I honestly doubt anyone’s making real money off an offer like this tonight... we already had two pretty solid days of picking up wins.
The only real way to play this is to wait for the live betting—you need to see who actually shows up, how much heart they're putting into it, and what the starting lineups look like first.

Then again, anything can happen in this game... so just use your head.

Atletico x2
Stuttgart 1
Napoli 1
Come on, I need some picks from you all...

Napoli is totally resting their big guns—their most important starters;
Napoli 3-5-2
Rosati
Campagnaro, Fernandez, Gamberini
Mesto, Valon Behrami, Ivan Donadel, El Kaddouri, Dossena-
Lorenzo Insigne and Vargas.

They’re actually capable of dropping points at home against AIK, who pulled off that massive upset in Moscow by knocking out CSKA Moscow.

02/17/11 UEFA Europa League Napoli-Villarreal 0-0
12/15/10 UEFA Europa League Napoli-Steaua Bucharest 1-0
10/21/10 UEFA Europa League Napoli-Liverpool 0-0
09/16/10 UEFA Europa League Napoli-FC Utrecht 0-0
08/19/10 UEFA Europa League Napoli-Elfsborg 1-0

Stuttgart is hands down the least efficient team in the Bundesliga right now... it's honestly bizarre they haven't managed to find the back of the net at home yet.😂 Seems like they're totally out of rhythm, and they've got a trip to face Werder Bremen this Sunday.
Steaua is going to sit deep and play on the counter—they'll definitely be playing defensively.
Just one guy up top, packed tight in the midfield with support coming from the wings...
Stuttgart is missing key pieces in the defense:
Hoogland, Molinaro, Tasci, plus Kuzmanovic in the middle, and even Audel in the attack.

FC Twente has been lighting it up with 21 goals in their last 5 matches—averaging about 4.2 a game—and they’ve cleared the over 2.5 line in 4 of those...
Hanover is even wilder, dropping 34 goals over their last 6 outings, which is roughly 5.66 per game, including 5 times they hit the over 2.5 mark...

This matchup looks juicy enough that I might actually put a decent single on it, especially since the Lottery really missed the mark on the odds here (DraftKings has it at @ 1.95, while FanDuel is sitting at @ 1.90). Now I'm just waiting for the lines to crash... ☕

The favorite is sitting at 2.05 for the over 2.5 goals...

By the way, PSK was sitting at 2.20 last night, then they dropped it to 1.90 this morning. 👎

I was watching the lineup coverage on ESPN. Look, that’s just an assumption on my part, but when someone is officially sidelined with an injury, you don't even need to guess. 🙂
In any case, I'm betting Anzi isn't going down today. A double chance on the draw or their win seems like a safe bet, though honestly, backing them for the outright win is looking pretty tempting given those odds.

And here is the final Udinese lineup: Padelli, Benatia, Danilo, Domizzi, Faraoni, Badu, Willian, Lazzari, Armero, Pereyra, Ranegie

Alright, moving on to Metalist...

Bayer Leverkusen vs Metalist
Honestly, Bayer isn't nearly as dominant as those odds—around 1.70 to 1.75—would have you believe. They haven't been playing with any consistency in the Bundesliga lately... just totally underwhelming.
Now, don't sleep on Metalist. Last season they were absolute beasts in the Europa League—crushed their group stage, no question. They’ve got a huge contingent of talent coming out of Brazil and Argentina, plus a bunch of other international players too.
There are only like three or four local guys in the squad. Most of them have a solid season or two of experience playing high-level ball in Europe under their belts.
They usually run a 4-4-2 setup, with Willian pushing up on the AML side and Jose Sosa handling the AMR spot.
Up front, you've got Cleiton and Cristaldo. These guys are dangerous, especially when they're playing away from home—this season they went into Bucharest and shut down Dinamo Bucharest 0-2, and check out how they handled their away trips in the Europa League last year:
Match results list: Sochaux 0:4
AZ 1:1
Malmo 1:4
Austria Wien 1:2
RB Salzburg 1:4
Olympiakos 1:2
Sporting CP 2:1
They’re clinical, they’re efficient, and I fully expect them to keep that same energy this season.
Look, predicting a winner is always a gamble—anything can happen in football—but for me, the real value is sitting with the visitors (or even the goals, since Metalist is such a threat on the road).

