LLEIDA E. - Real Betis............ 2 1.80 12.00h (1-2)

Third division side taking on a struggling top-flight team in the US Open Cup (first leg of the two)!
Honestly, Real Betis has been such a weird, unpredictable squad this season. They look absolutely stellar playing in Europe, but then they turn around and play like absolute garbage in their domestic league—they’re actually sitting dead last right now!
If things hadn't shifted with the coaching change, I’d probably be leaning toward a double chance bet here, but since Juan Carlos Garrido stepped up as the new boss, everything's changed. From what I heard at the pre-match presser, this game is huge for him—like, a total "make or break" situation.
The new manager is already shaking things up—new rules, new training drills, all that stuff... basically, he’s in the middle of a total overhaul.
Now, look, everyone says the standard PR lines during a press conference, right? We all know how that goes. But one thing that really caught my eye was when he mentioned noticing a few players—guys who weren't even in the spotlight before—who he thinks can step up and deliver his vision starting right from kickoff. It sounds like those guys are going to be hungry—like, literally biting the grass out there—just to prove they belong. I’m expecting Real Betis to come out swinging with some serious pressure from the very first whistle.

The visitors are sitting fifth in the third division and they're having a pretty solid run, but besides the massive honor of facing Real Betis, I just don't see an upset happening. Like I said, for Real Betis, this is a total "must-win" scenario!

Cheers!

Still no word yet—my buddy who’s actually keeping an eye on the web (can't forget to mention that part) tells me the same.

He mentioned he saw something online about some crazy weather tearing through northern Europe.

New York - Chicago 1 2.6 (1-1)
Believe it or not, the last time New York actually pulled off a win in a competitive match was all the way back on May 18, 2013. Honestly, after this kind of drought, don't you think it’s about time they finally broke the curse? It feels like a win is overdue.

Lyon-Marseille 1 2.0 (0-1)

We've got a clash here between the 4th and 5th spots on the table. Nantes just climbed up from the Second Division this season, but their momentum has definitely stalled lately. They dropped points away at Guingamp and then stumbled at home against Monaco, though they did manage to scrape a win against Valenciennes last round. Personally, I'm looking at those 2.0 odds and thinking it's worth a shot.

Guangzhou Evergrande - Guizhou Renhe (currently 0:1) 1 @ 2.70 (handicap 0:1 1 @ 5.75) (2-1)

The reigning champions from China and all of Asia—led by none other than the legendary Marcello Lippi—are staring down a massive hole. They already dropped the first leg of this cup match 0:2 against Guizhou Renhe, and now they’re trailing 0:1 here. It’s kind of wild when you think about how effortlessly they cruised through the league—we're talking an 18-point lead over second place, a +60 goal differential, just one loss... they actually finished 33 points ahead of today's opponents. Talk about a mismatch on paper.
When they play this team at home, they usually have it handled (5 wins and a draw, zero losses); they tend to be slightly less dominant on the road, but honestly, I think they've got enough gas in the tank to claw their way back from this deficit.

NK Split-Slaven Belupo (07.12. 15:00)
1
1,60 (0-0)

FC Copenhagen-FC Vestsjalland (07.12. 17:00)
1
1,35 (1-0)
FC Porto-SC Braga (07.12. 21:15)
1
1,60 (2-0)

Slaven Belupo is heading into this one shorthanded—they're missing four regular starters and will probably sit a few others out too, just to keep them fresh since they have that massive matchup against FC Copenhagen coming up next week.
Copenhagen really found their footing after that rough start to the season. If they actually want to contend for the title, they can't afford to slip up against teams like this.
Porto hasn't exactly been playing their best lately, but playing at home changes the vibe. They won't underestimate a decent opponent, especially since Braga hasn't looked particularly impressive this year either.

Moscow-Amkar Perm 1 1.75 (12/08, 1:00 PM) (2-0)

Genk-Lokeren 1 1.70 (12/08, 6:00 PM) (0-2)

OtelulG-Steaua Bucharest 2 1.65 (12/08, 8:00 PM) (1-1)

The Moscow side picked up three national team players from Anzia last year, and even though Amkar Perm hasn't been playing badly lately, I still think they're the better squad—plus, they've got the home-field advantage.
Genk has been looking really sharp recently, so playing at home, they should be able to handle a Lokeren side that looks pretty unconvincing on the road.
Steaua is kind of like Dinamo Chicago here in the States; they're basically always the favorites no matter where they play.

