Michael Diaz4 said:He’s just not the greatest, honestly—he’s got a killer car but his strategy game, and the whole team's approach today, was just totally off... if he were actually the best, he would've taken the win, but today it was clearly Rosberg and Vettel's day. End of story...

Man, you're making way too much sense right now! 😁

Michael Diaz4 said:He messed up because he actually listened to them, which is the real issue here since a true champion wouldn't have fallen for that in this kind of situation... I know it's easy for us to sit back and criticize when everything turns into a total chaotic mess and nobody can tell who's doing what anymore, but he really should have assumed those two were close enough to overtake him. Instead, he just blindly followed his "strategists" and got burned because they completely let him down, and honestly, a real champ wouldn't make a mistake like that...

Raymond Ortiz89 said:So that's how you see it...

So you're basically saying you know Hamilton and Vettel are better drivers than Alonso... 🙂🙂🙂

You're just digging your own grave...

Cuj Baton isn't even close to being better than Fernando Alonso—only someone totally clueless could actually claim that...

So, does the consensus among the experts actually put Fernando Alonso at the top as the most complete driver out there? YES.

Was Alonso named the best driver of the decade last year? YES...

That's enough... 👋

Yeah, right... Fernando Alonso screwed himself. Or maybe it was Di Grassi? Or Vitaly Petrov? Or maybe Robert Kubica because he didn't give the spot back and took a penalty at the British GP? Or maybe Lewis Hamilton in Valencia? Lol.

Ronald Campbell44 said:Those guys on the pit wall with all their telemetry didn't realize how big the gap was, but he really should have assumed...

Honestly, they knew. They just miscalculated. And he should have known better, too. He got complacent. He thought he’d put in enough fast laps to coast near the end, but you have to realize that once you stop pushing, that's when people catch you. Or maybe his car and tires were just so dominant that he lost touch with where the limit actually was. Nico knew, though. If I remember correctly, he clocked one of the fastest laps. Daniel Ricciardo was lurking around there, too... You see what I mean? You have to know exactly when you're driving right on the edge, and he just lost that sense. He tried to make a move late in the race while chasing Sebastian Vettel, but let's be real—the kid is just too good to overtake on a track like this, even if you have a faster car. You simply can't pass a four-time consecutive world champion on this circuit. It was obvious to him by the end, and I think that's where the frustration set in. That's why he ended up smashing into that sign at the finish...

I honestly don't care who's at fault here.😉

Honestly, my respect for Hamilton just shot through the roof because of how he handled the whole mess. He didn't go full savage and dive-bomb Sebastian Vettel in some desperate attempt to force a pass...
And even more so because he didn't spend the aftermath trashing his team or whining about how they stole his win, blah blah blah. He just went ahead and congratulated Nico Rosberg regardless.
That’s exactly what sets the real drivers apart. Because of that, I respect him way more than Fernando Alonso starting today.
Up until now, they were in the same ballpark, but now Hamilton is clearly a level above.👍

Ferrari's pit crew totally botched it. How did you miss that race?...

They were all pretty close until now—but honestly, Hamilton is clearly on a whole different level... 👍

And who actually cares who YOU prefer... anyway...🤣

Michael Diaz4 said:But he earned it...

Of course he earned it...
It would’ve been just as fair if they gave Fernando Alonso a drive-through and gave Ricc 5 sec...
But since they went so easy on Fernando Alonso, I guess they couldn't exactly penalize Ricciardo because apparently a 1-second penalty doesn't exist...

If I remember right, he messed up because he didn't realize he could overtake Vitaly Petrov in such a trash car. The strategy was garbage since he failed to see that Sebastian Vettel was the future champ, and instead, he was too busy being scared of that wreck Mark Webber was driving.👍

Alexander Gonzalez79 said:If you actually believe the nonsense you're spewing, I honestly have to hand it to you. I truly admire that level of conviction.😁 It honestly looks like the worst kind of trolling I've ever seen.

The winner was simply better than whoever took third place, and there’s really nothing more to be said about it.

Ronald Campbell44 said:Good grief, you really are something else! 😁

The top two are clearly better than the third. What more do you even need to see? Hamilton didn't realize those guys behind him were driving right on the limit, and because he was oblivious, he missed his chance. It was naive, but that's just how it goes.

stormybadger8 said:Honestly, I couldn't care less about who's at fault here. 😉

I’ve gained so much respect for Hamilton lately. It’s really all about how he handled that situation. He didn't just go full savage and dive-bomb Sebastian Vettel during that aggressive overtake attempt like some complete amateur would have. He kept his cool, and honestly, that says everything.
And that’s exactly why he didn't go on a total tear at the end. He wasn't whining about how they stole the win from him or all that other nonsense. Instead, he actually had the class to congratulate Nico Rosberg, regardless of everything that went down.
That’s exactly what sets a real driver apart. Honestly, that kind of grit is why I respect him so much more than Fernando Alonso starting today.
They were all pretty much on the same level before, but now? Hamilton is clearly a step above the rest. 👍

He isn't exactly some amateur for doing that. But honestly? Let's just wait and see what kind of chaos breaks loose on Twitter today and tomorrow...😁

I’m genuinely happy to see McLaren-Honda snagging some points here—it’s just enough to lift the mood around the garage, which was much needed. 👍 They’re making steady progress, too; the pace is definitely starting to show.

Max seems to have convinced himself he’s some kind of wunderkind at seventeen, but honestly? He just paid the price for being green. Sometimes you just have to bite your tongue and learn from the mistake.

And that wreck of a car from Mark Webber was actually ahead of Sebastian Vettel with just one lap left in the race... 👋

Plus, you can't blame the strategists for bringing Fernando Alonso in at the wrong time.

Max is acting like he’s the king of the world after that one move, but he definitely paid the price for being green. Sometimes you just have to bite your tongue and realize you've messed up.

He won't make a mistake like that again... He got a bit too cocky... The kid is talented, seriously talented, but he's still learning the ropes.

If Ferrari doesn't show some serious pace and snatch a win at the next race, we can pretty much kiss those upgrades goodbye—it'll be a total wash. We're all just sitting here waiting for any word on that power unit upgrade they've been teasing.

My very first thought once the checkered flag waved: what an absolute robbery 👎
Lewis Hamilton was simply untouchable, both during qualifying and throughout the race itself, and he deserved that victory down to the last millimeter.
I have to say, Lewis handled himself with such grace on the podium; I truly tip my hat to him for that.

But then we move on to the press conference, where we find out he actually sent a message to his engineer, expressing his fear that the competition might jump on fresh rubber during the safety car period to threaten his lead. Ultimately, I can't help but feel a portion of the responsibility rests with Lewis himself, can I? He is a seasoned veteran by now, and surely he understands just how difficult it is to make a pass on the streets of Monaco.
And yet, we see that the pressure from Ferrari is finally injecting some much-needed excitement into this year's championship battle.

Aside from Lewis, though, I found the performances of Sergio Perez and Jenson Button quite noteworthy 🙏
