Sandes Ulf/odg3+-Sandefjord da 2,05 hl (4:0)

Gotta take this one. The odds are way too high for such a realistic outcome. Since kickoff is right around the corner, I figure waiting for the live line to hit 4+ goals is a solid move too. These teams play an open, attacking style, so I’m expecting a total shootout in this friendly.
Good luck, everyone!

It’s doable, just watch your back—their fans act like they're your "brothers" until things go south.

Heracles-Herenveen 2 3,00 (1:2)

Wild odds here.

Look, I get that Heerenveen hasn't been playing flawlessly, but those odds... I just can't ignore them.
It’s probably because they've had such a rough run against Heracles lately—always struggling in these matchups.
But honestly? Heracles has been absolute garbage at home this season—easily one of the worst home teams in the league right now.
Meanwhile, Heerenveen plays surprisingly well on the road, and today they actually get their full midfield trio back—those key guys who missed the last match against Breda. They were already nearly pulling off a win even while shorthanded, ending in a 0:0 draw.
So yeah, Hakim Ziyech, Marten de Roon, and Joey van den Berg are all back from suspension.

On the flip side, Heracles is getting hammered by suspensions—midfielders Jens Jurn Streutker, Mike, and Wierik are out, plus their top scorer Bryan Linssen is sidelined too. And you've got Jeroen Veldmate being a total question mark in defense.
Then you've got the veteran striker Matthew Amoah and midfielder Dario Vujicevic both dealing with injuries.

If you ask me, Heerenveen has a massive opportunity today to finally snap this losing streak against Heracles. They’re one of the most efficient squads out there—only trailing behind the likes of Twente, Ajax, and Feyenoord—and today they're looking way more complete than a home team that's managed only three wins all season.
Even if the odds were slightly lower, anything over 2.5 is a steal in my book... I'm definitely putting something on the visitors from Friesland.

Casey James56 said:Spartak vs. Stromsgodset IF

Does anyone have any actual intel on this??? I heard Stromsgodset got absolutely dismantled 15-0 in their last outing because they only had six players and the coaching staff available to take the field.

Earlier this morning, the odds for Spartak were sitting at 1.30, but they’ve already jumped to 1.50. Even more telling, the Over 2.5 line was at 1.35 earlier, and now it’s vanished from the books entirely. I caught a rumor sometime this morning suggesting that most of the Stromsgodset roster is unavailable. While I can't claim to know the situation with absolute certainty, the sudden shift in the odds suggests something significant is happening behind the scenes...

First time posting here.
I am planning to bet on the UEFA Champions League tomorrow, so here are my thoughts on all the matches. Suggestions and advice are welcome.

Bolton-Blackburn under 2.5 goals (1.6) or a Draw (3.2) (possibly a 1-1 correct score (6.00) (4:0))

Bolton has only conceded two or more goals in three home matches this season; they have kept clean sheets in six matches total, two of which were at home. Blackburn is currently on a five-game unbeaten streak. They have managed to score two or more goals in only nine matches, and just four of those were away. In fact, they kept a clean sheet in four of their away fixtures.

Bournemouth-Doncaster 1 (1.7) or under 2.5 goals (1.87) (5:0)

The visitors have only managed to score nine goals in their away matches this season. Only once have they played an away game with more than two goals scored. Both teams are currently struggling with a four-game winless streak. Across both seasons, they have only seen over 2.5 goals in eight matches. It is highly probable that I will play the under 2 goals option here.

Burnley-Derby X (3.20) (2:0)

Both sides are in excellent form at the top of the table. Burnley remains undefeated at home. I expect this to be a controlled match with few goals; a draw is likely, though a home win (1) could also be considered.

