NH holds roughly 25% of the shares because they were transferred over by Tommy.

It’s not that Tommy paid off or forgave $5 million for shares; rather, he donated a single annual installment of $3.5 million as a Hajduk fan, of which he just recently "paid out" $1.8 million.

Tommy is Hajduk's biggest sponsor, and frankly, he provides the largest annual donation within the entire KRAnl.

The contracts between Tommy, Hajduk, and NH are separate matters. Each party negotiated their own terms independently with the others.

As an SSD, Hajduk Split cannot hold direct membership.

By signing the agreement with NH, a loyalty program is established, allowing NH to offer various benefits to its DPHs and core membership base.

NH doesn't profit from Hajduk, nor do they take any cut from membership fees—everything goes straight to Hajduk. Through these donations, Hajduk receives the full amount of the membership fees, and those donations are never rescinded.

Is there any way to become a member of Hajduk without going through the NH process?

It might be impossible to draw a direct comparison because no two situations are ever truly identical. I'll just add that those guys in Belgrade have a massive headache with UEFA, and that’s nothing to take lightly. The club has faced bans from European competitions and heavy fines, mostly because they can't seem to distance themselves from the Delije. There’s definitely an outside influence on the club that stems from all that fighting.
Maybe you haven't realized it yet, but the Red Star crowd has found a way to pull strings both within the government and among the elite power players. Honestly, how naive can you be if you think those fights against guys like Dan Tana or the big corporate tycoons actually change anything? We’re talking about a massive list of billionaires and industry giants here. It’s the same story with the politicians—people like Gašić or Vesić—and then you have these "legends" like Pixy, or the various hacks being plugged into places like Mamić at Dinamo. Do yourself a favor: look into what these people actually did, what they were aiming for, and just how much real power they hold. It's eye-opening.
Just looking back at last season, I remember how many European away games those guys were banned from—even that trip to Paris you mentioned, and we all saw how that turned out. A couple of years ago in Rio, they had warning signs posted all over the city like "wet floor" signs in a restaurant, basically telling people to stay away because of certain groups arriving. It was wild. Honestly, do you think there’s any place where those people show up and the local police don't immediately go into full overdrive? I mean, is it even possible that they aren't getting arrested, fined, or deported more often than the Bad Boys are? I couldn't say for sure, but it feels that way.
Back in the early days, they handed out about 190 bans right off the bat and just kept going. It put them behind schedule, sure, but it was worth it to prove that all the stuff you guys keep complaining about is actually punishable here. You have no idea—at one point, they even tried to ban people from posting flags, handed out penalties for verbal offenses, and even attempted to shut down entire groups through the Supreme Court. There’s plenty more where that came from, and honestly, you could probably dig up a hundred other examples if you really wanted to, though I won't go down that rabbit hole right now.

Look, I think you guys are overreacting when you claim that the Bad Boys are going through hell while everyone else just gets handed milk and cookies. At the last tournament in France, our national team submitted a list containing 324 different names—basically every single person who’s ever been banned. So, this whole argument that 2,000 Bad Boys are facing ten times more issues than anyone else? It doesn't hold water. It isn't just the Bad Boys either; other groups are feeling it, and even the national team is caught up in the mix.
Would it really surprise you if those guys knew thirty years ago that they’d be sitting out two months just because of some flares? It's the same story. One scene over in Canada back then was facing the exact same number of bans as you guys are now. It's a pattern.

I’m not just answering you; I’m answering the crowd that keeps quoting me. Look, let’s be real—there is dirt here. Stuff happens that seems straight out of a movie, where it feels like someone is playing both sides or working behind the scenes with people they shouldn't be. Once you strip away all the online trolling, the constant jabs, and the endless spin, facts remain facts. To those commenters: despite everything you claim is "the truth," when someone actually points out a hard reality without hiding it, you get defensive. You don't like being told the truth because it makes you look hypocritical, so you shut down. It’s pathetic, honestly. We have plenty of issues around here, sure, but there are also strong responses to them. And take the rivalry with the fans from the other side. Yeah, their crowd is pure chaos—they admit that themselves. But can anyone else honestly say their supporters haven't been in literal life-or-death struggles for what they believe is right? Is there anything purer than that? Or are they only labeled as "bigger agents" simply because people talk about them more openly than they talk about you?

