Most of those overpriced proteins are just loaded with sugar and fats. Honestly, I think a whey and casein blend is the way to go if you're hitting a late session at the gym

I’ve been training for a long time now. I've cycled through just about every whey protein on the market after my workouts.
But lately, my bank account hasn't been cooperating, so I've had to cut out the supplements entirely. That was until today, when I stumbled upon this deal—and honestly, it looks too good to pass up.
Here’s the deal: how high-quality is this stuff? Can I actually use it as my post-workout whey? I’ve been lifting for years and my body is conditioned to rely on whey alone. Looking at the label, this seems more like a casein, even though the instructions suggest taking it right after training.
I need someone with more experience to weigh in based on what they know. Is this product worth the money? It’s a small tub, but I don't care about the size. If it works, I'll drink it.
Thanks much!!

I am 15 years old and have been training kickboxing for about a year and a half.
Since starting, my physical appearance has improved significantly, but I have hit a plateau in one specific area.
Specifically, my legs remain quite thin and spindly—I am referring primarily to my calves, though my quads have grown considerably.
To put it bluntly, my upper body looks massive compared to my legs; if you saw the two halves separately, you wouldn't believe they belonged to the same person.
I am roughly 5'7" and weigh 121 lbs; perhaps my weight is the issue.
I am wondering if there are any specific exercises for calf development?
Furthermore, is there an effective way to gain weight quickly? I considered taking creatine to put on mass, but I read that minors shouldn't use it. Can creatine cause excessive fat gain? I really need to pack on about 10 to 20 pounds.
If anyone has experience with this, please provide some guidance on any of these points.
Thanks in advance!

so I run about thirty minutes every day. No strength training yet, but I'm planning to start soon. I really want to tone up—get some definition in my legs and abs, swap out fat for lean muscle without getting too bulky... just looking to shape my body. Do I actually need protein shakes, or can I skip them since I'm not trying to become a bodybuilder? Basically, is getting enough protein from regular meals sufficient?
Sam Roberts said:It all comes down to how much you're getting from your actual meals. Aim for about 1.5 grams of protein per kilo of body weight.