Huddersfield-Barnsley both teams to score (1.92) or perhaps 2-1 (8.50) (5:0)

Huddersfield has not played to a draw in ten matches. They have kept seven clean sheets this season, three of which were at home. They haven't seen a draw at home in five consecutive matches. On the other side, Barnsley is sitting at the bottom of the table in poor form, having scored only 11 goals away from home while conceding 24. They have kept one clean sheet this season, and have failed to score in six away matches. I expect both teams to find the net, but with Huddersfield securing the victory. For those looking for higher odds, a specific correct score is an option.

Ipswich-Birmingham X (3.4) (1:0)

Ipswich has been solid this season, conceding two or more goals in only nine matches, three of which were at home. Conversely, Birmingham sits 16th and has gone four games without a draw, five of which were away. Given they played to a 1-1 draw last time, I anticipate another stalemate.

Leicester-Charlton over 2.5 goals (1.85) (3:0)
Leicester sits at the top of the table with 34 goals scored and 15 conceded at home, boasting a 13-match unbeaten streak. They have scored two or more goals in 20 of their 32 matches, while conceding multiple goals in only nine. They are currently on an eight-match unbeaten run at home. Furthermore, 12 of their 16 home matches have seen over 2.5 goals. Meanwhile, Charlton has only scored 12 and conceded 22 in their away fixtures. They have kept six clean sheets this season—which is underwhelming—two of which were away. However, they generally manage to score at least once when playing away. Therefore, I expect plenty of goals.

I will post the rest later after I take a break. Let me know what you think.😁

everton-west ham psvg 2 2,1 (0:0 -> 1:0)
stoke-arsenal psvg 2 2,1 (0:0 -> 1:0)
fulham-chelsea psvg 2 2,1 (0:0 -> 1:3)
pk1/2 28 (x/2)

Everton, Arsenal, and Chelsea are all heavy favorites here, but honestly? The odds on a straight win look way too thin for my liking. I’m leaning toward more action in the second half instead.
Stoke is basically a defensive wall, and we know Arsenal can be notoriously wasteful when they actually get chances. As for Everton vs. West Ham: Everton is still missing Lukaku, which is a massive blow for their scoring potential, plus I have a feeling the Hammers might just sit back and park the bus once they get what they need. Then there's Chelsea facing a Fulham side sitting at the bottom of the table—I’m expecting the classic Chelsea struggle where they bumble around before nicking a late winner. I’ve also got a gut feeling about a penalty or some drama in the first half.

12:30 PM Tampines-Young Lions over 1.5 goals @ 1.45 (3:2)

Tampines is easily the best squad in Singapore. This league isn't usually built for over bettors, but I’m having a hard time seeing this game end with fewer than three goals. They're heavy favorites here, and I honestly expect the Young Lions to get tagged for at least 3 or 4 in their own net. The season just kicked off—Tampines scraped by with a 1-0 win in round one, while the Lions got shelled for four at home against a weak Balestier side. I don't see things playing out any differently today; if anything, I'm expecting an even bigger blowout.
Good luck, everyone!

Balestier is definitely one of the top picks to take the title this year—Tampines just doesn't look quite as sharp as they did last season. As for the rest of it, I'm on board.

2:00 PM Carlstad vs. Brommapojkarna Over 2.5 goals @ 1.50

The matchup between Brommapojkarna and these guys from down south could go any which way, but I’m pretty confident we're looking at a shootout. Even the bookies see it—out of all the US Open Cup matches tomorrow, this one has the lowest payout for the over because it's such a lock. It makes sense: the visitors are high-scoring favorites and you can practically guarantee they'll bag at least one or two. On the flip side, the home side holds their own well enough in their amateur league; they've had plenty of games lately that look more like water polo scores than soccer. A cup tie is a cup tie, though. We all know how unpredictable these things get. Carlstad is decent in their tier, but the visitors are just on another level.
Hard to see this staying under the line.
Good luck, everyone!

Fair point. I wasn't watching closely enough to be sure, just going off what I remember from last year... but it doesn't really change this bet anyway. Thanks for the heads-up.