Look, you can find that response regarding the collaboration with the president sitting right there in our section. If you really want to dig, just Google the songs written against him and his associates, or even the choreographies that serve as direct rebuttals to his statements. You can also look up who’s currently clashing with his police force—he's backing some totally insane festival over in New York. Plus, check out how much trouble Gospoda Cigan keeps having with that same police department. Honestly, maybe a better question would be: does anyone else have this many run-ins with them?
Maybe you should do some actual digging into when and how they stripped the cameras from the stadium and all that. Honestly, it’s pretty obvious they just forced this on you guys. You were too soft—too polite and peaceful to actually fight back. Everyone’s got a big mouth, but let’s be real: shouting into the void doesn't fix current problems, does it?

I’m done here. This is getting ridiculous. If anyone actually cares, they can go look up the details themselves; if you’re interested, you probably already know the truth. No matter how shocked you act now, these are just the facts.

At some point, I have to wonder if you actually mean this stuff or if you’re just trolling everyone. You're a textbook idiot who discovered the internet and now thinks you're selling myths. Look, props to the fans for other things, but you clearly have zero connection to them. You just come here to vent your childhood frustrations and lecture us with your nonsense. Your "sources" are just random forums and tabloids. You used to claim there was barely any trouble in America, but based on what real people write here, it seems like there's more chaos in your neck of the woods than ours. Your group has so much dirty laundry that if we started talking about it, we'd never finish. And now you're trying to answer me about those songs against the party leaders? It’s embarrassing. Don't you feel ashamed? When elections roll around, people from your stands will be pressured into voting for the establishment again, yet you haven't said a word about that while making cookies for the "Great Leader." Comparing these local thugs to Mamić is a joke. Mamić has been a major player since the 90s. These so-called tycoons you're talking about aren't even in the same league.

Using that photo regarding the NH derby message to pivot the topic to the fans? Are you actually insane? Who even cares about your group? Why waste words on you? This thread has nothing to do with you, yet you seriously try to make it about yourself. You have to be incredibly frustrated and twisted to do that. You’re comparing your little bans over some paper scraps or political issues to someone who was practically declared a terrorist. Your group hasn't even had it worse than others this season. You stubbornly bought your way into bans for your choreographies, and you even got off easier after that incident in Salzburg. After showing those flags and a few other details, they could have shut your whole section down. And then there's all that talk about resisting the police... as if you didn't get tossed around like ragdolls at that music festival. It's easy to act tough behind a crowd of 8,000 people. Then you read some trash article in a tabloid about bans as if every single group has been hit with thirty different ones. Once again, it shows exactly where you get your info and why your takes are garbage. You're a joke. In Saint-Etienne, there were people who had already racked up three bans. Your post makes zero sense. You should thank Valsimot for giving you a platform to work through your complex. You need a ban, honestly; you're just a provocateur. Do us all a favor: delete your profile and stop embarrassing yourself.

Tommy didn't just pay off—or forgive—over $5 million for those shares; he actually donated a single annual installment of roughly $550,000 as a supporter of Our Hajduk—and honestly, he only "paid out" about $280,000 of that recently.

Look, Tommy is the biggest sponsor our club has, and frankly, his annual donations are the largest in all of KRAnl.

The contracts between Tommy, Hajduk, and NH aren't some interconnected web—each party negotiated their own terms independently.

Hajduk Split, acting as an SSD, can't hold direct membership.

By signing that deal with NH, they’re essentially building a loyalty program—using their DPHs and core membership base to provide a ton of perks for everyone involved.

NH isn't making a profit off Hajduk, and they aren't pocketing any membership fees either—everything goes straight to the club. Through these donations, Hajduk gets the full amount of the dues, and those donations are never being clawed back.

"Sorry if I'm being a nuisance—I really don't want to be the one typing this out, BUT here we go."

