For the last three months, I’ve been focusing almost exclusively on street workout... you can start to see a bit of that "construction worker" physique peeking through from my seasonal gig. 🙂
Standing at 6'0", weighing in at about 185 lbs.
Please excuse the abysmal photo quality; I’m currently stuck using some ancient 2-megapixel relic from back when I first ditched my old flip phone.

These are the last photos I’ll be posting where I actually look defined... If this heatwave keeps up, I'll probably be on a fast track to hitting 113 kg rather than leaning out. 😁
Right now, I'm sitting at 97!

I’ve been off the grid for a little while—just enjoying the summer season.
I haven't stepped foot in the gym in about fifteen days, so I've basically been eating whatever catches my eye and just living life. Spent some time at the beach, soaking up the attention from the ladies, and honestly? I’m feeling pretty good about where my physique is at.
I did a little experimenting with lighting and shadows, so here are a few shots.
Apologies for the quality.

Pull-ups, push-ups, dips, leg raises—you name it. Honestly, calisthenics is the absolute best way to stay in shape 😍

To be perfectly honest, I am completely dissatisfied with my current progress. Though, I suppose I should admit I’m a bit out of shape myself after indulging in some rather unhealthy habits over the last few weeks. My approach to fitness has been somewhat inconsistent over the past two years—mostly low-intensity sessions, a bit of time at the local Gold's Gym, but mostly just working with some weights I have at home. I didn't exactly start early, either; I didn't get serious until I was 25. Before that, I was quite frankly a heavy guy, weighing in at well over 220 pounds. However, I am planning to finally commit to a much more rigorous training regimen this coming fall and winter.

I guess I’m up about 15-20% across the board right now, especially in my back, so maybe there will be some fresh photos coming soon. To be fair, the back training shown in this particular shot has been pretty consistent for maybe two months, though the photo itself is probably a year old, or maybe just slightly less than that.

So, here’s where I’m at after two months of hitting the gym consistently and keeping my diet somewhat on track. I’ve always had a naturally lean build, so even when I’m not being particularly careful about what I eat, I don't tend to put on much weight.
Right now, I’m sitting at 195 lbs at 6'5", so I definitely look a bit "skinny." My goal is probably to hit around 210 lbs, but honestly, putting on mass is proving to be quite a challenge for me...
Best regards to the US Army 😁

I'm sitting at about 190 lbs right now and standing 6'3", so I'm really leaning into a bulking phase. Since the fall, I've been putting most of my energy into dialing in my bench press and deadlift, though I definitely need to pack on some more meat on my legs 😁

Standing at 6'0" and weighing 214 lbs, I eventually had to hit the brakes. My gallbladder started acting up because I was being far too reckless with my diet.

Calves, currently a work in progress.
It’s nothing groundbreaking, I suppose, but I’m actually feeling pretty decent about the progress so far, especially considering my genetics are basically a disaster—my calves have always just looked like two flat planks of wood.
If all goes according to plan, I might see some actual athletic definition in maybe four or five years, though I’d say by next summer they should be looking reasonably solid for a casual gym enthusiast. 🙂

For 15 days straight, I’ve been hitting the road on my bike—about 6 miles every morning, plus another 15 or so during the day, and one long 30-mile ride. I stuck to three meals a day, making sure my last bite was before 7 PM. Here are the results. Honestly, I'm pretty shocked... all that for just 15 days...
(I posted a progress photo on my blog, which is why this is in English)

So, after successfully shedding about 60 pounds, I have finally transitioned my focus toward muscle definition, though I must admit it isn't quite showing itself just yet 🤣

My primary objectives at this stage are to sculpt the abdominal region, the chest, and the arms. As for my legs, they seem to be in decent shape, largely thanks to all those miles I put in running...

I wouldn't say I'm dissatisfied with the progress, per se, but if I am being perfectly honest with myself, I feel there is still significant room for improvement 😢

32 years old. 2 kids in 2 years 🙂

6'2"
196 lbs

Aiming for 174. Ideally 165.

I can already tell my body composition is shifting. My waist is tightening up, even though the scale hasn't budged. It’s clear the fat is dropping and muscle is taking its place.🤷

I was a bit hesitant about posting photos at first, but doing it anonymously actually works. It feels like a good way to make sure everyone’s input in these discussions stays relevant and grounded.

6'0", 163 lbs.

I stay active recreationally—mostly a mix of 100m sprints, lifting, and long-distance running (around 8-6.2 miles miles). My focus shifts depending on the season or just how I'm feeling, but on average, I split my time pretty evenly across all three throughout the year (though obviously, those activities don't happen all at once).

I don't track calories constantly. When I'm looking to lean out, I usually prefer hitting a deficit through extra running and activity rather than strictly dieting. I can't afford to be hungry, either; it messes too much with my daily work. My diet is hit-or-miss—sometimes I follow strict bodybuilding principles, and other times I'll just grab whatever junk food is easiest. Mostly, I just tailor standard sports nutrition rules to what my body needs. I've learned a lot about nutrition through reading up on it and applying what I picked up while studying Biochemistry in college.

My goal is pretty simple: just keep enjoying my workouts and fine-tuning my nutrition and supplements. For me, this whole process is a hobby I enjoy, not some grueling chore.

Ultimately, staying fit just makes handling my day-to-day responsibilities easier. Any changes in how I look are really just a side effect.

My goal for February 18th was simple enough—I wanted to see that scale hit the triple digits... Fast forward to today, just a week out from the deadline, and I finally broke past the 222 mark. Here’s the proof 😁

If I’m being honest about my shortcomings, the main issues are my weak posterior chain and what feels like terrible genetics regarding my lats—specifically the upper portion and those short lat attachments.
Still got 30 lbs to go before I hit the target. 🙂

Here is a clip of my deadlifts from month seven.

I kept this session to 12 minutes. On the odd minutes, I hit 5 deadlifts, and on the even minutes, I moved into 3 muscle ups—or chest-to-bar pull-ups, depending on how you look at it.

Just some stuff from home. 🙂
I was doing a little testing on my own body; checking out my strength and balance...

One last update before the year wraps up... sitting at 234 lbs right now. I need to stabilize my weight soon—mostly because I have no intention of showing up to prom looking bloated. 😁 But honestly, I’m planning to bulk back up to about 245-248 lbs by April, so there's plenty of time to lean out after that!

Is anyone else actually here? I'm standing at 5'6" :P Here’s the secret: 2797 miles Apple cycling for 9 months. Now I’m thinking about starting a real training routine and maybe finally chasing that six-pack goal. We'll see how it goes 🙂

Started training on November 22, 2014. Currently sitting at 158 lbs and 50 inches tall
Got some shots from today
Weight hasn't moved an inch yet
The main goal here is just to lean out my calves and arms, and maybe tighten up the midsection a bit more if possible
Can anyone give me a ballpark estimate on what my body fat percentage looks like right now, and how much lower do you think I actually need to go to hit my targets?
I'm skipping the cardio entirely and just sticking to heavy lifting
