Here I am again 😬

So, I'm curious to see if anyone notices any progress in my latest physique shot:

Btw, compared to those old pics, I'm actually down 5 lbs, even if you can't really tell by looking, ya know? 😂

I finally made the decision to drop some weight, and so far I've managed to lose about 8 pounds over the last 4 months, which feels like a pretty solid pace to me... 🙂 My main goal right now is to really tone up my hips and glutes... 😁 I've actually started running lately, going from just 4 minutes up to 4.4 miles all at once, so yeah... 🙂

Decided to drop the photos here too. 😁 They aren't exactly great, I suppose. 😳

I don't have any "before" shots, just this—taken after two months of Insanity. I've lost a few inches, maybe. Currently at 141 lbs and 5'9".
33 years old. 😁

Alright, I figured it was time to introduce myself too. 😁
I do some recreational running and hit the weights occasionally.
My main goal right now is to pack on some muscle.

Honestly, I'm feeling pretty stoked about my shoulders, triceps, and back lately, so I figured I'd share. Obviously, you can't really tell from this pic, but trust me—when I catch myself in the mirror after a workout, all sweaty and stuff, the definition is definitely there. 😁

I was originally going to post some photos of my Pre-bulked legs, but I think I'll just stick to 😁
. Honestly, my legs are just genetically strong—I've always wished they were a bit slimmer, but 🤷
. For exercise, I've been doing a lot of power walking and cycling (well, whenever the weather isn't absolutely miserable!), plus I've been hitting the gym consistently for the last two months.

I actually have a quick question for you all too 😁. In that last photo, I pointed out these two little smoothed-over patches that popped up because of all the time I spend on my bike. Does anyone have advice on what I should do about them 🙂?

Here is my Christmas-New Year-Breathing update 😁
I am hoping to receive some constructive feedback here; please feel free to offer critiques or guidance on how I might refine my routine and push myself further. At the moment, my regimen consists of push-ups, abdominal work, lower back exercises, and simple bicep curls. Essentially, I am working out in my own little home gym 😁

Best regards, 🙂

I'm pretty happy with everything, except for this specific part marked on the end 😳of
the...
If anyone has any advice on how to get rid of this, I'm all ears 🍿
because I'm constantly rolling, sliding... and sometimes even running 😬... but the weight just isn't dropping 😢

It’s not a major complex, but I’d love to see it disappear—without losing a few extra pounds in the process 🙂 Sit-ups, push-ups, or something else? 😍

Here I am.
The first photo was taken back in July, and the second one is from New Year's Eve.
From July through November, I cut out bread and sweets entirely, though I’ll admit I cheated more often than I should have (mostly with beer, pizza, and fast food). Since November, I’ve been hitting the gym for an hour to an hour and twenty minutes, followed by about 40–45 minutes of running or using the elliptical.
Unfortunately, that spare tire around my waist is still hanging on; I just can't seem to shake it.
For context, I'm 6'3". Right now I'm sitting at 207 lbs, and trust me, you don't want to know what I was at before this.😁
I'm open to any advice, critiques, or whatever else you've got.

Hey there! Just dropping in to join the party. I'm 22, standing at about 5'8", and weighing in at 141 lbs.
Last summer, I was actually pretty consistent with working out at home—mostly bodyweight stuff and some light dumbbell work—but I had to take a forced break because of some health issues that popped up. Back then, I was pushing closer to 155 lbs, but after a long recovery period, it feels like I'm basically starting from square one again.
I've got a decent little set of dumbbells here at the house, ranging from 5 to 10 lbs, totaling about 60 lbs of weight. Looking at my photos, I'm curious to get your take on what I should focus on to see some progress. Honestly, over the last few days, I've been overeating big time because I'm trying to pack on a few pounds, so I'm looking a little bloated right now. 🙂
Here’s the flex and relax:

Here is my first photo from the beach back in 2011, weighing in at 211 lbs. That winter, I actually managed to pack on another 11 lbs before everything changed. On March 1st, 2012, I finally dialed in my nutrition and started training seriously.
The second shot was taken on September 8th, 2012, after I had successfully dropped 66 lbs. Even so, I wasn't satisfied yet—my goal was to put on some solid muscle mass,
but it hasn't been easy to gain weight just yet. I am staying dedicated and pushing forward! 🙂

Just this one for now; the goal is to refine the technique, maintain the intensity, and spend the next eighteen months ironing out the flaws...

Hey everyone. I figured I'd jump in and share some photos of myself.

Unfortunately, I have a really hard time putting on any weight. 😁

I honestly feel like I overeat and eat just about everything, yet the scale won't budge. 😢 I did have a major surgery about three years ago...

I'm definitely open to any advice you might have. 😉

First pic is from July (175 lbs), second one is from January (215 lbs)
A few more pounds on the frame, then I'll start cutting.

I could use some advice here 🙂
Height is 5'4" and I'm about 135 lbs 😠
What’s the fastest way—meaning, which specific exercises actually work—to lift my glutes, tighten up my midsection, and lean out my legs? I was thinking about starting a routine of running three times a week, hitting Zumba once a week, and then doing daily home workouts like crunches and squats on top of that. I'm open to any suggestions or reality checks you guys want to throw my way.
Here are a few photos for context