Ponferradina - Eibar......... 1 2.10 21.00h (2-1)

So, looking ahead to this one—Gaizka Garitano, the manager for the visiting side, is playing it pretty cool in his pre-match comments. He’s basically pointing out how tough this trip is gonna be, because let's be honest, playing at Ponferradina's home ground, Torrejonense, is always a massive headache for any visiting squad!
The Second Division standings are incredibly tight right now—it's anyone's game! We've got Eibar sitting comfortably in 6th place with 25 points, while the home side is hovering down in 17th with 20 points.
If I'm being totally real with you guys, I actually think the home team is the more talented side and they definitely belong near the top of the table. Last season, they finished in 6th and just barely missed out on that playoff spot—it was such a heartbreaker! I say this because I really feel like Ponferradina is too good to be stuck without a win for four matches straight. That said, Eibar—who are basically the underdogs coming up from the third tier—will see this as a golden opportunity to snap that losing streak of theirs.

Catch ya later!

Live Goias vs. Santos FC halftime score 0:2

Honestly, looking at how this match is unfolding, I really think there’s some serious value in betting on the winner of the remaining half. Goias 1.70 7/10 (0-1)
1X 3.40 3/10 (0-3)
1 9.75 1/10 (0-3)

It’s a bit of a fascinating dynamic here because Goias is fighting tooth and nail for a win just to keep their dreams of qualifying for the Copa Libertadores alive, whereas Santos FC seems to be playing with almost zero stakes, like they're just out there for the fun of it. But hey, despite that pressure gap, Santos is sitting pretty with a 2-0 lead, so it feels like a perfect moment to take a shot on this one!

Manchester United vs. Shakhtar Donetsk - both teams to score @ 1.70 (1-0)

First off, I find it hard to believe Man United won't find the back of the net at home for the third game in a row—I mean, come on! And second, this is basically the game of the season for Shakhtar. They've been playing out of their minds lately, so they're definitely going to push for the win and snag at least one against those hungry devils!

Kaiserslautern - Fortuna Dusseldorf.... 1 & Kaiserslautern 2+ 1.62 8:15 PM (0-1)

Alright, so the home team are massive favorites tonight—honestly, anything other than a win would be a total shocker.
Look, I know it’s Monday, and yeah, it’s just the Second Division with one game on the evening schedule, but man, the gap in quality and current momentum between these two sides is just too huge to ignore! Even if someone calls me crazy, I really think this is a safe bet.
Even the visiting manager, Oliver Reck, basically admitted it himself when he said this is going to be an incredibly, incredibly tough match for them.
But honestly? The much bigger game for them is against bottom-dwellers Cottbus in six days. That’s essentially a "six-pointer" rather than just three... if they can pull off that win while their direct rivals stumble next weekend—which looks likely—they might actually escape that danger zone they're stuck in right now.

As for the home side, they’re playing their own game and absolutely loving it lately.
After that big cup win, the vibe in the stadium is just electric, and the duo of Simon Zoller and Mo Idrissou is clicking perfectly... plus, you can't forget Kajser, who has racked up 19 goals in just seven home games!
They have literally scored 2+ goals in every single home match this season... and I don't see anything about tonight that suggests that trend is going to stop anytime soon.

Cheers!

Zadar-Hajduk Split 2 1,85 (1-1)
Looking at the last 10 meetings between these two, Zadar has managed exactly one win, there was one draw, and Hajduk Split has absolutely dominated with 8 wins and a massive goal difference of 22-7. In the American soccer scene, those kinds of historical trends actually carry a lot of weight. We've already seen Hajduk face Zadar twice this season—they crushed them 5-1 away and squeezed out a 1-0 win at home. It’s a fact that the young Hajduk squad is likely feeling pretty rattled after that brutal 5-0 blowout against Dinamo Chicago in the cup on Wednesday, but then again, pulling off a draw against Dinamo in the league this past Saturday gives them some much-needed momentum and keeps them right in the mix for the title race. Because of that, they really have to secure a win today; you just can't bank on Dinamo Chicago continuing to slip up like they have been lately. On the other side, Zadar is struggling, sitting on a five-game winless streak—which includes three losses to Istra 1961, one to Lokomotiva, and a draw against Slaven Belupo. Their overall record this season across the league and the cup is a dismal 1-2-7...

Spezia - Avellino............... both teams to score @ 1.92 | 8:30 PM (0-0)

Man, I am really feeling this one! Just looking at the standings and how they've been playing lately—both sides are absolutely finding the back of the net consistently.
Avellino just pulled off a win and they’re already climbing up toward that second-place spot. They’re playing some seriously solid football, which is the whole point of this pick—they just know how to score.
The home side has such an incredible vibe in the locker room right now after picking up two wins in a row—especially after that big cup victory! It's all about momentum, right?
Both managers are actually close buddies, but like they said in the press conferences, tonight they’ll be fierce rivals on the sidelines. Avellino is lethal on set pieces and during counterattacks, which is going to be a massive headache for the hosts tonight. Plus, they kept their core squad together and added enough talent to really make a splash in the Second Division.
As for Spezia—like I mentioned before—they’ve got two huge wins under their belt recently. There's no way they're just going to sit back and defend; they're going to push forward, especially since they always play with so much energy when they're at home.
To quote the visiting manager: "We're facing an attack-minded team that loves to exploit counters..." and so on and so forth...
Two teams that live for the counterattack? That's more than enough for me!

