Life after a splenectomy in Health ·
My white blood cell count came back low...

Wait, what? I don't follow...

White blood cells are basically the body's defense force, produced in the bone marrow and various lymph nodes.
In the spleen, you've got the red pulp and the white pulp. In the red pulp, you'll find
erythrocytes, granulocytes, monocytes, and plasma cells.
The white pulp is essentially just clusters of smaller lymphatic tissue.🙄
Scalp issues in Health ·
Dandruff is usually the first sign that your body’s defenses are starting to crumble.
When your system gets overwhelmed by toxins, it tries to store them in the liver. Once that liver hits capacity, it starts pushing those impurities out through your sebaceous glands.
Since you have the most of these glands on your scalp—which produce the oils that keep hair shiny—it becomes the primary exit point.
The scalp starts overproducing oil to compensate, leaving your hair feeling greasy all the time.
Eventually, that excess oil buildup causes the skin to peel, which is where the dandruff actually comes from.
The real solution isn't some fancy shampoo; it’s about detoxing the liver.
I know, it sounds wild, but everything in the body is interconnected.
A bottle of Pantene isn't going to stop your glands from working overtime...
and neither will pills. In fact, those just speed up the contamination process.

If you don't get your internal health back on track, say goodbye to your well-being, because once the dandruff shows up, allergies are usually right behind it.
(Fact)🙄

Bradley Evans31, if you're actually as smart as you claim, why are you dealing with such terrible health issues?

I just had a graft tissue procedure yesterday—my second one—and I’ve still got at least one more intervention ahead of me.
The first time was three years ago; my dentist covered the area with some kind of plastic material, and the stitches eventually dissolved on their own. He implanted quite a bit of synthetic tissue to create a little cushion under the teeth, which made chewing feel much more comfortable.
Yesterday, he wanted to cover the roots on the lower left side. There was a lot of scraping involved, then he applied some medication and tiny pieces of that tissue before stitching everything up and leaving it completely unprotected. He prescribed antibiotics, painkillers, and a medical mouthwash.
I'm not in any pain, but I have to stick to a strict diet for the next few weeks—basically baby food. Everything has to be soft, nothing spicy, nothing acidic...
They’ll be removing the stitches in two weeks.
That specific spot didn't look nearly as bad as the right side, where the tooth roots are much more exposed. Still, I'm confident the next procedure will go smoothly too.
As for what caused all these problems, it's hard to pin down because there are several factors at play.
Most of us didn't get braces when we were kids, so some teeth end up taking more pressure during chewing, which creates issues over time... or maybe it's aggressive brushing... or grinding your teeth in your sleep...
I have an incredible dentist who uses the most cutting-edge techniques. From what I see online, most people are still getting grafts from their own tissue, whereas mine uses lab-processed human collagen.
My dentist wanted to push the surgery off until after the holidays, just in case there were complications, but I insisted on doing it now so I could recover before heading back to work... plus, I trust him completely.
The only thing hurting is my wallet, because this stuff is expensive.

You know how to navigate the web, but you're clearly struggling when it comes to looking after your health.. 😁

Bradley Evans31, I get why you're skeptical....
I'd be too.
But before you start dragging this PhD through the mud, maybe try picking up the book, flipping through a few pages—it’s 700 pages, after all—sleeping on it, and then coming back with that signature cynical commentary of yours....
Thanks.😂
Look, we need to get this straight. My definition of diabetes is a bit different from yours..

Here’s the point: high blood sugar isn't the villain here. The real issue is that your cells aren't actually pulling that sugar out of your bloodstream. It's not about the glucose itself; it's about the failure of consumption..

When you look at it that way, you realize the problem isn't how the body produces or breaks down sugar. The problem is that the cellular machinery just isn't functioning correctly.
Is that any clearer now?
Now, go back and read the previous post again...

It’s not bad to be a skeptic; what's bad is listening to the same old...😁

I prefer using my own head. What about you?
Look, I’ve already said it!!
Can you guys not read? Industrialized fats—those highly processed oils—are the direct cause of diabetes.
TRANS FATS. We're talking seed oils, palm oil, sunflower oil...

The real solution? Olive oil, pumpkin seed oil, flaxseed oil, or even lard. There are plenty of others.

Swap those two out and you'll heal. Not just "feel better." You will HEAL.

