I've been hitting the gym basically every single day for over a year now, except for Sundays. Just wondering if anyone knows where I can actually order that protein? Their website is completely useless—it doesn't say anything about ordering at all!

Honestly, I haven't got a clue. Nobody really knows, probably because it’s just useless stuff anyway. If you want my take, just grab some 100% whey—something from Optimum Nutrition, Gold's Gym, or Gaspari Nutrition—and you'll be fine

did a little digging and honestly, this looks like some total infomercial junk you'd see on late-night TV... correct me if I'm wrong

Hey, I'm Ethan Garcia40. I was wondering if anyone could point me toward some supplements that might be safe for me to take. Right now, I'm on supplemental oxygen because my lungs and heart have taken a hit—my heart is only running at about 50% capacity. Because of that, I wanted to check if it's okay for me to use whey protein. If anyone could give me some advice, I’d really appreciate it. 😁

For heaven's sake, if anyone actually intends to help this guy, please step up. You all spend your time chatting amongst yourselves like you own the place while sitting on a wealth of knowledge ☕

I have a question of my own, too... I picked up one of those protein bars from Target—the ones claiming 13 grams of protein. Are these actually worth anything compared to the high-end supplements? (I know people have asked similar things before...)
Which protein powders actually taste good? I noticed a girl mentioned this earlier, and honestly, flavor is my top priority, even more than the price tag. Just as long as it isn't loaded with 65% carbs like Herbajebenilajf's suggestions... Thx 😉

I’ve got a question too... I picked up one of those protein bars from CVS, they claim 13 grams of protein. Are they actually any good compared to the more expensive stuff? (I know similar questions have popped up before...)
Which protein powders actually taste the best? I saw some girl emphasizing flavor here, and honestly, that matters more to me than the price tag. Just as long as it isn't 65% carbs like, say, what Herbajebenilajf uses... Thx 😉

Those protein bars? They're basically just sugar and junk...

And as for whey flavor, that's totally subjective. It's like asking someone what the prettiest car or girl is...

From what I've tried, Optimum Nutrition, Dymatize, MusclePharm, Gaspari... all their chocolate flavors were tasty...

But regarding that Herbajebenilajf thing, all I can say is 😂😂

Personally, I stick with Optimum Nutrition. That Double Rich Chocolate flavor is amazing—even when I just mix it with water.

I gave some to my sister, who is basically obsessed with anything chocolate, mixed it with milk, and she said it was delicious.

So, yeah, maybe give that a shot.

I actually gave some to my sister—she’s absolutely obsessed with anything chocolate—mixed with milk, and she couldn't get enough of it.

So, give it a shot.

I appreciate the tip, but looking at the label, it seems like it might be loaded with sugar... is it? Look, I consume plenty of carbs throughout the day—bread, fruit, pasta, juice, you name it—so what I really need are supplements where protein makes up at least 60% of the total.
If this hits that mark, how much does it cost and where can I pick some up? 🙂

As for how whey tastes, that’s purely subjective—it's like asking someone which car is the most beautiful or which girl is the hottest...

From everything I've ever tried, ON, Dymatize, MusclePharm, and Gaspari—all their chocolate flavors have been solid...

And regarding that stuff from Herb Alpert, all I can say is 😂😂

Sure, the ones at CVS have plenty of sugar, but they actually pack 32% protein! Compare that to a standard candy bar, which has way less protein and way more sugar.

The taste isn't even that subjective here; my main requirement is simply that it doesn't taste revolting, like some totally synthetic sludge with a nauseating smell.

And as for Herbadeath, look, the flavor is great, but I'm never buying it again. The protein content is pathetic and the price tag is highway robbery.

If it hits that mark, how would I go about grabbing some and what's the damage? 🙂

So, per 29.4g of powder, you get 24g of protein🙂

No sugar in it either, plus it smells amazing and tastes really great.