Cheers!

Panetolikos-Panionios handicap 0:3 2 @ 1.40 handicap 0:2 2 @ 2.10 (handicap 0:1 2 @ 4.80; 2 @ 19.25) (0-0)

That massive handicap on the away side caught my eye—they definitely aren't as bad as the books are making them out to be. They're sitting right next to each other in the standings, but honestly, the visitors have been in slightly better form lately, and they've historically had the upper hand in their matchups. To me, the smart play here is just taking them to cover the spread; the SS odds look pretty decent for that. I’d even consider a precise 0:1 scoreline, given how these two teams usually play against one another.

Plus, they've padded the odds significantly compared to what you'd see in a standard sportsbook.

English Conference
8:45 PM

Cambridge United - Macclesfield 1 1.70 (3-0)

The top seed faces the 15th-placed team.
Since only the leader earns direct promotion to the next tier—leaving the following four to fight through the playoffs—this match is a chance for the home side to pull ahead and solidify their lead at the top.
The case for a home win is bolstered by the fact that Cambridge United is incredibly strong at home, having won all 10 of their matches there.
They also possess arguably the best defense in the league, conceding just 9 goals in 20 games; Grimsby follows them, having conceded 18.
It's a solid odd to consider.

Champions League - 8:45 PM

Real Sociedad - Bayer Leverkusen 2 @ 2.00 SS (0-1)

So, we have Real Sociedad facing off against Bayer Leverkusen. Honestly, Sociedad is completely out of the running here—they have zero chance of advancing past the group stage or even sniffing an EL spot at this point. On the flip side, Leverkusen absolutely has to win if they want any hope of keeping the Champions League dream alive. Looking at the numbers, Sociedad has conceded 9 goals in 5 matches while only finding the net once. That tells you everything you need to know about their current form in the LP. Given that Leverkusen just pulled off a win against Borussia Dortmund in the last Bundesliga round, and assuming there won't be any massive lineup shifts from either side, I’m leaning heavily toward the visitors. With Leverkusen playing at home and having everything to play for to secure advancement, I don't see anyone else walking away with the win today. Good luck.

23:30 Universidad Catolica vs. O'Higgins (Over 2.5 goals) @1.80 SS
Both teams to score & Over 2.5 goals (0:1) @2.20 SS

It’s the final showdown to decide the Apertura title. Just one game left on the schedule, no second chances, no playoffs... it's win or go home. Looking back at their season, they played three times against each other and every single match went over—all three ended with a 2:1 scoreline. Given that both squads should have their heavy hitters available for this one, and seeing as we've got the league's top offense going up against its third-best (but also two of the best defenses), my money is squarely on the goals. Both sides play an open style and have plenty of firepower up front. Honestly, it feels pretty realistic to expect at least three goals today, and the odds aren't bad either.

AC Milan-Ajax Amsterdam 2 @6.00 / Ajax scores a goal @ 1.50 (0-0)

The gap between Milan and Ajax isn't actually that massive—honestly, I’d say Milan might even have a slight edge, but their biggest advantage is just playing at home. In that first leg, Ajax was clearly the superior side, controlling over 70% of the possession and pumping out twice as many shots on target. For Ajax, anything less than a win means they're finishing third in the Champions League, so they have absolutely no choice but to go all out from the whistle. They're in great form too—I mean, look at how Barcelona just collapsed recently (and they did it with a man down for basically the entire second half!)
image

Milan is missing a few defenders—nothing game-changing, really, but you could definitely feel the impact if someone else picks up an injury mid-match. Besides, Milan's defense is far from airtight; half the time they're struggling to keep a clean sheet anyway, and Ajax is an absolute powerhouse offensively.

image

This pick is featured in the supertip on SS, so it should be a solid value play.

Milan-Ajax 2 @6

I’m with Nicholas Patel52 on this one—there’s definitely value in this bet. I watched part of the Milan game against a bottom-feeder like Catania, and they were actually giving them chances and holding their own even while playing a man down...

To be honest, I don't follow betting that closely and I haven't really kept up with Ajax this season, but there's no way Barcelona wins by accident, especially after dominating almost the entire half with an extra man on the pitch...

Barcelona vs. Celtic
Barcelona to score 2-3 goals @ 2.05 PSK(6)

Honestly, Barcelona is walking into this one with absolutely zero pressure since they've already punched their ticket to the next round, so they're basically playing with house money now. I don't see them totally steamrolling Celtic, especially since you can tell they're feeling the void left by Lionel Messi—you could pretty much see that struggle during their first match when they barely scraped by with a win. That said, expecting two or three goals from a squad like this feels like a safe bet, and honestly, getting those kinds of odds for that outcome is just too good to pass up.
