The mail carrier just drops them off at your door. If you aren't home, they'll leave a slip so you can grab them at the local post office. I’ve definitely spent days waiting around for mine to show up.

It really depends on which shipping tier you selected. International shipments usually take about 15 days, standard domestic takes around 5, and if you have a specific contract with the carrier, it might be closer to 7 or 10 days. If the notification was issued on Saturday, April 10th, you can expect the package to be returned by the following Saturday, the 17th.

boldwalker16 said:So, it’s Red Cross Week again, though I honestly can't quite wrap my head around the whole concept... it’s not like I’m about to start sobbing or anything, but still... $0.52Honestly, it just feels so silly that I'm being *forced* to hand this over. Like, if someone actually asked me, sure, I’d probably be totally fine with it, but being ordered around like this? I just don't get what they're thinking... it makes zero sense! Anyway... $1.75 Honestly, when you get a package delivered straight to your doorstep without any tracking number or anything... man, the USPS just steals them whenever they feel like it! It's such a joke... 👎

It's not like I'm about to sit here and start sobbing over it or anything, but I just don't get the whole vibe. $0.52Honestly, it just feels incredibly stupid that I'm being *forced* to hand this over. Like, if someone actually asked me first, I’d probably be totally fine with it—it's a normal thing to agree to—but being barked at with orders? I just don't get what they're thinking. It's ridiculous. $1.75 Honestly, if you ever get a package delivered straight to your doorstep without any tracking info or anything, just watch your back. The USPS is basically a playground for thieves at this point—they'll snatch whatever they can get their hands on the second it hits your porch. 👎

It’s International Red Cross Week. 👎
Elizabeth Brown90 said:you don't have to send anything this week, nor do you need to pay $1.75 for the package🤷
boldwalker16 said:Of course I have to get this sent out this week... I really need to cover the costs for my subscription package! $1.75 Whenever my mail carrier swings by the house, it’s such a vibe—honestly, it’s exactly how things work back in a big city like Chicago. I know out here on the coast it might be a little different, but where I'm from, it’s totally normal for the mailman to drop off a package and then just hang out for a second to grab a quick coffee or a drink with you... everyone ends up happy and it just makes the day feel complete! 😍

I'll be sending the money over Monday morning via online banking from either State Farm or Chase, but I've been wondering... will it actually land on the same day, or am I looking at waiting until Tuesday? Does anyone know what determines that timing? It always feels like such a guessing game sometimes...
Thanks!🙏
Elizabeth Brown90 I think you missed the actual text you wanted me to rewrite! Just paste whatever you've got, and I'll get to work turning it into something that sounds like a real person talking—no robot vibes allowed. I'm ready when you are.
I honestly think it all just comes down to timing, you know? Like, there’s a massive difference between a transfer hitting at 10:00 AM versus some late-night transaction at 7:00 PM. It’s all about when that clock starts ticking. Plus, you can't ignore the whole banking situation either—if you're trying to move money between different institutions, like sending something from Chase over to State Farm, things are naturally going to move way slower. It’s just basic logic, really; the more moving parts involved between different banks, the longer you're stuck waiting.😍
Elizabeth Brown90 said:Of course you don't have to pay. $1.75 Why bother? You can just head down to the local USPS branch and pick up your package yourself. It’s simple, and you actually save some money. $1.75
Sandra Brooks91 said:It’s probably best if we just head over to the pickup location ourselves to grab the package right away...
Sandra Brooks91 said:Ugh, there are just so many reasons, and honestly, we’ve talked about this a million times since I started having to deal with those extra fees whenever I head down to Branimirov—whether it's paying for a tram or hunting for parking, it's such a time sink... but the absolute biggest kicker? Someone already paid for the shipping to be sent directly to my house instead of the post office, and they paid it fairly! So, being forced to pay more just to get my own stuff? It feels like a total rip-off, and I just can't wrap my head around why they think it's okay... Sigh... 🙂
