Alright, finally hunted down a Bluetooth washing machine—or whatever you call these smart gadgets—so now I can actually get a post up. Honestly, it’s about damn time...
The shots are from, I think, September. One was snapped right after a bike ride, and the others were probably taken the following day.

images

I didn't include any leg shots because this camera makes everything look kind of blurry and washed out, plus I just couldn't be bothered to pose for back shots. But yeah, the development is looking pretty similar to my upper body.

Look, if I posted them over on the Fitness Forum just to track my progress, let them live here too—we can just make this an all about breasts thread. Plus, they actually verified my shots over there since they have strict rules about authenticity. They got a ton of love as erotic photos, but since that sub is strictly for erotic content, nobody really cares about the extra fluff 😬 ...Anyway, things are definitely moving in the right direction—I can see the difference, even if it's subtle—but I'm not throwing in the towel just yet 🙂

What do you guys think I need to work on? How's my physique looking? I'm 5'3" and 112 lbs—I also ride my bike for about an hour and forty-five minutes every single day.
I've got decent muscle definition in my legs—you can really see it in person.

Look, I'm not trying to prove anything to anyone, but since some people were asking for specific shots, here they are. Just... please don't make fun of my underwear.🙂 Hope this satisfies everyone's curiosity.
Basically, I want to overhaul my diet and drop maybe two pounds—ideally from my hips and thighs. Since I'm pretty thin to begin with, the weight always drops from my face first, then my chest, and now it's finally hitting this lower area. 🙂

So, it’s me again—back to talk about my legs and glutes 😵
. Looking back at these photos, I’ve noticed my right side looks way more developed—like, there's definitely more muscle or maybe just more mass there 😲. Is that actually a thing people deal with? Like, is it even possible for one side to be noticeably different?
Anyway, here are some shots...
imageimage
And a few more for good measure
imageimageimage

Also, looking at what's sitting outside those white lines, I'd say I'm carrying a bit too much extra weight, and honestly, I feel like my quads are getting way too bulky

maybe the leg shot didn't turn out great—it kind of looks like I'm posing too much, and my glutes look huge... I think I'll just take it down. 😬
so yeah... I'm not super consistent, honestly—I just work out whenever I can find the time—and I know there's definitely room for improvement here...

I really have to give a big thanks to my dear friend Tatjana, who helped me move all these photos over to my computer since, well, I'm pretty much a tech dinosaur when it comes to this stuff. 🙂

Here are some more shots...

So, nothing too crazy yet, but I'm just getting started... the first picture is actually from last summer, and these other two are from just a couple days ago...

Sadly, for now, I'm mostly just doing pull-ups for my back... I don't even own two dumbbells yet, so you can imagine my budget situation right now. Once I pick up a second weight, it'll open up a whole world of new exercises—like traps, which I haven't even touched yet.

Chest and arms...

Now, I'm not entirely sure which pictures show older muscle development and which darker ones are from a few days ago. I haven't really focused much on training these specific muscles lately, though I am working this one like crazy and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon—plus my brother joined me, so having some company makes it a lot easier! My setup isn't exactly ideal, obviously—no gym access and certainly no fancy meal plans—so I'm just making the absolute most of what I've got.

Here is a shot from my latest workout session on the bench press setup I have in my home gym.😁

I am not looking for any unsolicited critiques, but feel free to cite me as a prime example of what a 40-year-old software engineer can achieve through discipline.😉

http://img717.imageshack.us/i/dsc00975a.jpg/ Does my shoulder look abnormally long here—or is that just a weird camera angle?

Don't hold back with the critiques... the goal is total body symmetry—and I'm looking at the long game, not just chasing a summer body. I want to strip away as much abdominal fat as possible while refining everything else.
To get there... I'm hitting the gym three times a week, plus some recreational soccer on Saturdays
which basically serves as my cardio since I don't do any during the week. I'm about 6'3" and somewhere around 200 pounds—maybe a little more, honestly.
As for diet, I'm being pretty disciplined—not perfect, obviously—but I've cut out the junk food, greasy stuff, sweets, salt, and alcohol. We'll see if there's actual progress in a few months
and what the final result will actually look like... wish me luck!

I find myself following all this advice and reading through the comments as well; I am sincerely hoping that your experiences aren't too discouraging and that things will start looking up by the time summer rolls around. My midsection is definitely my biggest struggle right now, but I have made some slight adjustments to my diet and have started a regular workout routine, so I am optimistic that I can get it under control before the heat hits.😛

Hey everyone, I need some help!
So, this was me back in the summer of 2009. I haven't changed much—still 5'4" and 118 lbs... measurements are 36-25-35...
I want to tone my arms. Not sure if you can see them clearly, but after 7 years of playing tennis, I feel like they're too strong. I'd like to slim them down a bit more. My stomach looks bloated because I took this right after a BBQ 😁 (yum, chicken, ribs, roasted potatoes, and tomato salad), so it’s just temporary bloating, but normally it's flat. I don't have visible abs—not that I want them, it's not really my vibe—but my waist is 25 inches and I can't seem to get it down to 23...
Anyway, my routine is Monday, Wednesday, Friday: training plus a 45-minute steady run along the riverbank 5.0 miles without stopping. Other days—Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday—I go rollerblading, or if I'm staying in, I do push-ups and light dumbbell work. Lots of reps with light weights (about 3 lbs) just to work on my arms. That's it. If anyone has other ideas on what I should fix, please comment. Most importantly, tell me: is my workout okay?
Here are the photos. Thanks in advance.

The arms—I was holding something in my hand, which affects how it looks, but to me, they look too big.😢

So, let me know what you think about my arms and what exercises I should do for them.😢

My latest "obsession" 😂
So, my lower back—am I holding myself wrong somehow? It feels like my lower back arches out way too much toward the front, or maybe it's just deep-set or something... the line from my back down to my glutes isn't straight, it's more like what you see in this photo. I tried to mark it a little bit here 🤣
I tried Googling some fitness influencer's profile to compare, but I couldn't really find anything helpful. So, tell me—is it supposed to look like this?
Also, please ignore the underwear peeking out from under my leggings 😳

Nah. It’s actually the same thing, maybe even more noticeable now.
Lordosis? Honestly, I just call that being "curvy." 🤷 😬
Personally, I haven’t dealt with any back issues or aches because of it. At least, not for me.
But, you really should focus on strengthening your lower back. My massage therapist mentioned it—and hey, she probably knows what she's talking about, right? 😁

image

Anyway, Ashley Perez50, if you want to stay healthy and prevent any future issues, you might want to add some glute and lower back exercises to your routine.
It’s basically just a different way of saying what Michael Rivera63 was telling you. 😁

Look, I am taking all your advice and comments into consideration... 😉

... I used to do karate and was part of a dance troupe, but I have slowed down lately. Now it is just some light home workouts and core exercises... though I suppose I would like to tone up a bit more...
... 5'4", 120 lbs ....
