Matthew Sullivan32 said:Wait, where did I even bring that up? Honestly, you're just as clueless as he is, and I guess you two are basically cut from the same cloth anyway, so it doesn't really matter to me. 😁

My bad, that P.S. wasn't actually meant for you, it was more for everyone else (I just couldn't be bothered to type out two separate replies, you know?), but since you decided to go there and question who's actually being more of an idiot—me or Mac—well, fine... I suppose what I’ve noticed is that we both tend to react pretty much the same way when faced with certain levels of stupidity. 😁

If there’s any truth to what was said about urine levels... then I suppose I should start looking into liquid bacteria 🤣

I’ve been sticking to Kraft... honestly, I just knocked back a liter right after my run 😳

It goes like this: one glass immediately following the run, then a quick shower, then another glass once I'm out of the shower
then I'll whip up one to have with my meal, plus another one during the meal itself, and then another one later on

Man... I think I actually downed five or six glasses tonight alone 😁

Goodness... I find it quite fascinating when people start debating the merits of "natural" versus "synthetic" vitamins—as if the mere label of being "artificial" somehow makes them inherently harmful! 🤣

Man, this totally reminds me of my ex-mother-in-law—she was absolutely convinced that eating ice cream would give you a bladder infection just because it was cold...🤣

I tried explaining it to her so many times—like, hey, the ice cream melts in your mouth anyway and reaches body temp before it even gets near your bladder... plus, infections are caused by bacteria, not temperature... but honestly? It was a lost cause.
She kept changing her underwear every single morning! And she’d only shower once a week!

😁

The "synthetic" stuff isn't even harmful—it's literally NOTHING!!!!

Can drinking a massive amount of Kraft (like 2 liters) actually mess with your kidneys? I’m talking about pain that feels similar to a kidney stone attack.

Has anyone here ever dealt with something like this?

I think I heard somewhere that drinking too much Kraft might lead to kidney stones, but honestly, I have no clue how reliable that info actually is.

I’d definitely say Kraft plays a part in making limescale build up, though I guess a lot of it just comes down to how your body works individually. Speaking from my own experience, though... that scale is a total pain in the ass 😠

Kraft can trigger all sorts of urinary issues—kidney stuff, bladder problems, bacteria, whatever... better to just steer clear 😁 and even one glass is way too much

I remember back when I was a kid, a single bottle of Kraft would barely last me three days before it was gone.😕I haven't really felt any lasting effects from all that sugar, but I don't go out of my way to drink it anymore—maybe just once in a blue moon if I'm feeling it.

I knock back at least a liter of Kraft every day... still haven't run into any kidney or bladder issues yet...
we'll see how long that lasts...

I never touched Kraft, and look where it got me—ended up dealing with kidney stones. 😉

Nobody ever claimed that Kraft causes the issues, but it certainly speeds them up..

Look, what I was getting at in my last post was meant to be a little joke—did you even notice the smiley face after the sentence? Honestly, I know exactly what causes those problems and what makes them flare up; I spent two whole years dealing with kidney stones, and while I eventually managed to clear them out with herbal teas, the struggle before that was pretty intense. During that stretch, I went through countless doctors and read every single thing I could find about stones and how to manage them until I finally hit on the right solution. It never even crossed my mind that Kraft would be the actual cause (I mean, that’s a ridiculous thought to even entertain), but I'm telling you, it absolutely accelerates the process. I got lucky that mine stayed relatively small, so they were able to pass without too much drama...

So, I picked up some Kraft cranberry instant drink for the first time last week, and today something seriously weird happened with it.
Basically, I mixed the stuff up and started drinking it, but I didn't finish the whole thing. I left a little bit sitting at the bottom of my mug... just thinking maybe I'd come back to it in like, half an hour or whatever. Well, when I looked back, the leftover liquid had turned this incredibly strange color. Here, check out the photo so you can see what I mean:

I guess I'm just wondering if this is actually normal? Like, why would that happen? It was this deep red color right when I made it, so I don't get why it changed so much!

Maybe there was just some leftover detergent residue in the glass 🤔—I can’t really think of anything else that would cause this 🤷

nah, honestly, the house was spotless. plus, they'd already rinsed everything out with water first, so there wasn't even a trace of detergent left inside, 100%!

Kraft, regardless of how it tastes, is basically a chemistry experiment. 👎 It’s probably better to just steer clear.

I’m inclined to agree—it’s probably best to steer clear of Kraft Foods, even if the flavor is quite pleasant.

If you look at the ingredients in Kraft Foods, you'll find artificial food colors, various flavor extracts, preservatives, and several other additives.
Furthermore, the Niacin (water-soluble vitamin B3) found in Kraft Foods can potentially cause issues with the liver if consumed in high enough quantities.
There is also a thickening agent, Food additive, derived from acacia senegal; while it is considered a natural thickener, it can trigger allergic reactions in certain individuals.
