Ugh, I deal with the exact same thing—my skin gets super dry, but only in certain spots, mostly on my legs from the knee down. Right now, I’ve been using this Neutrogena cream for dry skin, and I also apply some Baby Dove oil while my skin is still damp right out of the shower.

Sure, you can grab a Brita filter and just pour tap water through it to get filtered water—but honestly? To me, the water from a Brita tastes pretty terrible. I usually just stick to straight tap water, though I’m actually out at the beach right now rather than being back in Washington, D.C. 🙂
