Gregory Cooper5 said:Blake Griffin hasn't really exploded yet, or is he just having an off night? I'm not following the live play or the stats—just reading the text updates.

And he probably won't hit the over, honestly.

The gap between them opened up to nearly 20 points.
He’ll likely only see about 10 more minutes of action.🙂 Unless the Hornets pull off a 10-15 point run in the third quarter, which seems unlikely.
Luckily, I swapped him out for the Granger over.☕

Gregory Cooper5 said:I mean, did Blake Griffin even show up at all? Or is he just totally off his game right now? Look, I don't sit around watching every single minute of the game or obsessing over the box scores—I just read the text updates!

He’s sitting at 2-6 tomorrow and already has 6 rebounds on him, so honestly, I’d rather just put my money on Chris Paul, who’s already sitting pretty at 10.🤷>

I’m calling it now—we’re looking at a massive third quarter and about 14 points from Mr. Blake Griffin himself. 🙂

Where is the easy money on the Philadelphia 76ers spread? 🙏

It's just the New York Knicks and Minnesota Timberwolves messing things up; their defenses are a joke. 🙂

Sometimes you just can't fight against certain things, man, you pull players out six minutes before the buzzer and suddenly both Chris Paul and Blake Griffin go under🤷, you seriously have to be some kind of psychic to predict this stuff, like some weird Paul Pierce🙂 type of logic, now I have to strip everything back and start over😠, honestly it’s way more chill if you just go out, grab a drink, and wake up the next morning without the headache instead of sitting here watching this live madness unfold

The Dallas Mavericks are looking solid so far. If they pull this off, I just need Kei Nishikori to deliver and my top-tier parlay is golden. One more win and we're set. 😁 🤦

Play, seriously, when you see this, check how many points in the paint the Denver Nuggets scored against the Indiana Pacers tonight. I’d bet it was at least 70.

The Philadelphia 76ers covered easily—Dallas could probably do the same.

I'm going to watch the Minnesota Timberwolves until they finish up, then hit the sack.

The Philadelphia 76ers cruised through, and the Dallas Mavericks probably would have too.

I'm just going to watch the Minnesota Timberwolves until they finish up, then head to bed.

Keith Moore21 said:I'm leaning towards the Charlotte Hornets going under 89.5—just a gut feeling, really. Maybe it's too bold, but I think we're looking at a low-scoring affair here.

Keith Moore21 said:I wonder why the guys over at SS decided to pull the total points line for the Charlotte Hornets vs LA Clippers game from the menu? I guess maybe they're seeing some weird movement or just playing it safe—who knows? Honestly, it feels a bit random, but that’s just how it goes sometimes, I suppose. 🙂 🙂

Of course the under hit—86 total points, easy.
Here's one. 🤦 Man, I don't know... personally, I can't say for sure why I didn't get my money in earlier—maybe I was just overthinking things too much, or maybe I was waiting for a better line to pop up. Honestly, I guess I just missed the window.
I’m absolutely cleaning house against those losers over at SS. 🙂
Keith Moore21 said:I went ahead and took the Dallas Mavericks -4.5 spread myself. ☕

Man, I went all in on this one and still managed to blow it... honestly, what a joke. 🙂 🙂

Edit: For today, I'm leaning toward the Boston Celtics going under 85.5... looks like another scrap with the Chicago Bulls, and honestly, I’m expecting a real grind-it-out, physical game. They faced off just under a month ago in Boston, and that one ended 79-88 in favor of Chicago—though keep in mind the Celtics had their full squad then, while the Bulls were missing Rip Hamilton (and he’s sitting out again today too)... though we still have to wait and see if Derrick Rose actually suits up or not.

Man, my Dallas and the Minnesota Timberwolves—it’s crazy how much it comes down to just one single basket 😠

------------------------------------
Al Jefferson is currently leading the charge for the Utah Jazz, putting up an average of 18.6 points per game. Tonight, he’s heading out to face the Memphis Grizzlies, where his career average sits at about 15.2 points. He’s going to have to deal with Marc Gasol, who is easily one of the elite defensive big men in the league. Memphis has been absolutely locking things down in the paint; their interior defense is their biggest strength and they've been consistently solid there for several seasons now. Historically, Jefferson tends to struggle a bit more when he's playing on the road, which shows in his away average of 17 points. Last season, he actually had his toughest matchup against Memphis, averaging just 12.8 points—his lowest output against any team (12, 11, 16, 12). He did manage to drop 20 points (9-18 FG) against them earlier this season at home, but looking at the full picture, I think it'll be a tough climb for him to clear this line, especially with the road factor in play. So, I'm leaning towards the under 18.5. GL!

The Indiana Pacers got absolutely shredded in the paint; letting up 44 shots at the rim is just straight-up catastrophic 😲

The one that really jumps out at me for today is...
Chicago Bulls
Detroit-Washington +192

I'm going to take a quick look through the rest of the board before I put a parlay together.

I'm tossing one more matchup into the mix for us to look at:
Memphis Grizzlies vs Utah Jazz
Utah +5.5 @ 1.980 Pinnacle 6/10

When these two squads first faced off this season, the Utah Jazz walked away with a 94-85 win.
If you ask me, Utah holds the upper hand here because they’ve got a deeper rotation of guys who can really attack the rim effectively, especially compared to the Memphis Grizzlies, who are feeling pretty limited in that department without Zach Randolph in the lineup.
image

Looking at the numbers, Utah managed to grab a massive 16-point advantage in the paint during that first meeting, which is a huge deal.
This season, Utah has been doing a killer job protecting the area under the basket—they're actually ranked #3 in the league—only allowing opponents to hit about 20.8 shots at a 67.4% clip.
The only real catch is that Utah tends to struggle a bit more when they're playing on the road; otherwise, I'd probably just take them straight up to win. But honestly, I think the "edge" Utah has inside should be plenty enough to cover the spread. 🤷

Hey, Play, don't you think the line for the Toronto Raptors vs LA Lakers (172.5) is set a little too low?

Especially when you take a look at how they've matched up over their last 5 meetings.🤷

The last 15 messy matchups have all gone over. Both teams had some rest last night, so they should be feeling fresh... by all accounts, this looks like an over to me. I'm eyeing about 95 for the Los Angeles Lakers, while the Toronto Raptors should probably clear 80. Honestly, I think the margin is off by at least 5 baskets.

Blake Griffin😢

I was thinking today we might actually be able to hit
Los Angeles Lakers vs Toronto Raptors over
Ellis over
And what about Jefferson under?
