Maybe around 800-$300 if you're looking for a quick sale.

Alright, I'm going to go ahead and put down $100 just to see how things shake out.

Dell XPS 15
It features a gorgeous 17" IPS display, which is pretty clear from the model name itself.
Intel Core i5
8GB DDR4 RAM
Nvidia GTX 950
1TB 7200rpm HDD
128GB SSD

The laptop is just a year old, and I still have a full year of warranty left!
I have the original box and everything included.
It’s in pristine condition; I used it strictly as a workstation until my desktop arrived, so now I'm looking to switch to something more portable.

Do you think $400 is a fair asking price? Considering the specs and the fact that I paid $650 for it just last year?

Is $1333 perfectly acceptable

So, I'm thinking about ditching my desktop rig and finally grabbing a laptop. The problem is, I have zero clue what this stuff is actually worth on the used market right now, so I could really use some help from you guys.

Case—MS Winston, basically brand new
Power supply—Seasonic 620w modular, still under warranty, about 1.5 years old
Motherboard—ASUS ROG motherboard
CPU—Intel Core i5 with a Spire Kepler rev. 2 aftermarket cooler
GPU—PowerColor R9 380 with 4GB VRAM, roughly 2 years old
RAM—2x4GB DDR3 1866 MHz Samsung EVO SSD
Storage—120GB Patriot Blaze SSD plus a fresh 500GB HDD
Monitor—Dell UltraSharp Monitor 22-inch

Maybe $800 the setup without the monitor. You could probably grab a monitor for around 350-$133

Of course, you can always push for more, depending entirely on the type of clientele you happen to land

Intel Core i5-2500K @ 3.3GHz
2x4GB DDR3 1600MHz
ASUS P8Z68-V PRO LGA 1155
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2GB
512 GB HDD
Enermax 600W MaxPro 80+

EDIT: Using a Zalman Z3+ chassis

Let me know what you think. 😁

To ensure smooth sales, let’s set $800 as our baseline—though you can certainly push toward $1000 if you happen to encounter a client willing to pay more.

I've got an old PC sitting around, and I'm wondering what kind of cash it might actually pull in 😵
I swapped out the 😁 because my larger drive finally kicked the bucket

Intel Core i3-2100 2.8Ghz
Asrock M3A770DE AM3 socket
NVIDIA GeForce GT 430 1024 MB 128 bit
CORSAIR CMPSU-400CX 400W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS
Kingmax ddr3 1333Mhz 4Gb ( 2x2GB)
Seagate HDD 80GB
Thermaltake V3 case

Is it even worth trying to sell this, or is it just junk at this point?

Maybe around 800$283

My advice? Hold onto that case and that high-end power supply, then sell off everything else. From there, you can use that cash—depending on what you're willing to spend—to pick up the rest of the components

Thanks, that’s pretty much what I figured. Still, that tech is ancient by now, and even back then, it wasn't anything special. 🙂
I'm not picking up another one because I already have one, so that's off the table. Maybe I'll swap it out if I decide to put one of my lower-end power supplies in this build—I've got a few lying around—but since you left this one here, I might just hang onto it for later. 😁

Yeah, that's a pretty decent deal. Just ask what the motherboard and power supply are.

Hey, looking for a quick appraisal on this PC build I'm planning to offload soon. Throwing in a monitor and an Origin account too.

Monitor - 17 inch Samsung.
ORIGIN - Battlefield 1, Battlefield 3, FIFA 17

PC BUILD
1. TOWER - Zalman Z3 MID
2. Intel Core i5 6402P, 3.4GHZ
3. Gigabyte GTX 950 OC 2GB DDR5
4. DDR4 8GB, Kingston 2400 Fury
5. Asrock H110M-HDV DDR4
6. Forton 500W HYPER
7. WD 1TB SATA3 64MB

About a year old. Everything's still under warranty. Got all the paperwork. Condition is a solid 10/10.

A PC build in the $2,600$900 range and up (not including a monitor or games). Monitors aren't worth much; if you find one for $100$50, that's fine, but for serious gaming, I wouldn't count on it.

@Roger Fisher44/">@@Roger Fisher44

Same goes for roughly $883 😁

How much do you think I could ask for a Gigabyte GTX 750 ti? It's about two years old, but it still has like a year of warranty left on it.
