Let's just make good use of that IGNORE button and stop letting it get under our skin—it's really not worth the stress. 🙂

Kudos. Reading through these posts, I find myself agreeing with you completely.
Western medicine tends to focus on treating symptoms rather than addressing the root cause—which just means the illness eventually comes back even harder or takes a different form later on.
As for diet? Honestly, most people have no clue what they’re actually putting in their bodies. Despite all the abundance we have here, our stomachs are full while our systems are starving.

dustybison15, thanks for having my back... 🙂

I’m just trying to lay everything out in a logical sequence and explain things to people, but I’ve realized it’s a losing battle...

To me, an online forum should be a space where we trade experiences, data, and actual knowledge—a place to learn. If you stumble upon something that genuinely helps improve your health, you ought to bring it to light rather than keeping it to yourself......

But as you can see, everyone thinks they’re so incredibly brilliant; they don't actually listen to the message, they just judge the messenger. If I make a typo or misspell a word, they immediately jump down my throat to mock me, which is just pathetic and sad... 😢

A few years ago, nobody gave a damn about how diet impacts your health, but now it's all anyone talks about, and honestly, you haven't seen anything yet. Give it enough time, and eventually, even the most stubborn bigwigs will be preaching healthy eating and echoing exactly what I'm saying right now... 🙂

Psoriasis is a fairly common skin condition often linked to family history. It shows up as a rash made of raised, thickened pink patches covered by silvery scales.

The rash usually pops up on elbows, knees, or the scalp, though it can show up in skin folds too. While genetics play a role, the disease actually kicks off because of an immune system glitch. Physical stress, mental stress, and even minor skin scratches can trigger a flare-up.

There are plenty of medications available to help fight the inflammation caused by psoriasis. However, a solid diet and bioactive supplements should be used alongside medical treatments to see the best results.

A well-planned diet helps lower the chances of psoriasis developing. Start with the basics: a balanced mix of macronutrients. Most importantly, make sure you're getting enough high-quality protein. Your body also needs a steady supply of essential fatty acids. Try adding ALA and fish oil to your daily routine at a 1:4 ratio.

The core bio-correction program for psoriasis using bioactive supplements (BAS):

Phase one involves cleansing the gut and resetting a disrupted metabolism and immune system.
- Herbal weight management essence, cordyceps, anti-lipid tea, lian-jan capsules, and Digest.

Phase two focuses on restoring micronutrient exchange, vitamins, and nourishing the skin cells.
- Biocalcium, Vejkan, and Biocink.

Phase three aims to maintain healthy nerve tissue metabolism, boost mental clarity, improve nerve impulse transmission, and protect the body from stress through calming effects. Use eel oil and Ikan.

Both my sister and I deal with psoriasis—mine showed up on my elbow last year. It's pretty mild, comes and goes, so I guess I'm lucky since it's barely noticeable. My doctor mentioned that about 10% of the American population deals with psoriasis.
My sister, though, has been fighting the most severe form for nearly 30 years. Sometimes she gets a break; for instance, last summer she didn't have to apply anything for three weeks. Usually, though, she uses 40% Beloderm in a white base EVERY SINGLE DAY. At night, she has to coat her entire body (using Belosalic for her hair) and sleep like that. Then in the morning, she has to wake up an hour early just to shower and wash her hair. Real convenient for the winter, right? On top of that, she’s had psoriatic arthritis for a few years now, so turning her neck is a struggle. Because of the chemotherapy, her bones are basically as fragile as glass. Her doctor warned her that if she breaks anything, there's zero chance they'll heal properly.
So yeah, that's the kind of "nonsense" I'm talking about.
Oh, and I forgot to mention they "sunbathed" her under a UV lamp at the salad a few times, so she spent the next few days stuck at home covered in blisters...
What an idiot.

Look, the person wrote a perfectly fine account of a woman who recovered and listed what helped. Don't be such a know-it-all. 🙄
Is it really easier for you to believe it's incurable than to actually try something else???
Good grief.

Psoriasis is a genetic condition, so there is NO CURE. That said, you need a secondary trigger to actually see symptoms—things like stress, a bad diet, inflammation, whatever. So, I guess by changing your lifestyle, you can mitigate the symptoms or maybe even clear them entirely. All this talk about magic cures is just total nonsense. 🙄

Actually, you're totally tearing him apart.

It can't be cured, but the symptoms can be completely eliminated????

That's not exactly logic, is it? 😁

1. My diet is actually great.
2. Stress isn't really an issue for me.
3. I stay active every single day.
4. So, regardless... there's a history of psoriasis in my family.

Your diet is "great"?
Are you sure about that?
Do you even know what's actually recommended for psoriasis?
Are you consistently taking Omega-3 and other supplements?

