I’m an 8. People who claim they’re a 10 are just geniuses in their own minds, which I don't buy, and I won't go down to a 9 because I can never quite wrap my head around the plot or the motivations right at the start of a movie, even though some people seem to grasp everything instantly... 🙂

I know that 😁, just like I know who will respond with the exact right words and tone. Still, I’ll stick with an 8. I’m not the type to brag about myself just to get validation; people wouldn't believe me anyway. 🙂

8 - I actually went down a rabbit hole and mapped out nine different types of intelligence, gave them all a score, and ended up with this average 🍿

Honestly, I’m a total disaster when it comes to interpersonal stuff, linguistic skills—I swear, half the time I can't find the right words to say what's actually rattling around in my brain, especially when speaking—and musical intelligence, too. But, on the flip side, I'm pretty killer at logical-mathematical and visual-spatial reasoning (thank god for synesthesia, because that honestly carries me through a lot of things) 🙂

I consider myself a reasonably intelligent person—mostly because I’ve actually managed to build something meaningful with my life, even though I had every advantage to just coast through as a total alpha type.
I spend a fair amount of time reflecting on things, working on myself, and I’d say my emotional intelligence is pretty high, at least in my own estimation.
At work, people have told me more than once that I should probably go into politics—apparently, I have a knack for sensing exactly what people want to hear, being articulate, and navigating my way out of awkward or difficult situations without breaking a sweat.
I’ve taken those IQ tests too, and I suppose my results were quite decent 😁
