Dropping my before/after shots here, though I feel like someone might have posted these already.
I hit a peak of about 245–250 lbs, but in that first pic, I’m closer to 240. The other two are at roughly 180 lbs:
image image image

In the first two here, I'm sitting at 235 lbs, and the last ones are right around 180 lbs again. Still fighting a losing battle with my midsection and love handles—they're stubborn as hell, honestly. No matter how hard I train, they just won't budge... 😁

Censorship (lol), they cropped the first one just like that.

2m, wingspan is 208—so yeah, putting on mass isn't exactly a walk in the park, is it? Weighing in at about 260.

It’s been a while since I last posted, so here’s a quick shot after a pretty massive lunch 😁

Eat, train, sleep, repeat... that's pretty much my entire routine lately.

I'm sitting at around 175-180 lbs right now—I'll drop a new photo when it actually makes sense to do so.

I’m sitting at about 230lbs at 6'0", and honestly? I'm pretty pissed off with ☕
. Right now, I'm just trying to hit maintenance—basically just trying not to balloon back up to my old weight 😵

It could certainly be improved, though I wouldn't say I'm unhappy with where things stand right now.

Let’s get moving!

I assume everyone else is starting their summer prep too—so, here is a little update from my side. 😁
Right now, I’m sitting at about 235 lbs... I’ll be honest, I’ve gone a bit off the rails over the last couple of months—my nutrition hasn't been nearly where it needs to be. As for supplements, I haven't touched anything in months, which is actually why I’m still pretty happy with how I look. I’m planning to lean out quite a bit before the summer hits, so we’ll see what’s left once the dust settles. 😁

Bulkled up to 192 lbs at 6'1" over the winter. Strength is way up, but my anaerobic endurance took a massive hit. Feeling sluggish as hell lately... trying to balance both is becoming a real grind.

Done with the bulk before I get too carried away. 😁

image

BW: 183lbs > 220lbs

Bench: 220lbs > 265lbs 1RM

Leg press: 615lbs > 705lbs 8RM

Program, 8 months apart, goal was 1lb a week which is pretty much what I averaged.

Skipping squats and deadlifts because of a back injury, and yeah, I hit calves hard but you can't fight genetics. 😁

Thought I’d jump in and share my own progress here. 😁

187lbs>>>163lbs, 6'0"

I really wanted to get shredded, so I went hard on the calorie deficit. I was doing all my workouts at home, too. To be honest, the difference you see in these photos isn't exactly current—that progress happened last year. I've let things slide a bit since then, and now I'm struggling to find that spark to start grinding again.

*Dealing with some loose skin, as you can tell. It didn't totally go away in the second photo, but it's down to a level where I can live with it..

I’ve decided to start contributing to this thread—might even drop a photo once I get settled. First, a little bit about my background. For fitness, I’m primarily into running (with a few pickup soccer games during the summer months if the mood strikes). I’ve been pretty active over the last year. Now that the warmer weather has finally hit, I’m out there about 3 to 4 times a week—usually leaning toward that fourth session. My mileage typically sits between 6 and 8.7 miles miles, which was actually my peak last week. The plan is to hit that 8.7 miles mile stretch again today; yesterday I managed 6.2 miles. I’ll likely squeeze in another run later this week for 6.2 miles and one more for 3.7 miles. Honestly, it feels pretty solid for where I am. During the winter, I was mostly running twice a week, usually around 3.7 miles miles. Looking ahead, I want to jump into some races—maybe a trek or a local 5K—and probably a few city marathons too.

As for everything else, I do bodyweight stuff at home—push-ups and the occasional plank. It’s nothing extreme, just enough to make sure I don't turn into a hunchback. I’ll knock out 100 push-ups once a day in a few sets, and that’s really it. Diet-wise? I eat whatever is in front of me; I don't bother counting calories.

Regarding my physique goals: I’m perfectly fine staying exactly how I am right now. Bulk and definition have never really been my thing—I’m happy with my current look. I’ll probably lean out a bit more through the running as summer approaches—standard procedure, I suppose—but I'm cool with that.

Feel free to weigh in with comments. 😁