Dandelion might help because of its properties, sure, but it's just an aid. Did I not just explain the origins, the causes, and the cure for this disease?

What else do you want me to draw for you? Am I speaking Greek here?🙄

Man!
I’ve already dug through all of this before. I never said you should go out and buy her products; I just said read the book. Make up your mind after that.
For instance, she actually included the schematics for a zapper, complete with every single component...
I built one myself and used it to kill a cold sore on my lip..
I still use them.
If you don't care about your health and just live for skepticism, go ahead and read the link I mentioned earlier, but don't expect anything useful from it.
There is some seriously helpful stuff in there. A friend of mine actually cleared up her allergies using that book..
As for the fact that the US government hates it when she messes with their plans? That's their problem. I only care about MY OWN HEALTH.👍

What a joke...
People deserve to know the truth. That’s why this forum exists in the first place.
If you think you're such an expert, why don't you start a thread on how to cure pure stupidity?😂😂😂😂

Of all the things I've lost, my mind I miss the most..
Pills can wreck your kidneys.

Donald Trump would tell you—it’s not about whether you’re bloating, it’s about whether you're letting it happen. Just toss some fresh parsley into every cooked meal and you won't deal with the bloat, nor will you have to worry about gas.

People who eat garlic without following up with parsley are making a mistake; parsley kills the wind.
Parsley keeps the kidneys moving, so just take it in moderation, especially since you clearly have issues there...
Diabetes usually hits everyone in a tight-knit group—like a single household—even if they aren't actually related by blood. To me, that’s proof it isn't some genetic curse; it's just the consequence of what people eat. It's not hereditary biology; it's just inheriting bad habits.
The whole family is eating poorly.
Diabetes... it's a mess.
It’s essentially a cellular energy processing disorder. Since the cells aren't actually burning through the sugar, it just sits there, backing up in the bloodstream.
There’s finally a permanent cure.
Type B diabetes is essentially just standard Type A passed from a pregnant mother straight to the newborn. They’re born with Type B already in their system. Insulin doesn't work on them—in fact, it can actually be fatal.
Diabetes is basically just a failure of cell membrane permeability. Those membranes are supposed to be soft and receptive, but instead, they turn rigid and shut tight. It leaves the body teetering on the edge of starvation—cellular starvation, specifically—even while the bloodstream is absolutely surging with energy like glucose and sugar. It’s starving in the midst of plenty.
Why is it that every single person dealing with diabetes stays incredibly thin? Is it some kind of medical paradox?

The cause:
The root cause of that nasty disease? Poor nutrition. It all comes down to trans fats.
Industrial grease. Motor oil. Palm oil—which basically means any pastry you buy at a grocery store. Seed oils. Honestly, if it comes out of a factory, it’s probably poison.
Medicine.
First off, this medication isn't actually about forcing your blood sugar down. It works by softening the cell membranes instead. What that means is we aren't looking at a quick fix here. This isn't an overnight cure; it’s a permanent shift, but you're going to have to put in the work to see it through.
We need to swap out all that trans-fat we’re shoving into our bodies for some actual non-trans-fat options. I'm talking about olive oil, flaxseed oil, rendered lard, bacon—you get the idea. Just do a little digging on it yourself.

You need patience. First, you have to overhaul how you actually approach cooking, and then you just have to stick with it.
It takes grit. Pure, unadulterated persistence.
If you’ve been dealing with this for about two years, expect a six-month recovery window. If you’ve lived with it your entire life? You’re looking at two or three years. That's just how it goes.
Things will start to level out soon enough.
It’ll all work out eventually.
Watch out for the side effects: if your cells start softening up too quickly, they might just start expanding right along with them. That’s why you really need to stick to that healthy diet and get some actual exercise in.

If someone is on insulin and their blood sugar starts dropping too low, they really ought to be scaling back the dose. It’s basic logic. They also need to be seeing their doctor more frequently for check-ups. Constant monitoring isn't optional at that point.
Eventually, you'll ditch the needle and finally get your health back on track.

Diabetes is basically a generational curse, but not in the way people think. It’s not like there's some broken gene passed down through the bloodline; the blueprint itself is fine. It’s just that the system gets overwhelmed. It's more about a cluttered, congested biological engine than a faulty design.
Eat right, stay healthy. It’s that simple, really. If you actually get your nutrition in order, you won't be dealing with all the usual nonsense later on.

