They could probably just hop over to Savannah 😁

rustyraven4, hey, would you mind forwarding that over to me once you've had a chance to toss your eyes on it? 😬

Casey White13 said:The greatest band in Europe... Wind of Change, Rock you like a Hurricane, Big City Nights, No One Like You... I'd love to catch them in Washington, D.C. or Miami... what do you guys think the odds are that they'll swing by?

Look, I’m not exactly holding my breath here... if they're pulling off a massive tour of 200 shows, do you really think we're on the itinerary? It seems like a stretch, doesn't it? But then again, who knows, maybe they'll just happen to roll through 🤷
Scorpions in Music ·
So, I happened to read today that they're actually heading that way... apparently, the plan is to say their goodbyes with one massive final album followed by an even bigger farewell tour
What's the best movie title ever? in Movies ·
Rambo 🤣
Just speaking off the cuff here...
Robert De Niro in Taxi Driver
Denzel Washington in Bone Collector
Al Pacino in Scent of a Woman

Though, if I actually sat down and gave this some real thought, I suppose the whole picture might look a bit different. 😬
Elvis Presley, The Rolling Stones... those are the names that immediately come to mind when I think about this. 🤷

happy birthday to a true legend 🙏
Jim Morrison in Music ·
I would give just about anything if I could have been there to witness his concert firsthand 😢

It’s all just clever marketing, isn't it? A polished advertisement wrapped up in a beautiful narrative that tugs at the heartstrings of the masses... and people, well, they desperately want to believe in fairy tales. It seems to me that this lady, perhaps quite unintentionally, has become a central figure in this entire "circus."

But what exactly lies beneath that perfectly curated packaging?
The fact that Suzanne has been hospitalized multiple times due to depression
only serves to confirm that she lacks the fortitude required to handle this unearned
fame.

Best trilogy ever? in Movies ·
I’d put my money on Ocean’s Eleven, the Godfather, and Jurassic Park🙏
Saw VI: Thoughts? in Movies ·
I haven't actually sat down to watch it yet, but honestly, looking back at how wild those third, fourth, and fifth installments were, what on earth could this one possibly be? 🤮
I mean, let's be real, parts one and two were absolute classics 🙏... especially that first one
.
Still, I’ll probably end up watching this too, if only because my curiosity will eventually get the better of me. 😬
Kelly Clarkson in Music ·
It’s wildly overrated, if you ask me; I don't think it even comes close to deserving this much hype ☕
Street performers in Music ·
I’ve never actually performed on a street corner myself... nor do I have any intention of starting (it’s just not really my genre of music) 😬... though, I must admit, I have a certain soft spot for those street performers. Even if I don't run into them all that often, whenever I happen to stumble upon one, I find myself pausing to listen for a bit (and usually tossing a few bucks their way)
I even heard that Ibrica is a regular fixture performing around the streets of San Francisco 😁
Lisa Wilson49 said:well, if Vienna is only about an hour away, what's the actual issue here?

Look, I’m not even bringing that up because personally, I don't mind a five or six-hour trek to Washington, D.C.; if I’ve already decided I want to go, the travel time is pretty much irrelevant to me.

My point is actually much more biting than that—it's that we are in such a pathetic state of affairs that we can't even manage to pull together a decent-sized concert with a whole month of lead time? It’s honestly embarrassing.
How tragic...
Chloe Mendoza82 said:I find myself wondering, what exactly is the purpose of Madison Square Garden, anyway? I mean, seriously, if you look at how they handled U2—they were practically shouting about that tour from a year out—yet when it comes to this group, there isn't even a whisper of a concert date on the horizon. And let’s be honest, aren't these guys significantly better? It makes you wonder about the logic behind it all, doesn't it?

If only they were actually good now... wouldn't that just be something? 🤔 But honestly, they really are an incredible band, aren't they? It makes you wonder if it wouldn't actually be worth the trip just to see them live.

Dennis Lee87 As if I hadn't already suspected as much, doesn't it? It’s almost funny how predictable things can become when you stop looking at the surface and start watching the patterns unfold, isn't it? One might argue that we should have seen this coming from a mile away, yet here we are, staring at the same old results as if they were some kind of shocking revelation. Is it really all that surprising, or are we just collectively deciding to ignore the obvious?
Perhaps we might actually manage to fill up Madison Square Garden for once, don't you think? 🤷

It’s just two of them, really—though honestly, who can even begin to fathom the sheer level of idiocy driving their reasoning? 🤷

hmm... I suppose she might actually head over to that 🤔