...during a celebration on the waterfront in Chicago, it was announced that the Tommy corporation—which Our Hajduk took over a 24.53% stake in last fall—decided to write off the final two installments, basically forgiving the entire annual sum of around $550,000. The news was shared with the emotional crowd by the Association secretary, Ivan Rilov...

So, it’s been forgiven.

If Hajduk's loyalty program costs $33 and joining NH also costs $33, then logically, joining NH (without the loyalty perks) costs $0.00. If that money—the money used to join the loyalty program—is what buys more Hajduk shares, and once Hajduk's value as a company rises, someone is going to see their assets increase and effectively turn a profit.
How is there no profit to be made there?

James Smith48 and Bradley Myers15.
Look, I probably shouldn't have made the comparison, but I honestly didn't know any other way to get my point across.
There’s filth everywhere, but the difference is that over in Mexico, people actually fight against it. They take the hits and they endure it; they’re willing to sacrifice themselves and just stay silent. To me, it’s laughable that you guys—who abandoned the club by withdrawing support, who run these shady, money-hungry groups, who use everything from cold weapons to firearms, and who stood behind political slogans or gave direct support to specific parties—actually have the nerve to demand that people stay quiet on certain topics, as if they don't have the right to speak up.
Forget all the internet spin and just remember this once and for all: the Gospoda Cigan crowd is a hundred times cleaner than any group in America. You can see it with the naked eye, and no amount of weeping like a child is going to change that fact. And I’m not saying this as a member of their group or on their behalf. Your issue is that you simply don't know the facts, and you think the problems surrounding your club are bigger or more criminal than what goes on with, say, OFK Belgrade.
People call the Grobari an agency... yet the internal conflicts and issues you’ve never even experienced don't convince you that anyone is fighting against the forces of darkness. But unlike you, people here don't whine quite as much, and they certainly don't give up the fight.
And yeah, every single one of the names I mentioned is wealthier and more influential than your Herzegovinian loudmouth. Some of them have had offices raided, whereas that guy of yours is seen as someone fully cooperative—it’s just the partners that keep changing. You guys should be the last ones jumping to claim repression, only to turn around and protest statistics that prove you wrong. I wouldn't even be reading this if you weren't constantly complaining.
No matter how much you cry about it, another truth is that you guys have enough drama on your entire scene in a year to match one intense derby over here. I won't even get into the intensity of those clashes; you already know the deal.

analogheron19, the key to avoiding all this is believing that you can never hand your club over to anyone else. It wouldn't even be an issue if the major powers tried to bury us all with bombs. What can you do then? You just push your own story and deal with the fallout. But letting some Neanderthal barge into your own home and dictate terms... that’s dirty business, and it leads nowhere.

John Campbell27 said:Is it possible to join Hajduk without going through NH?

It certainly is. It used to be that there were seven or eight different supporter groups acting as friends of Hajduk, but those have dwindled down to just a few. If you look at last year’s numbers, out of about 37,000 members, roughly 36,000 belong to NH, while everyone else accounts for maybe 1,000.

Justin Cook81, one annual fee was actually waived, and Tommy donated the equivalent of a six-month membership, as someone mentioned earlier. As for the other 30 million, we fans are the ones footing the bill. I know this firsthand because I personally contribute a significant amount toward shares every year. It isn't easy; instead of operating as a standard non-profit association—which, looking at how things work in your neck of the woods, might not even be the most secure legal structure in America—we operate as a sports corporation. This means we have to raise millions just to potentially reach a 50% stake one day. In essence, we are indirectly paying off the debts Hajduk incurred due to political interference, which is why the club had to be restructured in the first place.