Diabetes rates are climbing across the country. It’s happening everywhere. You really need to look out for your family and friends. Don't let them sleepwalk into it.

Trust me, you don't want that. Whoever actually has it, believe me—when the time comes for the needle, they’d honestly rather just end it all. That’s why I always say: take the healthy route. It doesn't cost you a dime.
If anyone actually recovers, they can buy me a beer. It’ll be my favorite drink.
These techniques are the real deal. They're low-risk, cheap, and completely natural. No pills required.🙏 🙏 🙏
Is there any hope for thickening hair? in Health ·
Straight from the monks in the Himalayas:
There’s a theory floating around them—and honestly, it makes sense—that any hair type recovers best if you just trim everything to a uniform length.
The logic is that when every strand is roughly the same, they all grow at a consistent rate. If you leave some parts much longer than others while trying to style it, you end up with those uneven growth spurches that make maintenance a nightmare. Plus, it stops you from overworking the roots during styling.
That’s why they ALL stick to a uniform, buzz-cut look.
I don't know, it just clicks for me...

Ginseng is incredibly dangerous!!!!!!!
Most people have no clue. Traditional herbalists teach that when you're working with potent medicinal plants, you only use a tiny amount in a blend, filling out the rest with milder ingredients. That’s because anything powerful enough to heal can be just as powerful in its side effects.
That's why they are always mixed.
It's about finding the right balance of active compounds. Unfortunately, Big Pharma has turned a deaf ear to these ancient warnings, and now we're all out here acting like we're gods...
Potent drugs are risky. And ginseng is a plant. It can be dangerous on its own...
Consider yourselves warned.

Listen, just stick to nature and you'll be fine.
Look: hair loss is actually caused by toxins building up in your liver. The liver then tries to flush those toxins out through your skin via the sebaceous glands. Since most of those glands are concentrated around the scalp to keep your hair from getting brittle, that's where the trouble starts.
Your scalp gets overproduced with oil, which leads to dandruff.
Basically, the skin starts peeling because there's too much oil.
And finally—this constant overload on the scalp causes the follicles to loosen up, and that's when you start losing hair.
It’s reversible. Once you clear the toxins out of your liver (and ideally your kidneys too), your scalp will naturally start to recover on its own.
Toxins are just chemicals—literally everything on your body and everything around you. Even your food.

Read this book: Clark Hulda - The cure for all diseases. It explains the whole process in detail.😛

Look, Sarah Murphy8, it clearly works—that’s why they sell it—but you better watch out so you don't end up with cerebral palsy.
The way I see it, about a third of patients see a massive improvement, another third see absolutely nothing change, and then that final third ends up facing cerebral palsy and infertility. Is being that pretty really worth the risk?
🙄
Look, this is just a byproduct of how you live. People claim it’s caused by thallium buildup in your system. If you have amalgam fillings in your teeth, you really ought to swap them out for composite ones. That amalgam mix uses thallium as a hardening agent... and let me tell you, thallium is one of the most toxic heavy metals out there—it's a known carcinogen. It's strictly banned, yet here you are, basically sucking on it 24/7 like a lollipop...
It hits your nervous system first, which explains exactly why you're dealing with this. Get it pulled and you'll be fine.

Hm... Here we go again. People get obsessed with a diagnosis and just start spiraling...
It’s about the overall state of your body; that's where allergies actually come from.
If you want a fix for all those allergies, here it is. Cleanse the liver.
The more treatments you run, the weaker the allergy becomes, and eventually, it fades away.
Go find this book: Hulda Clark - The cure for all diseases
And try to value that knowledge.
Best water filters? in Health ·
Sure....
The machine itself might be high quality... but if it doesn't include a water alkalizer, you might as well toss it straight into the trash.
Acidic water is pure poison for your organs. It kills people. Plain and simple.
For that kind of money, you could get a solid GE alkalizer, and there are plenty of service centers right here in Chicago to handle it.
An alkalizer splits the water into acidic and alkaline (basic) streams.
It usually comes with two spigots—one for each type.
When you turn the water on, it flows through both. You drink the alkaline stuff, and you use the acidic water just to wash your hands, because using it on your skin strips away your body's natural defense against aerobic bacteria...
That’s the gist of it.
