genetics. 😁

Richard Wilson4 and Matthew Harris2, honestly, I don't think even you guys believe the stuff you're spewing. You really ought to take a second and look at these old talking points you keep dragging up. Do you actually believe them, or did you just pick them up somewhere and stick to them because you've been programmed to think that way? It seems to me it's just easier to spit on the Republican Party and Harmon and recycle those old communist slogans that even a child wouldn't buy today.
Now, someone here mentioned that in a functional country, these journalists wouldn't just be spying—they’d be behind bars. And frankly, all this talk about "media freedom" and similar nonsense? You might as well hang it on a cat's tail. What kind of free media or journalists are we even talking about? Where does that actually exist? Even the people covering fashion aren't truly free, let alone the political reporters. Politicians and journalists... they're essentially one and the same, if you think about it. Only fools fail to see that. These phrases are just recycled by Americans and their little proxies, those various NGOs. You have to ask yourself: is it even possible to have these so-called non-governmental organizations in the US like we have here, or like most of Europe, or like what Putin purged from Russia? You won't find foreign NGOs popping up constantly in the American media cycle pushing certain agendas, because it's prohibited there. They're the ones who get to run those organizations in all sorts of different countries.