By approaching it this way—through memberships, potential capital increases, buying out Tommy, and then having him funnel that back to Hajduk via sponsorship—we fans feel much more motivated. We have peace of mind knowing the money actually lands in the club's coffers rather than going to people like Štimac or Kerum, which would be the case if we bought shares directly from them. Honestly, membership wouldn't even hit 10,000 if it weren't for the efforts of Torcida, NH, and about fifty different DPHs. They all stepped up because they want a true supporters' club, not a club owned by a single boss.
Your situation is a bit different; you used to be a non-profit, then became a corporation—I believe Čiro held ownership at one point—but that was wiped out through some shady dealings, leading to the new non-profit you have today. Given your current setup, you won't need to scramble for millions and millions of dollars. You just need the law to be enforced properly so that elections can take place, allowing honest people to defeat Mamić's crowd at the polls. Your biggest priority should be preventing any further restructuring, because who knows what kind of fake debts Dinamo might claim to owe Mamić and his crew; they could use those exact excuses to seize control of the club.

Regarding the message itself, it would have been much better phrased along the lines of "this many presidents and this many coaches over so many years," followed by NH, hinting at the instability in personnel Hajduk faced recently. There is plenty of material to work with like that. Instead, blaming Mamić and a corrupt officiating organization is just poorly executed on so many levels.
And yet, you advocate for the socios model, but then turn around and criticize the only group in the top flight that actually functions that way. Even DTSM was essentially settled based on the amendments to the sports laws pushed forward by NH, which resolved the Kodžoman situation and will likely address others too.

The best way to judge that message is to consider how the opposition in Medjugorje would have reacted to it. Personally, I think they would have absolutely loved it.

If the leadership hasn't actually cleared out of the club yet, then I have to wonder why we suddenly saw those "200 true believers" showing up back in the stands... and honestly, you have to ask yourself if they’re actually there for the right reasons, or if they're just being paid to show up...
And if the big boss finally walks away from the club, why is it that besides those "200 true believers," nobody else from the Bad Boys ever bothered to come back... you know, all the other guys who weren't part of that specific inner circle... they just stayed gone...
Such simple questions, honestly... please, have some mercy...☕

I mean, let’s be real here, there’s never actually been a rule against anyone just showing up to a game... 🤷

It’s pretty obvious you haven't really done your homework on this one, so... sorry, but maybe try getting up to speed first before we keep going with this conversation...

Ethan Patel94 said:Sure, it's possible—back in the day we used to have seven or eight of these friendly organizations supporting Hajduk, but now there are only a few left. If you look at last year's 37,000 members, the ratio is basically 36,000 for NH versus maybe 1,000 others.

Justin Cook81, one annual fee was actually forgiven, and Tommy donated an amount equal to half a year's worth, just like someone mentioned earlier. As for the rest of those 30 million—we fans are the ones footing the bill. I know that firsthand because I personally put down a significant amount every year for shares, which isn't exactly easy money. Instead of being set up as a standard non-profit association (though, looking at how things work over in your neck of the woods, even that legal structure doesn't seem all that airtight in America), we’re operating as a sports joint-stock company. This means we have to scrape together massive millions just for the hope of one day hitting 50% ownership. In reality, we're indirectly paying off Hajduk's debts—debts created by politics—simply because that's how the club was restructured.

With this setup—leveraging membership, potential recapitalization, buying out Tommy, and then having him funnel that back to Hajduk through sponsorships—we Hajduk fans feel way more motivated. We actually know the money ends up inside the club, rather than landing in the pockets of guys like Štimac or Kerum if we were just buying shares directly from them. Honestly, membership would probably top out at 10,000 if Torcida, NH, and about fifty DPHs hadn't stepped up. But they organized because they want a fan-owned club, not just some boss calling all the shots.

I'm clearly a Hajdukovac—you obviously mistook me for being on the other side.
I'm actually quite well-versed in this whole share buyout process.
The membership fees definitely go straight to Hajduk; the only real question is whether that money gets eaten up by taxes or if it goes directly toward settling debt.
The only thing I find questionable is the service intermediary taking a 100% cut while trying to increase their own stake in Hajduk.

Honestly, you clearly haven't done your homework on this one, sorry, but maybe try educating yourself before we continue this conversation.

What do you mean "it wasn't banned"? What about all those times fans were getting slapped around, being harassed from the east or the west, or having their banners snatched away? It’s all fine now because everyone is preaching brotherhood and unity again, so everything from the past is just swept under the rug and we've settled into this truce with FC...
