I’ve been stacking CLA with my running routine, and I managed to drop about 5.5 pounds in just a month. Obviously, you have to stick to a solid diet and stay consistent if you actually want to see results. To be real, CLA is just a little extra boost. The heavy lifting comes from cardio and eating right if you're trying to lean out. From what I’ve gathered, CLA helps preserve muscle mass and keeps the fat from creeping back on quite as fast, while giving your weight loss a tiny nudge. It’s honestly the only supplement I’ve ever heard of that actually does something, but don't go thinking you can just pop some CLA and magically melt away without doing the work.
Honestly, there's hardly anything you won't have to pay out of pocket for lately, since the coverage provided by the Social Security Administration keeps shrinking every single day. You're better off just heading to a private clinic where you won't be stuck waiting forever and it won't break the bank either.
placidjackal36 said:It’s the exact same vibe you get from running or doing some deep breathing exercises 😁—that sense of lightness, being totally refreshed, and all that good stuff. You can get that same feeling with a foot massager that would cost you nothing $50 at those massive luxury spas. You just fill it with warm water, let it vibrate and bubble away, and honestly? It feels like you've been gifted a brand-new pair of feet. It makes you want to go out and run a marathon. Man, if only I had one of those that was a few meters wide. Wait, hold on... that's just a jacuzzi. 😬
@Jose Miller3: well, we're still waiting on that. 👍😁
Plus, if there happens to be a short circuit somewhere in the tub, you end up with a Golden Jacuzzi
I’ve got a question for the group. Has anyone actually seen a massive difference using this machine? They market it as this big health breakthrough, and man, it isn't cheap. I keep hearing people say they feel tingling sensations or like their feet are "breathing," but honestly? Given the price tag, paying that much just to feel some tingles or a weird sensation in my legs seems like a total rip-off. For that kind of cash, you should be expecting a serious, life-changing improvement in your health, not just a little "vibe" that goes away. If it's nothing more than a fancy sensation, I'd much rather take that money and spend it on a stay at a high-end recovery clinic or hit up some legitimate hot springs that are proven to actually work.
Look, moderation is everything. If someone goes way overboard—even if they’re a pro athlete—yeah, I get it, you’re going to burn out your body. But that’s a specific scenario. I don't buy the idea that someone just playing sports for fun is going to wreck their health. Honestly, it should do the exact opposite and make them healthier. I know a bunch of guys who grew up doing competitive wrestling, and some of them absolutely trashed their joints by the time they hit 35. But those guys were pushing themselves to the limit in high-stress competitions; they weren't just hitting the gym on the weekends. I’ve been looking through some studies on this, and the consensus is pretty clear: staying active for recreation can actually make you healthier, more energized, and help you live longer while warding off all kinds of issues. Of course, you have to keep it balanced and use the right form.

Tonight, after having a few beers (I’m only mentioning the alcohol because I want to figure out if it was triggered by drinking so I can avoid a repeat if I quit), my stomach started hurting pretty badly. I wasn't sure what to do, so I thought maybe I should just try to throw up, and boy, was I in for a surprise😲 right after the first expected wave of beer. During the second round, blood started coming up—dark red blood—and it was all over the toilet bowl. I bolted straight home immediately (I even left more than half a glass unfinished🤣), ignored all the advice telling me to head to the ER😳, and now it seems like everything is fine. My stomach pain actually subsided relatively quickly after the vomiting stopped
I’m going to take a break from drinking for a while, though I honestly don't get how this could be caused by having 6 to 8 beers in an evening; it’s not like I was slamming moonshine or anything🙄
Thoughts?😕 (I don't really feel like searching online, but I would definitely head to the doctor if this happens again)
Stop playing around and go see a doctor. My grandma went through the exact same thing where she was vomiting blood, and it turned out she bled out from a ruptured stomach ulcer. Honestly, it was a miracle she didn't die. She was already in hypovolemic shock by then

Look, don't take those comments as an attack. I wasn't judging you, honestly. I was just genuinely shocked when I read how much coffee you were slamming. No one has the right to judge or criticize you for that. It’s just a little human weakness. We all have them. It's totally normal. Thank God you got through it and didn't end up with any serious health issues.
Man, you're lucky you haven't dropped dead from all that caffeine. Seriously. If you take anything in amounts 300 times higher than what's normal, it's gonna wreck you. Even if we're just talking about plain old water.
Sam Ruiz7 said:Same here. My iron levels were a nightmare at 0.7.