Kenneth Ward said:I’m going to try this approach for my first parlay today—just a quick double:

Dnipro vs. PSV Both teams to score @ 1.70
We're looking at two sides that live and die by their offense, so I’m banking on both finding the back of the net. The Americans are playing some solid football in their domestic league lately; they've got Juande Ramos pulling the strings on the bench, the young talent Konopljanka, and a few high-caliber Brazilians (Giuliano, Matheus) alongside our own Kalinica and Strinica. They definitely pack a punch upfront, even if their defense leaves them wide open. It’s the exact same story with PSV—aggressive attacking style paired with a shaky backline. On the local betting boards, I might look at over 3.5 goals or just over 2.5, but we'll see how it plays out.

Udinese vs. Anzhi Over 2.5 goals @ 2.50
As for Udinese, they're missing some heavy hitters today. Brkic (their starting keeper), Basta (absolutely vital on the right flank), and Benatia (a cornerstone of the defense) are all out. There's also a good chance di Natale stays on the bench to rest up for the next Major League Soccer match, meaning Ranegie—that striker who joined from Malmo—will likely start. Honestly, he isn't nearly the level you'd expect; if Muriel hadn't dealt with that injury, he wouldn't even be an option, let alone a starter for Guidolin. On the flip side, Anzhi has their full squad ready to go. Hiddink is almost certainly going to throw Eto'o and Traore straight into the attack. For the Russians, this Europa League run means everything, so they aren't going to sit anyone important. It seems like a no-brainer that we'll see plenty of goals here.

Dnipro 2:0 (PSV is officially banned from my tickets after they completely blew it against Utrecht last weekend)
Udinese 1:1 (Di Natale ended up scoring in the end, but it didn't matter since I'd already lost my bet on the PSV game, so there's your only consolation)

Moving on. Nothing to see here.

Full time 0:0, money back🙂
The home side actually looked way more dangerous throughout the match, but they just couldn't find the back of the net when it mattered... just missed a few big chances.
But honestly, you could say Metalist deserved to walk away with the point here...

88th minute. Cross comes in from the left, Llorente goes up for the header, ball hits the crossbar, keeper dives to save it and smacks his head against the post. 😁 Honestly, I should’ve just spent this money on a decent steak dinner since I knew damn well this parlay was a long shot. Whatever. Tomorrow we go again. It'll turn around eventually.

Alright, there are a ton of messy matchups this weekend, so I’ve tried to sift through the noise and pick out the ones where I actually have a decent feeling. I'm steering clear of the English games—they can go absolutely any which way.

SLIP 1

New York Yankees - Cleveland Browns / Home win

Not much of a dilemma here; the Yankees really need to take this one. They’ve got some brutal fixtures coming up against the Florence Fire, Rome, and Shakhtar Donetsk, so they need to bank these points now to maintain momentum. Last season, the Yankees struggled against the smaller clubs, but I don't see that being an issue this Saturday—expecting a 2-0 win for the champs.

Bastia - Paris Saint-Germain / Away win

It feels like Paris Saint-Germain is finally finding its rhythm and turning into that powerhouse everyone expects them to be. They should handle this one easily.

Marseille - Evian / Home win

Regardless of that draw against Fenerbahce, the first team has a perfect record so far. They're facing a side from the bottom half of the table, and anything other than a win would be a massive disappointment.

Lazio - Genoa / Home win

The Americans are hosting a Genoa side that’s proving to be a tough nut to crack—just look at what they did against the Yankees last week. Lazio is still fuming after dropping points in London, but their attacking play is sharp enough to punish Genoa, who I suspect won't have the stamina to hold them off for the full 90 minutes. Looking at a 2-0 or 3-1 scoreline.