Kenneth Jackson3 said:I’ve been looking over this old nutritional breakdown, and frankly, it’s a bit like looking at a vintage blueprint for a house that was built on sand. It’s fascinating how much things have shifted, but seeing these outdated ratios laid out so plainly just highlights how far we've come from those primitive supplementation philosophies.

I can't make sense of that broken link, but if you're looking for specific supplement recommendations or trying to track down a particular product, just lay it out for me. Give me the details and I'll give you my take.

If you’re looking at a serving size of 29.4 grams of powder, you're only pulling 24 grams of protein out of that deal—it's like buying a gallon of gas and finding out half the tank is just filler. 🙂

It’s completely sugar-free, yet the aroma is absolutely divine and the flavor profile is incredibly rich.

It sounds incredibly promising. I’m still having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that I actually pulled the trigger on Herbadeath; at this price point, they really need to deliver something substantial to justify the cost beyond just flashy marketing campaigns.

Picked up some Twinlab whey the other day and honestly, don't bother. I paid $117 when I could've just grabbed Dymatize or Optimum Nutrition for like $370 or $390. The flavor sucks, and it clumps way worse than the others. It’s not a total disaster, but it’s definitely lightyears behind those two. Or even Universal.

First off, greetings to everyone on the forum. Now, for my question: does anyone have any firsthand experience with this Does it actually work the way they claim, or is it all just talk?

A 29.4g serving provides exactly 24g of protein. It’s basic math, really. 🙂

Zero sugar, an incredible aroma, and a truly fantastic flavor profile.

I mix mine with milk. I picked up the vanilla flavor and can confirm it is absolutely delicious.😁 It pleasantly surprised me; I was fully expecting something bland and floury.

The best thing about these protein bars is that they actually taste good at first. After the first few bites—around the 40g mark—they start getting kind of floury and bland. It’s different from chocolate, where I don't really feel nauseous until I hit about 200g. Because of that, these bars work out pretty well as a chocolate substitute for me.🙂

Maybe try using a blender xD or you could just grab one of these

They have a little mesh screen inside so you don't end up with those annoying clumps when you shake it.

And hey, if you really like that vanilla taste, it’s pretty great if you toss it in a blender with a banana

Greetings, everyone. Could someone please clarify if there are any detrimental effects to mixing a protein powder, such as whey, with low-fat cottage cheese or similar foods in a shaker bottle? Does this process somehow diminish the bioavailability of the protein or cause some other issue? Thank you.

Kenneth Jackson3 said:Try using an immersion blender, or just buy one of these:

It has a built-in strainer, so you won't be left with clumps when you mix it.

The vanilla flavor works perfectly if you blend it in a mixer with a banana.

That’s why I grabbed the vanilla now while strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries are in season. I think I've tried pretty much every fruit combo imaginable; I just toss it in the blender with some fruit, then add the protein and milk. A few tiny lumps aren't going to ruin my day.

I went out to pick up some yoga mats, so I grabbed a small sample pack of Double Rich Chocolate whey to try out. I'll likely switch to chocolate during the winter since it pairs great with bananas when fruit options are limited. Honestly, I still can't believe I finally found a substitute for my sweet tooth.😁

Hey there! 🙂 .

I've been hitting the gym for a long time now, so I've tried just about every whey protein out there for my post-workout recovery.

Lately, though, my budget hasn't exactly been cooperating, so I had to put the expensive stuff on hold. That is, until I stumbled upon this deal today—it looks absolutely killer!

But here’s what I’m wondering: how's the quality on this one? Can I actually swap my usual whey for this after a session? I’ve been training forever and my body is basically hardwired for whey, but looking at the label, this feels more like a casein blend, even though the instructions say you can take it post-workout.

Could someone with a bit more experience weigh in based on what they know? Is this stuff actually worth the money? It doesn't come in a massive tub, but honestly, I don't care about that. If it works, I'll crush it!

Thanks a million!!