Now, after seven months on Ferum, drinking tons of cycle juice, eating massive amounts of liver, and chugging gallons of blackberry wine, I'm sitting at 14.5.🙂
Glad you're still kicking! How did you even function with iron that low? I had no idea it could drop that far.
Honestly, people act like coffee is some kind of dark, sinister force. They talk about it like it’s this massive addiction, a legal drug, or some master controlling their lives. It’s wild how they claim it ruins lives and turns everyone into addicts who can't function without a cup. Please. Sure, people get used to it, but calling it a "serious addiction" is a joke. Compared to being hooked on junk food, alcohol, cigarettes, scrolling through TikTok all day, or even toxic relationships, coffee is nothing. It's a walk in the park. And let's be real—it isn't actually bad for you either. Unless you already have specific health issues that make caffeine a bad idea, drinking coffee in moderation is actually pretty healthy.
Dana Miller2 said:Coffee is basically a legal drug. I used to drink it just because I loved the taste. Now? I can't even function without it. I can't wake up, and if I happen to skip a cup, the headaches are absolutely brutal. So yeah, I’m taking any talk about its health risks with a massive grain of salt.
Look, you can definitely get hooked on coffee, but let's be real—it's not in the same league as cigarettes or hard drugs. I get those headaches too if I miss my fix, but if I skip it for a couple of days, the craving and the pain just vanish. Being addicted doesn't automatically mean it's bad for you, unless you're dealing with high blood pressure or thyroid issues, since it can be a bit jittery.
Charles Cox60 said:So I just started this new job and I’ve been rolling out of bed pretty early. Since I don't touch caffeine, I'm curious if you coffee drinkers ☕are actually doing it out of habit, or if it really keeps you alert? For me, the energy crash hits right around 2:00 PM.
Coffee definitely gets me moving. It gives me that extra kick when I hit the gym. There's a massive difference in how I feel. Plus, people say it's healthy because it's packed with antioxidants. I even read somewhere that regular coffee drinkers get more antioxidants annually than people who eat tons of fruit. Just stay away if you have high blood pressure or thyroid issues.
shadowtrucker18 said:Well, that’s what it says, anyway. I guess it's interesting because I’ve never personally dealt with heartburn from Voltaren, but whenever I take Diclofenac, my whole stomach just feels like it's foaming. 😠
I just want my Rapid back.😢
Are you absolutely sure everything is okay with your duodenum? Diclofenac Rapid starts absorbing right from the duodenum onwards, so if you have a sensitive digestive tract in that area, side effects are bound to happen. There's also the possibility of a duodenal ulcer, so it might not even be an issue with the medication itself, but something going on with you.
And seriously, hide any medical articles from your sister.
To end up with a mess like this, you first need to have a totally twisted mindset, and then the nails just curl as a side effect. Look, here's proof that you can actually spot an illness by someone's nails. In her case, her nails are basically a window into what's going on inside her head. 😂
bluegull18 said:I bet the OP is busy testing out all these tips in the restroom right now, so that’s probably why they haven't had a second to post on the forum.😍
Maybe this guy is actually working on a PhD about this stuff. He might just be using us to crowdsource his research, basically getting us to solve all his problems for him while he takes the credit.
Lisa Martin50 said:😱😱😱 Ugh, I really shouldn't have listened to that. That's it. I'm shutting my mouth for good. 😲
Luckily I don't have an eating disorder or anything, but I definitely know better than to flush leftover food down the toilet.
Look, normal people aren't out here doing crazy stuff, so you don't need to panic. But seriously, don't flush those scraps down the drain. It's just not smart. That smell will bring pests straight to your pipes.
Lisa Martin50 said:Since we're diving into all this weird stuff, I’ve got a massive phobia of some creature jumping out of my seafood like a rat or a lizard 😲
Is that even a real thing? 😲
A friend of mine used to struggle with bulimia. She was constantly throwing up in the toilet, and apparently, it started attracting rats that would crawl right up through the sewer pipes into her bathroom. But once she stopped, the rats stopped coming because there wasn't that scent drawing them in anymore.
Carol Johnson3 said:Holy moly, oh my god!!!!!!!!!!!!:🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 🤣😂Watch out, everyone! A massive wave is coming and it's lurking right in your bathrooms. Save yourselves!🙂
Girl, be serious when things get real. And you better watch out so that wave doesn't sweep you away—best bet is to grab onto a surfboard.
