Nicholas Chase34 said:The odds on Jones are where they are for a reason. He isn't the favorite because... Last year. He won, but expecting back-to-back wins is a stretch—that rarely happens. Anderson could easily take it, though I’m riding with Morrow since he’s rocking the number three. It’s a bummer Novak didn't get the call, too; his three-point shooting is legit dangerous. 🤷

Man, I was totally out of it on that one. You caught me slipping, and honestly, you were right to call it out when you did. 🤣

Anderson becomes my top pick. He’s a solid shooter, and since he's playing on home turf, it only makes sense that he’d get that extra edge. 🤷

Novak is an absolute sharpshooter. I'm a fan of Bonner too, but he didn't stand a chance in this conversation.

Joshua Gonzalez33 said:Jones is a genuinely elite shooter—I suspect those 4.5 odds exist simply because he isn't a household name. If he were more widely recognized, he'd be the favorite at 3, so it’s worth a shot. As for the dunk contest, anything can happen. I'd lean toward George, but since they don't just judge the dunk itself—it's the whole package and the flair—it feels too risky for me. Basically: take Jones and wait for the rapper to show up in the pocket.

I don't see him pulling it off. My money is on Morrow—he's been a top-tier shooter for years—and Anderson, who has been absolutely on fire since late last season. 😁

Regarding the dunk contest, there's no judging anymore; they scrapped the jury scores. It's strictly SMS votes and fan engagement now.

Man, I just want some luck. 🤣

So, can someone clarify what this last part means:

They don't even judge anything for dunk contests anymore. They scrapped the judges; now it's just pure SMS voting and whatever the crowd decides.

Man, I just want it to be awesome. 🤣

Hey, can someone explain what this last part means:

🤷

Not sure, but maybe they're splitting the prize. That used to happen at the All-Star Game.
Though "field" doesn't really sound like that to me, but what else would they be offering?
🤷
Where are you guys even betting on these All-Star events? There's nothing on DraftKings or FanDuel. Not even for three-pointers. No dunks or any of this other nonsense.

Edit: Oh, right. That "field" thing might just mean anyone else—basically any player on the roster who isn't specifically named in the offer.

It's there... just clearly invisible to some...

Field means: some other player (basically anyone else who isn't explicitly listed here).

Exactly, that’s what "the field" refers to. 👍

My bad—I didn't realize the full list wasn't provided. 🙈

Anyway, I won't be betting on it. It's just an exhibition game. 😁

My online account got locked, and I somehow missed the offer when I was at the branch—to put it mildly. If it hadn't been for that, I would have swept the whole thing.

Nothing on Hattrick either, which doesn't surprise me.
Anyway, thanks for posting the odds, but what's the point if my account is frozen?
🙂🙂😠

It wasn't showing up on Hattrick either, which isn't surprising.
Anyway, thanks for listing the offers, but it's a bit useless when I'm blocked from my own account.
🙂🙂😠

Every single "email" seems to cater to a different level of frustration.

It was missing from the sportsbook too... at least during the 5 PM and 7 PM slots when I checked... right at the very end of today's lineup.😁

So it finally happened. Who would've thought? Honestly, I'm just going to stick to watching football.🙄

Look, man, what can I even tell you? Maybe she just didn't include that part in her dream.
I don't get it. Why would I say he didn't check the shot? He looked at the hoop and everything else from start to finish. 😁)...

Look, man, what can I even say? Maybe in that dream, she just didn't bother putting it in...
I mean, honestly—why would I claim he didn't check his shot? Between the basketball itself and the final offer, nothing should have been left to chance from start to finish. 😁)...

What can I say? I was there myself—so I know exactly what I'm talking about.🙂

The line is sitting at 283.5, so I guess we're hoping they don't just lose their minds and go over?
They went over last year, which probably explains why the limit is set this high. 🤷
For a few years leading up to that, everything was a solid under.
My only real hesitation is that the starting lineup is identical to last season. That said, the bench doesn't exactly inspire much confidence for an over—especially the Eastern Conference squad. That’s why I’m passing on the East at 1.7 and sticking with this under instead.

And we still have the best defensive coach in the league sitting on the Eastern Conference bench 🤷

So, what are we waiting for?
Let's just get these bets in and hope my wife doesn't give me that look during the game. 😁

edit: damn, the over just dropped to 1.7, please don't do this to me 🤣

Hey everyone! I'm new here. I've been following this group for about ten days now, and I can see there are plenty of people who really know their stuff when it comes to NBA games, which I follow closely for my betting.

I hope you all continue to have great success moving forward. 👍

And yet, watching from the nosebleeds, all I see is zero DEFENSE, absolute zero DEFENSE.😂

157 shots taken in the first half alone.

The schedule is light today too. Classic last-minute luck... 😢

And of course, a complete blowout ruins my chance at some decent cash.😢