Borussia Dortmund vs. Nuremberg @ 2.05 (3:0)

I mean, I guess Dortmund's gonna pull this one off, though maybe it won't be quite as easy as those odds make it look.
Looking at their last ten games, they haven't really been struggling, except for that one match against Bayern Munich where they couldn't find the net, but their current form is sitting at 7th: 4-4-2 (averaging 2.7 goals per game, about 15:12 total)
whereas Dortmund is sitting at 9th: 4-2-4 (averaging 3.5 goals per game, roughly 19:16 total)

Braunschweig-Borussia MG @ 1.95 parlay (1:1)

honestly, I think it’s high time the visitors finally grab a win... things have gone south for them ever since that loss to Bayern Munich—just a total downward spiral. they dropped two more after that, and then had those absolute heartbreaker moments in the last two matches where they basically had the win in their hands, only to walk away with just 2 points from the whole mess. they need to turn it around, and I'm really pulling for it to happen today

14:00h Žalgiris-Jelgava over 2.5 goals @ 1.60

I get the logic here, but 1.60 feels a bit steep...
Even if it misses, it’s worth a shot, though I’d value this at 1.40 max.
On one hand, you’ve got the most efficient team in Lithuania—sitting in second place and tearing it up in the title race. On the other, you have these scrappy Latvians sitting at the bottom of the table; they're just plain bad. Still, they could easily sneak one in during this amateur-hour matchup, and the home side will definitely be looking to score. I'm expecting goals. Maybe not a 4-5 blowout, though I wouldn't be shocked, but three goals in a friendly where there's such a massive favorite seems like a solid play. I'm taking it.
Good luck, everyone!

Solin vs. Sesvete 1 @2.20 (0:0)
Solin is currently sitting right at the bottom of the table, and let’s be honest, they are desperate to maintain their status in the second division. To that end, they’ve been quite aggressive in the transfer market, bringing in a decent number of new faces to bolster the squad. From what I can gather, their preseason training was actually quite solid. On the other hand, you have Sesvete—essentially just another feeder club for Dinamo—who seem to have had a slightly less impressive run during their preparations. They haven't made many changes to their roster either. Given that this is a home game for Solin, and considering their heightened motivation to stay afloat, plus the fact that they won their last head-to-head matchup 2-0, I’d say they handled the offseason perfectly. In my book, this is a clear win for the home side.

Rijeka vs. Split x2, 2.00 ($4:1)

Don't sleep on Split. They're looking solid and well-drilled. In the MLS, anyone can beat anyone on a given day—except maybe Inter Miami. Without Benko, Rijeka looks a bit weaker. I think a tough, organized Split squad can walk away with at least a point here.
Good luck, everyone!

FC Zürich-Grasshoppers 1X (1.45) (3:1)
Zurich has pulled off six wins in a row, while Grasshoppers' recent run has been all over the place. If Zurich pulls this off today, they’ll leapfrog third-place Grasshoppers and actually start looking at the title race. I think a straight home win is pretty likely, though maybe I’m being too cautious by adding the draw as insurance.

x. MezokovZ(PiK)-Kecskemet 1 (1.75) (0:1)

Here is another one that doesn't quite add up to me. Mezokov has grabbed 19 out of a possible 21 points over their last seven matches. Meanwhile, the visitors have managed just one win, four losses, and two draws in that same stretch.
A win for Mezokov today should be enough to get them out of the relegation zone, so I'm leaning toward a solid home win here.

Sioux Falls-El Paso over 3.0 @ 1.88 (1:3)

Both squads are absolutely cooking right now—especially when you look at how lethal they've been lately.
El Paso has been averaging 3.2 goals throughout 2014, and honestly, out of their last 8 matches, they've only had one single "under" result (that 1:1 draw)... everything else has been fireworks.
Sioux Falls is sitting at a 3-goal average for 2014, and they’re averaging 3 goals per game at home this season... meanwhile, El Paso tends to concede about 3 goals whenever they travel, but they always seem to find a way to bag a goal or two on the road too.
When these two met earlier this season, Sioux Falls walked away with a 4:2 win in El Paso.
I’m calling it again—expect an wide-open game with plenty of action, at least 3 goals minimum.