Rayo Vallecano - Real Madrid / Away win

I think that victory over Manchester City was exactly the jolt Real Madrid needed to snap out of their lethargy. I'm expecting a high-octane match with a couple of goals from Ronald, who will be desperate to make up for a pretty dismal start to the month.

Barcelona - Grenada / Home win

Just picking this one to bump up the odds a little; better safe than sorry.

Bordeaux - Ajaccio / Home win

That fantastic result in the Europa League, combined with their offense finally waking up, should be enough to break down a fairly solid defense from the club visiting from Corsica.

Looking back at this, my only real worry is Bordeaux—not sure if they might slip up and grab a draw. Anyone else have thoughts?

SLIP 2

Yankees
Paris Saint-Germain
Real Madrid
Marseille

+

Lille - Lyon / Draw or Away win

A tricky trip for Lyon, who have been flying high in the league so far, compared to Lille, who aren't doing so hot after that embarrassing showing against BATE Borisov in the Champions League. I'll cover myself with the draw option; the odds were decent enough.

Twente - Heerenveen / Home win

Obvious favorites here, odds at 1.45.

Parma - Florence Fire / Draw or Away win

I don't quite have the guts to put all my money on an away win, purely because Parma can be unpredictable. Florence Fire has a more than solid squad, boasting two wins and a loss to Napoli so far. They need this one because they head to face the Yankees on Wednesday, and I'm certain Stevan Jovetić is going to make life difficult for Parma—but you might as well hedge your bets, right?😁

Catania - Napoli / Away win

This is my only real gamble. The odds are 2.40 on the Neapolitans, which feels pretty generous given they haven't dropped a point yet. It could easily end in a draw, but with 2.40 on the line, I'm willing to take the risk. It's a tough trip to Catania, where they've had a win, a draw, and a loss in their last three. Then again, that win was a narrow home game against Genoa, they lost to a superior Florence Fire side, and drew away against Rome, who play such a wild style under Zdeněk Zeman, so it's not entirely shocking. I'm putting it on Napoli and seeing what happens.

Rijeka vs. Dinamo Chicago 2 @2.25
Saturday 7:00 PM

Not sure there's much to dig into here, really. Rijeka has definitely leveled up their roster, but they’re still pretty uncoordinated and haven't found their rhythm yet, so I'd say they're still a step below Dinamo. Now, Dinamo had a brutal outing in the Champions League, but honestly, I wouldn't sweat it too much—that loss was kind of expected if you ask me. That said, Slaven Belupo is breathing down their necks in the league standings, so they'll be heading to Kantrid today looking to grab those three points.

That killer performance in the Champions League and their offense finally waking up should be enough to crack through a pretty decent defense from the Corsica club on the road, right?

Looking at it now, my only real worry is whether Bordeaux might trip up here. Anyone got any takes?

I was reading some stuff about Bordeaux having a few guys out on the sidelines, and honestly, look—yeah, they looked incredible against Club Brugge and they’re definitely better than Ajaccio, but you gotta factor in those missing players, the fatigue from Thursday, and the fact that Ajaccio is the kind of team that can ruin your weekend every third game.

If you're asking me, I passed on this one because I wasn't feeling it. 🙂

If you're asking me, I ditched that bet because my gut was telling me it was a total gamble 🙂

Basically, that feeling that it might screw me over turned out to be spot on. Thanks a million, man—I'm scrubbing them from my list immediately!🙂

Honestly, I’d rather not play it safe if my gut is telling me something. Especially with this money situation... whether it's a little extra or a lot, what am I even supposed to do now? 🙂 I told you this weekend was gonna be a total mess. With all those cup matches, league games, and European competitions cycling through right now, everything's just hitting at once. It’s pure chaos. Honestly, who knows what's going to happen? I'm fully expecting some massive upsets.
