Well, I must say, I am quite satisfied with the outcome.

P.S.: I won't bore you all with endless speculation about the years ahead. 🤣

The lighting isn't exactly winning any awards, but hey, that’s what happens when you try to snap a selfie from the floor in an empty gym... I haven't really updated my back progress in a few years, so here we go... bodyweight lat pull downs x 5

Well, I was just sitting here thinking about how much things have changed lately—it’s kind of wild when you really stop to look at it, isn't it? I mean, looking back at these old photos... View on imgur

It makes me wonder if we even realized what we had at the time. Maybe I'm just being nostalgic, or maybe everything just feels a bit more complicated now than it used to be back then. View on imgur

Anyway, I guess I just wanted to share this little trip down memory lane with you guys. It’s funny how a single image can bring all those old feelings right back to the surface. View on imgur

Oh man, I just realized those images weren't actually loading—my bad! I went ahead and reuploaded them, so hopefully they should all show up properly now.

This is literally the only photo I’ve got right now—it’s from a few years back, honestly.

Current status: sitting at a solid 198 lbs after five months of absolute chaos—zero workouts, eating everything in sight, and basically just letting things slide during a month off in Miami.

Not a bad spot to be at, considering my age and the fact that my goals are pretty modest (just looking to look somewhat human with a little bit of muscle).

Here is what three beers a day looks like, per the request. 😬

Look, I’m not giving up my beer and pizza just yet. This photo is taken from the back because, frankly, the view from the front isn't nearly as impressive. 🤣

Currently at 150 lbs.

The back photo is about a month old, but the front one was taken two hours ago. My goal is to drop maybe another pound or two while holding onto my muscle mass, and I might try to strengthen my chest a bit using some bodyweight exercises.

But honestly, my main focus is on core work and getting back into running.

Lifting heavy weights is strictly off-limits right now because of a herniated disc in my lower back. It's an injury that’s also keeping me from running. I start my first round of physical therapy in three weeks, and I'm hoping to be back to training by the end of the year.

Here it is, and one more view 🙂

It looks better than it actually does. A proper camera angle, decent lighting, and the right pose can really work miracles 😁

Slowly making my way back after dropping from 200lbs down to 155—dealing with some pretty messy medical guesswork right now, too. Basically, I've got lesions on my brain, fibromyalgia, and small fiber neuropathy, though nobody’s actually given me a definitive diagnosis yet. The only thing I’ve agreed to take is Pregabalin; doctors kept trying to push a whole handful of different SSRIs or SNRIs on me, but I'd rather stick to supplements and nootropics whenever possible. So far, so good—I'm really trying my best here.
Currently sitting at about 172lbs.

How many times a week are you hitting the gym?

This footage is ancient history, from about four years ago... back when I was still young and handsome 😁

I usually get after it three or four times a week, though I’ll occasionally take a ten-day break to reset, sticking strictly to bodyweight exercises.

Your back and arms are looking solid.👍

What does your routine look like?

What kind of movements are you doing, and what's your typical set and rep count?

185/100

Even with all the new responsibilities, various setbacks, injuries, and those grueling shifts... I actually managed to get some summer prep done.