Kansas City-St. Louis 3+ @ 1.85 (1:0)

Kansas City is easily one of the most explosive offensive sides in the league.
They score tons, but man, they leak goals just as fast—looking at a 31:29 goal difference over 19 rounds.
They've kicked off the second half of the season nicely too... grabbed a 2:1 win at home, and even though they dropped a 1:3 to a tough Fiorentina side, they managed a 1:1 in the rematch. They're feeling good.

St. Louis actually pulled off a huge win against the league leaders, FC Dallas, to start things off (2:1). It looks like they're gearing up for a great spring.
The only time they faced each other in Kansas City this season, Orlando City took it 3:1.
Last season, every single one of their three matchups went over 3 goals...
6:2, 3:0, 3:0. Another over is coming.

OVER 2.5 YES 2.00 (2:2)

I’m honestly not sure if there is even any point in dissecting these matchups. Real Madrid is just steamrolling through everything right now, scoring goals at an absurd rate, and they finally seem to have sorted out their defense. On the other hand, Atletico is looking a bit shaky; after that 1-0 win against AC Milan—which, if you ask me, felt more like luck than actual skill—they suffered a bruising 3-0 loss on the road to Osasuna. But today feels different, though. They’re playing with 110% intensity here, so I’m expecting plenty of action from both sides.

image
OVER 2.5 YES 1.90 (1:2)

Just another derby where my money is on a high-scoring affair. Even though they got dismantled by the Austrians in Europe recently, Ajax is moving along quite nicely in the league and currently sits in first place, while Feyenoord is trailing in fourth, sitting nine points behind.

Wed 22/01/14 KNB Ajax 3 - 1 Feyenoord
Sun 18/08/13 ERE Ajax 2 - 1 Feyenoord
Sun 20/01/13 ERE Ajax 3 - 0 Feyenoord
Sun 28/10/12 ERE Feyenoord 2 - 2 Ajax
Sun 29/01/12 ERE Feyenoord 4 - 2 Ajax

Ajax will be missing Christian Eriksen, Niels Boilesen, and V. Fischer.

image
Both teams to score in 1st half - YES 3.20 (4:1)

Wed 12/02/14 DFP Hoffenheim 2 - 3 Wolfsburg
Sat 21/09/13 BUN Wolfsburg 2 - 1 Hoffenheim
Sat 13/04/13 BUN Wolfsburg 2 - 2 Hoffenheim
Sun 18/11/12 BUN Hoffenheim 1 - 3 Wolfsburg
Sat 25/02/12 BUN Wolfsburg 1 - 2 Hoffenheim
Sat 17/09/11 BUN Hoffenheim 3 - 1 Wolfsburg
Sat 14/05/11 BUN Hoffenheim 1 - 3 Wolfsburg

By all laws of probability, this should be an over 2.5 game, but I think I'll try something a bit more experimental and bet on both sides finding the net in the first half. Hoffenheim is looking solid at home, while the Wolves are performing well enough on the road. To be honest, I don't know what I can really claim to know when picking something like this; it's essentially a lottery. Both sides are scoring frequently and are completely dialed into the league, so I've got a feeling we'll see some early goals.

image
OVER 2.5 YES 2.05 (1:0)

I’ve spent a fair amount of time watching both these squads this season, and I genuinely enjoy their style of play. I view Real Madrid as the superior side, playing with much more flair, but Sevilla is notoriously difficult to deal with at home and they always leave everything on the pitch. They tend to neglect their defense more often than not, which I suspect Real could exploit. Last time Sevilla played at home against Real, they lost 1-2 back in May of 2013, so I wouldn't be surprised to see a similar result today.

Total Odds: 24.92
I think I have at least five more analyses left for today, though I'll probably skip the obvious "sure things" that everyone else is going to bank on anyway.

Good luck to anyone following along. 😉
