I usually take some glucose with my post-workout whey. I used to grab those glucose tablets from Walmart (the ones in the green packaging).
They stopped carrying them last year, so I switched to the dextrose from Los Angeles. (The one from Walmart was $4.00, while this dextrose is 20-$8.25—both are 500g bags, so it wasn't a huge deal) — But starting this month, this specific dextrose isn't $8.25 anymore, it’s actually $15 (!?!?!)
Does anyone know of a more reliable alternative I can mix with my whey after training?
Thanks in advance!
You can pick up a 500g bag at Kroger for about $4.00. It's basically the same thing as that dextrose from Walmart, though it doesn't have the flavor I prefer. The Walmart version was sweet, so once you mix everything together, the sugar hit is intense.
I think you missed the point of the movie. Both parents are completely passive, allowing even the most basic things to slide, so when everything finally falls apart, they just freeze up because they're terrified. This isn't some Liam Neeson action flick.
Sure, some people might act, but there are plenty of passive types who wouldn't—it’s like having the rug pulled out from under you; you just end up paralyzed.
>>The core message of the film is right there in that one line: "We do this because you let us."
I don't trust critics or the box office numbers until I've actually seen a movie myself. We recently had Top Gun, which hit both of those marks perfectly, yet the film was total garbage.
This is going to be terrible. They're trying way too hard to be funny with such silly jokes, which makes me wonder how the rest of the movie will turn out.
There’s really no one else in the running. Even if you factor in Ferrari being competitive—though RB actually has the better race pace—they can't even decide who their number one driver is to properly support them. Toss in some sloppy pit stops, and that's the end of it. Mercedes is too far back, and Perez just isn't consistent enough.
Red Bull has definitely had the best car on the grid over the last two seasons.
To me, Ferrari this season feels a lot like the Mercedes 2013. They look quick in qualifying, but their race pace just isn't there, especially when you factor in the pit wall decisions.
