It’s actually quite simple.... dustyharbor18 decided to purge everyone who doesn't think exactly like her... so now, besides the chaos already here, we'll just have this echo chamber where everyone just nods along in unison...

So that's it, I guess. Either I got a temporary ban or whatever, because I didn't get a notification, which wouldn't have surprised me anyway. I only see the Alternative side when I visit the forum without logging in, so I know it's still out there. This whole move is just pathetic. What I don't get is that I rarely even post on the Alternative board; I mostly just lurk because some threads are actually interesting. But once I brought up the idea of the family being the core of society—which is constantly being targeted for destruction—and feminism as this movement designed specifically to undermine families and children by tricking women into following it, well, she didn't hold back. She just opened fire. Suddenly, according to her, I’m some kind of ultra-conservative, crazy nationalist, or just a total primitive. Later, when responding to her, I told her straight up that she was just a biased egoist who was killing the thread, and then she just let a few more of her troll buddies off the leash. I haven't seen anything like this on a forum before—where people feel totally fine trolling a topic, where you ask one thing and someone else answers, or they just hit you with a massive 🤦 just to show you aren't part of the "in" crowd. Melissa Watson4 is right when she says that a bitter soul wearing dustyharbor18's avatar is ready to do whatever it takes to wreck a thread. And this was one of those threads—one of those fascinating, highly-read topics about human stupidity and the infinite universe—that unfortunately gets destroyed first, while the good ones somehow manage to survive.

So, I’m jumping in here because I feel like I’ve become invisible to the Alternative too. Honestly, I have to ask—what’s the deal, dustyharbor18? I don't really see myself in those groups you listed. Unless, of course, you know me better than I know myself and you're stripping away my access just to save me from myself? Maybe I offended you with some of my posts, though I truly never meant to be disrespectful.
Humanitarian aid for Haiti. in World ·
Nancy Wood6 said:Hey everyone, just call the number listed or donate online. What’s happening in Haiti is a total biblical disaster—seriously, those folks are in desperate need of any kind of help they can get. Don't go overthinking whether every single cent goes exactly where you intended because, let's be real, it won't always work perfectly—but at least some of it will actually reach those poor souls who deserve a fighting chance to clear out the rubble, bury their dead, and try to pick up the pieces of their lives after this mess!!!

Nancy Wood6 is right—you just have to send it without overthinking it. This is a massive tragedy for a country that was already struggling. We have to help these people, even if only 5% of what we give actually reaches them. It’s just pure horror out there.
briskfox65 said:What can we even say about those two latest Israeli submarines that—believe it or not—were actually built in a hostile Germany? Isn't that just wild?

Look, people are saying they were donated now, because times have changed. We aren't in the era of reparations anymore; instead, we've entered this age of "donating" gear to a struggling Israel.☕

Megan Hernandez2 said:Look, people, stop seeing everything in black and white. If life were that simple, we wouldn't be struggling. Most things exist in shades of gray. I honestly don't get those leftists who spit on the old nationalist factions while simultaneously idolizing Estonian SS units—whom they somehow view as freedom fighters. In my neck of the woods, those nationalists were seen as the ones fighting for liberty...
God, there were more French collaborators in the SS than there were actual resistance fighters, and by a massive margin. On their own soil, the French had Vichy France—a government that recognized the Germans, much like the puppet states we saw here. After the war, there were some reshuffles, sure. Maybe some Vichy leaders were ousted, but we aren't talking about the mass execution of innocent civilians.

So, quit the nonsense. Look at the world for what it actually is before you start drawing conclusions. When you add it all up, in 1945, the leadership had a chance to prove that the fear of the resistance was unfounded. They blew it. Tens of thousands of people were slaughtered in the name of communism, and that’s where any fairy tale about the "nobility" of the partisans ends.
The partisans were just a bunch of lowlifes who happened to catch a lucky break at the right moment. That’s the whole story.

Simple and true.👍

And go feed the horse... 😉

Seriously though, you have to feed three people just to keep one going. It’s way harder to keep them hydrated, trust me.😉

Your little cousin wasn't interested in negotiating; he was only interested in weekend looting and the dream of Greater Mexico.
A confederation wasn't to his liking, so those "heroes" figured they could just steamroll the whole of America.

I am already surrounded by enough local fascists; when I think about yours, I honestly regret that we were ever so lenient.

Again, decent post, but man, lately I keep stumbling upon your stuff and all I can say is 👍. My bad for misjudging you—it’s not like I’m hunting you down, it’s just that I open a few threads today and boom, there you are.
My boyfriend is an addict in Psychology ·
You guys honestly don't have a clue what you're talking about, let alone giving advice. I've known addicts—and really, how do we even define that label?—who actually function just fine
They’re successful members of this broken system, and their partners often have no idea who they're actually living with. Look, there’s a much bigger tragedy than falling for someone struggling with addiction. Everyone deserves a shot at a better life, and when love gets involved, those stakes get even higher. The experience of navigating both sides of that coin is impossible to measure. Every single day is a fight. Sometimes you lose a battle but win the war; sometimes you don't even get a fighting chance. All of this is something they have to go through. If they make it out, nothing will ever stand in their way again. If they don't, it'll be one of those hard-learned life lessons their souls were meant to face. The road to hell is paved with good intentions, Kenneth Brooks9. Just listen to your heart and trust your gut. Stay positive and try to help your guy break free from those chains—do it with pure intentions and tons of love, because so many things are stacked against you. And hey, if it doesn't work out, at least you'll never have to live with the "what ifs"
Just pour all your love into him. Ignore the comments, ignore the judgment from society and your own family. Only a truly brave, strong soul can attempt to change something like this. But you have to be ready for the labels and the criticism coming from everyone, even your inner circle. You're the only one with the right to decide to try and liberate his soul. Kenneth Brooks9, nothing happens by accident. Maybe this post seems a bit out there, but I'm not one of those people who claims love conquers all. Only *real* love can conquer anything, and that means you need the wisdom to listen to yourself and believe in your own strength if you want to reach his soul. At the end of the day, he's the only one who can truly save himself. You're just the lighthouse in the pitch-black darkness of his abyss. The stronger your love, the better that light guides him home. The further you drift away, the dimmer that light gets, until eventually, it just goes out completely.
