Hehehe, those guys from the fleet who showed up at San Siro were pretty quiet after getting a little lesson in what real fandom looks like. I wonder what theyโ€™re saying now that they've finally made it back home and have had some time to process everything.

What did you expect? Everyone just going to strip down and "die" from cheering once the game was decided in the 25th minute?

Well, fine then... they held up those two pieces of paper๐Ÿคฃ

And honestlyโ€”I didn't hear a single word from them, nor did I see any actual gestures... but hey, itโ€™s clearly very important to them that they held those signs up in Cyrillic, since they're such expert scholars of the script๐Ÿ˜ ...no offense intended๐Ÿ˜‰

Andrew White32 said:I mean, what exactly was your expectation here? Did you think everyone was going to strip down to their underwear and pass out from pure excitement just because the game was basically decided in the first 25 minutes?

What does the match being decided have to do with anything?

Well... maybe, but besides the 12th man, every supporter group in America is losing steam, especially the fleet. Honestly, this whole display from the fleet was pathetic. They shouldn't have even bothered with those home-printed signs in Cyrillic; now everyone's going to take pictures and see exactly how few people actually showed up to cheer.

Steven Garcia3 said:Maybe so, but aside from The 12th Man, every group in America is on the decline, especially Armada. This looks like one pathetic showing by Armada fans. They shouldn't have used those cheap home-printed signs in Cyrillic; everyone took photos, so now there's proof of how few they actually were and how poorly they cheered.

Comparing this to Armada? What kind of logic is that? I can't believe you're making that comparison:

-An away game for fans whose club is actually competing in Europeโ€”by the way, that photo is from famous London, a city that acts as an aphrodisiac and a proving ground for any visiting fan group from anywhere.

-Versus an away game for fans whose club is sinking deeper and deeper in some hellhole city in the US (not saying that city isn't a notable away trip, though).

The level of delusion here is unreal... ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

Let me repeat: 70 Armada fans were detained in that small city in the USA just because one tiny splinter group messed around with The 12th Man on the road. They got banned for a year.โ˜•

Regarding turnout, given how many people actually showed up, it was quite good.

The Boys headed to that away game just as much as any Armada fan would for an Adriatic derby. The fact they didn't show up? That's old news.

The Boys headed out to that away game basically acting more like Armada members showing up for an Adriatic derby... the fact that they didn't show up there is just old news at this point.

Thatโ€™s exactly my point, man... we aren't going to go after The Boys for not showing up in our small town in USA when everyone knows the cops blocked them from coming... just like they did to us, so what's the actual issue here?๐Ÿ˜•

I can see exactly what kind of crowd is in that photo, and honestly, anyone can see it. 110 people at an Adriatic derby is weak in my bookโ€”just like our 250 in Zapresic or 600 at Maksimir was weak. You have to be realistic. And don't give me that crap; I showed you that picture of 1,000 people in total delirium during one of the biggest European losses in club history, but I wasn't expecting that level of madness or turnout from you guys in Cleveland. Mainly because, no offense, I can't compare BBB to any other group in America except The 12th Man. But when someone who is ultimately an Armada fan tells me that being in a half-dead stateโ€”blaming it on being down 2-0 by the 25th minuteโ€”is below supporter standards, they're right. Only a fool would expect London-level energy from you, but you have to admit one thing: when you think you can actually play well and beat a Tottenham 4-0, then trust me, you're in more trouble than when you spend an hour and a half driving down to the Stadium for a game where you aren't even expecting a win. Thatโ€™s exactly why I expected some chaos at the Stadium. When a loss is inevitable, most of us with even a little bit of away experience know how it goes: if you don't go absolutely nuts, the vibe on the bus or train ride home is usually dead silent. I expected that from you, but like I said, the whole scene outside of The 12th Man is decliningโ€”whether it's the quality of groups like yours, the quantity of groups like ours, or the morality of Kohorta.

Having 110 people show up for an Adriatic derby is pretty weak in my bookโ€”just like our 250 in Zapresic or 600 at the national stadium is weak. We have to be realistic here. And don't give me that crap; I posted that picture of 1,000 people going absolutely mental during one of the biggest European disasters in club history because I wasn't expecting that level of turnout or that level of insanity from you guys in Cleveland. Mainly because, no offense intended, I can't relate BBB to any other group in America except The 12th Man. But if someone who is ultimately an Armada fan is telling you that being in a half-dead state while trailing 2-0 by the 25th minute is below supporter standards, you have to admit it. Only an idiot would expect a London-level atmosphere from you, but youโ€™ve gotta realize one thing: when you actually believe you can hold your own and then get hammered 4-0 by someone like Tottenham, believe me, you're in more trouble than when you spend ninety minutes driving down to the Stadium for a game you aren't even expecting to win. Thatโ€™s exactly why I was looking for some chaos from you guys at the Stadium. Most of us here with even a little bit of away experience know how this works: if we don't turn the place into a madhouse, the vibe on the bus or train ride home after a loss is usually just dead silence. Thatโ€™s what I expected from you, but like I said, the whole scene outside of The 12th Man is in declineโ€”whether it's quality, like you guys, quantity, like us, or morale, like Kohorta.

Don't try to lecture me about us being screwed or whatever; I literally just started a debate about that, so you don't need to explain it to me. But if you're asking if that number surprised me given the current circumstances... yeah, it's actually better than good in my opinion (considering you guys sometimes only pull 200 at the national stadium). And we know the reality of that better than anyone else, thanks to all the bans, the new management, the club, and all the other bullshit... If you're gonna try to moralize to me about how we didn't cheer hard enough, I can only laugh, man. After everything we've dealt with lately, and with those pricks on the pitch almost keeping the entire squad off the field (imagine if there were only four of us left, would you still be expected to cheer?)... you wouldn't cheer for all the money in the world. And that's not always the case, either; we've had games where our energy was similar to yours back in London... Look, man, we aren't robots.๐Ÿ˜...โ˜•

Did we show up? Yeah, we did. End of story. The Armada hasn't missed a single away game since Iโ€™ve been in the stands, and thatโ€™s exactly how itโ€™s going to stay. That being said, the way things look today? It doesn't smell good at all.

So, you've been in the stands since this summer, then?๐Ÿ˜‰>

You hit the nail on the head, big shot.

I tried to bold something, but then I realized I had to highlight the whole thing, so I just gave up.

I don't follow, I actually get the impression that even Kohorta is making a comeback...
