The fact is, based on current results, Massa is one of the best drivers this season—actually, he's the best driver out there right now...

I won't get into the "what ifs," but today he would be leading the championship if that accident hadn't hit him two laps before the end...

And forget that nonsense about Kubica, Vettel, and Kim; that's just playground chatter...

Arguments should be based on facts, not what you wish happened this season.😉

🙄 You call that an accident?🤣 It was more like Ferrari cranked up the engines (even though they aren't supposed to admit it) and suddenly they were faster than everyone else. Problem was, their engines kept blowing up before they could actually finish races.😉-☕
Now they're back to their old selves and look at that—McLaren is actually faster than them.☕

The real tragedy is watching Fernando Alonso fight in a car that's 25 HP down; he doesn't stand a chance at a podium.☕And he's a way better driver than most of the guys ahead of him.☕

Lewis Hamilton reminds me of Michael Schumacher

like he's the golden boy, but man, he plays dirty

Fernando Alonso is what a driver should be
Heifeld too

DC is just awful—constantly wrecking his car

He acts like he's the king of the world, but honestly, his driving is just dirty.

Fernando Alonso is what a real driver looks like.
Heifeld was the same way too.

And DC? Total disaster—he’s constantly wrecking his own car.

You're missing a D between the I and the F.☕

Then I start thinking about when Kim absolutely wrecked Sutil and he didn't even get a penalty either. So why the hell is Kovalainen getting punished today?

And it’s the same old story... they say he's guilty just because he avoided a crash and should have waited to see if there was damage before letting him pass... I guess if there had been actual damage, he wouldn't have gotten hit with anything at all....

Maybe all you McLaren fans should just pool your cash together and hire someone to take out Max and the whole FIA organization

What’s the plan then? Should he just pull the car over, hop out, and ask, "Hey, my bad, everyone doing okay?" Maybe they can just duct tape the pieces back together or tie them up with some wire from the cockpit, then he can just drive right back into the race.😁 😉

Then again, I can't help but remember when Kimi absolutely bullied Sutil out there and walked away without a single penalty. Why is Kovalainen getting penalized for something similar today?

That’s because he didn't overtake anyone, so Rosberg had to move out of the way while Hamilton was off track.😁

Old man Kimi didn't even finish in the points, so what exactly are they going to penalize him for?

Honestly, after watching that, I’m more convinced than ever that Massa just doesn't have what it takes to go toe-to-toe with Lewis. He isn't built to be a World Champion; he's much more like Barrichello—someone destined to play the supporting role as the second driver.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEtqJ82r4pQJust take a look at that overtake where Schumi slices past Coulthard; if they had tried something like that, they both would've ended up wrapped around a wall. That’s the level of skill we're talking about, whereas Massa just sort of drifts along without any real bite.

Finally, someone actually watched the race objectively...

Angela Sanchez46 said:Just look at what happened in Japan between Mass and Kubica—they kept cutting across the grass and the track. Someone mentioned a 25-second pit lane penalty, but you could practically fuel an entire car in that time and still not hit 25 seconds. That penalty is way too harsh. As for Mass, he’s a solid driver; he wouldn't be where he is today if he wasn't. But he just doesn't have the ability to overtake anyone. Once the rain starts, look at how Alonso used to tear it up at the US Grand Prix—Mass just falls apart.

It takes about 20-25 seconds just to complete a full pit stop.
The situation with Kubica and Mass is different; they were just battling each other through a couple of turns off the racing line. They could have let both go or penalized both, but either way, it's fair for everyone involved.

The whole Kubica and Mass situation isn't even comparable here; those two were just bumping fenders through a couple of turns off the racing line. The stewards could have let them go or handed out a penalty, but either way, the call was fair for both of them.

I mean, if my driver had been waiting around like that, I probably would’ve lost my mind and ended up in a jail cell... but I can only imagine how wired they all get in the heat of the moment. Still, you can't really blame them, though personally, I think what happened today was just an absolute embarrassment.

Exactly... I mean, there are a million examples of this happening and nobody cares... cars just fly past the chicane with damage and carry on... but THIS is different. If Hamilton didn't mess up, then he clipped that tire and the guy spun out... honestly, it's a deserved penalty, I swear!! 😁

What is wrong with those idiots up there... they must have been on Viagra today because they are acting totally hyper

stormybadger8 said:If we’re talking about being fair and staying neutral—which is what I try to do—then Kimi needs to be penalized. Plain and simple. Hamilton had him covered, then Kimi just shoved him right off the track. Honestly, nothing else that happens after that point even matters. If we're actually playing by the rules, Kimi should be serving a drive-through penalty. Period.☕

Take a closer look at who’s hitting that chicane first—it's old man Kimi.
Well, since he isn't sitting on Kimi's shoulder anymore, I guess he's finally calling his own shots.
If this track were anything like Monaco, Hamilton would be slamming into a wall instead of hitting the brakes.
Shortening the stint and then immediately pitting Kimi... just plain stupid.
...but the kid's just sitting there at the press conference grinning like an idiot—honestly, looks like he’s high or something. He's way too greasy for me.
