Schumi... man, come on... wake up, you old fossil!! Lewis, seriously, props to you... Alonso deserves a slap after what he did to Massa, but honestly, killer job out there on the track regardless... heheh and Button? Total joke with that strategy!!! hehehe! Kubica, nice work!

At most, they might hit McLaren or Red Bull with a fine for releasing a driver unsafely from the pit lane.☕

The drivers themselves aren't liable here. If the stewards don't hand out penalties for the Massa-Alonso pit lane mess, then handing one out for the Vettel-Hamilton collision would be pure incompetence.🙄

Honestly, even debating this feels trivial. The only thing that actually warrants scrutiny is Hamilton shoving Webber off the track or overtaking under the SC right before it cleared—though even that is debatable. This pit lane situation is a completely different animal.☕

Alonso deserves a penalty 🙂 specifically by being forced to start behind Massa for every remaining race this season, with a mandatory requirement to let him through on track every single time. 😬

Bradley Nelson2 said:And what about forcing Webber off the track? Or the overtaking just before the SC pulls in?

Hamilton shouldn't be penalized for what's currently under investigation, which is exiting the pits alongside Vettel. I'm in complete agreement with TBFD; there really isn't much to discuss here.

The Webber incident is an entirely separate matter. Even if it were under investigation, I wouldn't dwell on it, but that specific incident isn't even being looked at right now.

Ultimately, I find post-race penalties to be fundamentally flawed. Perhaps if an incident occurs on the final lap and officials can't react in time, it makes sense. But for anything else, sanctions should be issued and carried out before the checkered flag. Penalizing people after the fact just creates unnecessary drama and controversy that serves no one.

That’s basically what I wrote yesterday after qualifying.🙂 🤣 🤣

You’re basically throwing the rulebook out the window just to save some rubber... I guess it's obvious now that only the softies are gonna be winning in Formula 1 from here on out!!! Give me a break 🙂

The situation involving Mark Webber is a totally different story—even if they are looking into it, I wouldn't go that far—but that specific incident isn't actually under investigation right now.

Then again, I feel like penalizing drivers after the fact just feels senseless. Maybe—and I mean *maybe*—if an incident happens on the final or penultimate lap and officials can't react in time, it makes sense. But for anything else, penalties should be handed out and carried out before the race actually ends. Post-race penalties just create messy loose ends and unnecessary drama that doesn't help anyone.

Didn't Vettel basically launch Lewis Hamilton straight into Mark Webber? Looking at the slow-mo replay, I'm starting to think he did.

Let's go 😎

Just so we're clear—I don't think I've ever actually lost a bet in my life. 🙏 😁

So, if you're rooting for Dragan Čović, maybe just stay away from betting with me. 😉 😁

Just so you know—I have literally never lost a bet in my entire life. 🙏 😁

So yeah, if you actually care about Hemić, stop gambling against me. 😉 😁

Since I've also never lost a single bet... I'm sticking to my guns. My gut feeling is backed up by the fact that Hemić is just a better driver... and Button isn't going to get lucky on every single gamble!!! If he did, casinos would go out of business overnight!!! 😁

But honestly, you can't really argue with a woman's intuition or her way of being right 😉 😁

Button is just more intelligent... so... maybe luck plays its part, but as we're seeing, skill tends to win out 🤷 😁

Hemić is likely going to be eating Gumbek's dust for quite a while yet 🙏

Look, it’s pretty obvious—if you don't respect the skill of a driver who's basically just waiting for his luck to run out and hit the fan later...

I'm not really a fan of Alonso. I mean, the guy's got talent, seriously, he's a beast, but I just can't stand those dirty moves he pulls. 🙏

Honestly, if Ferrari decides to dump Massa, I'm done with them. They never really had a solid second driver anyway, and if this Alonso guy is already their top tier... 🙄

Button is just smarter... so... maybe raw power matters, but looking at how things go, skill 🤷 😁

Hemić is going to be eating Gumbek's dust for a long time. 🙏

IF Button beats Hemić again this time, the only thing Hemić needs to worry about is not trying to overtake him within two laps. He should wait at least five laps so he doesn't burn through his tires too fast, simple as that!!! 😁 Once Button retires from Formula 1, he’ll probably end up working as a weather forecaster... he'd actually be pretty good at it!! 😁