Hannah Davis18 said:Fine, I get it; your point is that you're claiming it’s impossible to eat well without taking the pills you're peddling.👎

It's not about buying pills from some salesman; it's about supplements, vitamins, and minerals.
You don't have to buy them from him—since the guy isn't even selling anything, he's just giving decent advice—but where you get them matters. You need quality stuff. Taking a multivitamin, minerals, Omega-3, aloe vera, things like that... they're just dietary supplements because, let's face it, modern food doesn't have enough of the nutrients we actually need to stay healthy anymore.
What's the worst that could happen? A crown fall off your head?

Besides, if you'd rather stay sick just to prove you're "right," that's your business.
👎

He isn't selling you snake oil; he's telling the truth.😢
I tried it. My husband tried it. A clean diet—no sugar, no refined carbs, no alcohol—plus multivitamins, minerals, aloe vera, herbal teas, Omega-3, plenty of fresh fruit and veggies, fish, whole grains... all our issues just vanished.
And man, the amount of time we spent dragging ourselves to doctors before that.👎
For years. No results whatsoever.

The WHO used to just suggest supplements back in early 2004. But since then? They’ve been basically shouting that if you actually care about your health, supplements are MANDATORY. And they aren't saying it for fun. It's the stats. Disease rates are climbing because modern food is junk and leaves us starved for vitamins and minerals. 😢

I'm just out here trying to educate people—trying to wake them up. Whether you listen or not? That's on you. Which vitamins you pick? Also on you. I'm not selling anything, so maybe just get that through your heads already. 😎

Honestly, I’d be thrilled if someone finally posted something useful or constructive here. Reading these empty comments is getting tedious. If you don't have any actual knowledge or experience to offer, then don't bother with the nonsense. 😁

🙏 🙏 🙏

I seriously cannot believe how stubborn and ignorant some people are. 😲
THEY CARE MORE ABOUT THEIR ILLNESS THAN ACTUALLY LISTENING OR TRYING SOMETHING NEW.

People would probably believe McDonald's when they claim their food is healthy before they'd ever believe you, mistybear4. And everything you said is THE TRUTH. 🙄

Now I get that old Ramb Amadeus saying:
One hot beer is better than four cold ones,
an old lady is better than a young girl.

That's exactly how these people are. 👎

So, there’s four of us chiming in now: mistybear4, dustybison15, Edward Price73, and myself. We're all describing the exact same thing.
Good grief, just because you've never heard of something doesn't mean it's nonsense, does it? 😲

Now, hold on—this is simply NOT TRUE. Honestly, people, why is everyone falling for this blatant propaganda?

In that specific scenario, you don't actually need supplements at all! You can get everything you need straight from your food. But hey, if you really love throwing money away, who am I to stop you? It’s your wallet!

You shouldn't take the pills someone is trying to sell you; instead, go for herbal supplements, vitamins, and minerals.

And where exactly does all that stuff come from for free?

Gregory Turner71, if you're still reading this, shoot me a PM. This whole thread is heading straight toward... Big Pharma.

Think whatever you want. Whatever.
It worked for me. If you prefer being sick, that's your business.
If you didn't catch my point, I said you don't have to take PILLS or drugs—just herbal supplements.
I’d much rather spend my cash on fish oil and a multivitamin. Honestly, I'm practically breaking the bank here; one multivitamin lasts me six months and cost $15, plus $9 for 200 capsules of fish oil... what else can I do with that kind of money? Buy four beers at a pub?
Your arguments are honestly ridiculous, acting like this is some massive expense when you compare it to how much the average person spends on things that actually wreck their health, like cigarettes, alcohol, sweets, coffee, or soda...

And how exactly are you controlling it if you aren't growing the food yourself?
Are you managing the ladies at the farmer's market via telepathy or something?
😁

I guess you picked up their attitude too, huh?

Herbal supplements! Who's making them? Under what conditions? How do you even know the ingredients match what's on the label—if there even is a label? Or are they just being packaged by some random crew in a dirty warehouse halfway across the world???

Second, if you eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, eat blue fish, and pay attention to how you prep your food, you don't need supplements because you can get everything you need from real food.

And third, some people enjoy their coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, and sweets. So what?
I enjoy running every day or any kind of physical activity, but I don't lecture others on how they should live just because I think they'll end up young, sick, and dead...

Look, my arguments come from someone who actually knows a bit more about nutrition than what you'll find in some random grocery store pamphlet. For instance—and this is basic stuff—if you eat actual fish, you don't need omega-3 capsules, because those fatty acids are a natural part of North Atlantic fish. You get your vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables. Fiber? Also found in produce and whole grains. So, really, who are you trying to sell this nonsense to? Someone who actually cares about their health can manage just fine without any "magic potions." Personally, I stay healthy without any supplements at all, even though I've got a genetic predisposition for psoriasis. I had a patch on my elbow last year—likely a stress reaction—but it's gone now. And no, I don't go around chugging "natural" concoctions. Sure, sometimes I grill out and have a drink, and chocolate is basically my main food group.
