Ryan Ruiz33 said:Personally, I wouldn't mess around if I had a gut feeling and all these doubts about the money. More, less... who cares? 🙂 You already said what a mess this weekend is. Tons of clubs are in total chaos because they've been bouncing between playoffs, the league, Europe, and now back to the league again, so I'm expecting plenty of upsets.

What are you calling for today? A 2-goal win plus more for Zenit? Think you know their quality better than anyone else? I'm worried someone might get hammered because Zenit's results have been trash lately... will the US national team just walk all over them today?

Coventry Carlisle 1 @2.10 HL

I’m giving Coventry one more shot—it felt like the squad wasn't quite buying into Richard Shaw as their manager, especially after those two losses following the Stevenage match... But now they've brought in a new coach who immediately signed three new players—the locker room should be shaken up, and I'm hoping that fresh energy kicks in soon. Looking at a draw...

Dynamo Moscow - Amkar Perm - 1 - 1.80

On paper, Dynamo Moscow should be sitting right at the top of the table—instead, they’re dead last after seven rounds. It’s actually getting ridiculous. Their own fans even showed up at their training camp just to let them know how much they're struggling. On the flip side, Amkar Perm is a decent squad that's slowly but surely picking up points. Dynamo is officially in crisis mode now, and honestly, I'm expecting nothing less than a straight-up win from Dynamo Moscow today.

double:

Port Vale vs Gillingham Over 2.5 goals @ 1.75
Man, Port Vale has been absolutely tearing it up—they’ve already dropped 21 goals in just 7 rounds.
That offensive lineup is just ridiculous right now... you've got Pope, Dodds, and Vincent all firing...
Gillingham is sitting at the top of League Two, holding a 3-point lead over Port Vale.
And get this—their striker Danny Kedwell is on a tear, bagging 7 goals in his last 7 matches.
We’re looking at two teams that basically guarantee at least 2 or 3 goals every single time they step on the pitch.
I’m expecting more fireworks here... last time these two met, Port Vale pulled out a 2:1 win.

KV Mechelen vs Mons Bergen Over 2.5 @ 1.70
01.14.12, KV Mechelen - RAEC Mons 4 : 1
09.17.11, RAEC Mons - KV Mechelen 5 : 1
Goals are almost a given here because Mons Bergen is playing some seriously efficient football on the road—plus, Mechelen is desperate to keep that momentum going after their win against Ghent last week.
Honestly, Mons Bergen is one of those teams—along with Standard Liège—where you can pretty much bank on high scoring games.
Mechelen's goal difference through 7 rounds is sitting at 12:12
Mons Bergen's goal difference through 7 rounds is 16:15
Both sides are currently tied with 8 points.

---------------------------------------
Now this is interesting... looking back at the last 4 matchups, they were all deadlocked at halftime with a 0:0 score.
04.01.12, Panionios - Levadiakos 2 : 0 (0 : 0)
12.04.11, Levadiakos - Panionios 0 : 0 (0 : 0)
01.17.10, Panionios - Levadiakos 2 : 2 (0 : 0)
09.13.09, Levadiakos - Panionios 1 : 0 (0 : 0)

Hey everyone, quick question for you 😉 how many minutes before the first game kicks off do I need to place my bet at SuperSport? Is ten enough?

If you're at the physical branch, you can pretty much pull it off two minutes before kickoff...

Bryan Adams6 said:What are you thinking for the 2-goal spread on the New York Yankees today? You think you know more about the quality of these teams than I do? I'm honestly worried someone might catch a lucky break because the Yankees have been playing so poorly lately... you think the underdog is going to come flying in with a volley today?

It’s totally possible for that to happen given the massive gap in talent between the New York Yankees and the underdog, but there's another rule to consider: you just know a team like mine has to drop some points eventually, right? Like, they have to slip up somewhere big. We’re still early in the season, and honestly, we didn't stand a chance against the heavy hitters like the Chicago Blackhawks, Orlando Magic, or Union Pacific, but I truly believe someone else is going to catch us off guard soon. Whether it's the New York Yankees or the New York Yankees... who cares, it'll happen.

To cut through the chatter, here's my take on the over: my money is on this; the big guys are underdogs here so there's zero pressure, especially since they just grabbed an away win against the Detroit Red Wings. They're bringing a stacked roster to Cleveland, so they'll be looking to prove themselves. The squad is finally clicking—the new signings have settled in and we don't have any major LeBron James-style absences right now.

Honestly, I'm hoping they put on a show because they'll be playing loose. I'm low-key praying for a goal from Kevin Durant to spark some chaos and leave the Yankees sweating because they absolutely have to win today. But hey, that's just my personal take and what I'm wishing for.. 🙂

Real Madrid @1.35
Real Madrid is on a roll right now. They’re coming for Barcelona. Vallecano is two classes below them if the Madrid squad stays focused and keeps their heads in the game.
Atletico Madrid @1.35
They’ve been resting plenty of players to prep for the Champions League, but they absolutely crushed Hapoel in the Europa League recently. Valladolid is definitely the weaker side here.
Arsenal vs Manchester City over 1.5 goals @1.17
Both teams score constantly. They both tend to make defensive errors or have goalkeeping blunders once in a while. Maybe there's a bit of fatigue from the Champions League causing some lapses in concentration, but I'm expecting at least two goals.

Total: @2.13 A slightly bigger bet.

What do you guys think?

Real Madrid is picking up steam—they should handle Barcelona easily, and Vallecano is basically two tiers below them if the Madrid squad stays focused.
Atletico Madrid @1.35
They’ve been resting quite a few players for the league, but even with a secondary lineup, they absolutely crushed Hapoel in the Europa League. Valladolid isn't going to be much of a challenge.
Arsenal vs Manchester City over 1.5 goals @1.17
I’m expecting a shootout here. Both sides score plenty, and they both tend to have those defensive lapses or keeper blunders now and then—surely we'll see at least two.

TotalEnergies: @2.13 a slightly heavier stake

What do you guys think?

Personally, I think this is a solid set of picks. My only gripe is that the odds on that over are a bit thin—I’d rather take a little more risk and go for "both teams to score" at 1.70. Though, looking back, their head-to-head history hasn't been exactly high-scoring... in their last seven meetings, they only cleared the 2-goal mark twice. 🤔)

Eric Fox7 said:I think it's a great pick. My only issue is the odds on this over; they feel a bit low. I’d rather take a slight risk and go with both teams to score at 1.70. Even though looking back at their head-to-head history, they haven't seen many goals lately. In their last seven matchups, they only hit two or more goals twice. 🤔)

I watched their last game when it ended 1-0. There were two posts, a goal-line save, and a few missed sitters... Maybe the risk is too high for those odds.

Now I'm looking at Napoli. Two goals at 2.4 is a bit much for me. An X2 at 1.35 seems like a solid choice instead.
Maybe Over 2.5 at 1.8 or even Over 1.5 at 1.25 would be the smarter play? 🤷

Napoli is flying right now. Honestly, they are the only ones who can truly threaten Juventus this season. They score plenty, and while Catania is decent at home, they concede a lot. I'm not a genius, though—I just can't make up my mind on what to pull the trigger on. 😬

Maybe FCK @ 1.45

They’re really finding their rhythm lately—sitting pretty at the top of the table and looking solid enough to make a run in the EL. Silkeborg hasn't looked great, and history favors the home side here, so I think this is one of the more promising matchups tomorrow—assuming they’ve got that extra bit of hunger to make up for missing out on the league title last season, which obviously cost them their spot in the Champions League.

Kockar :D said:What's the move, Bryan Adams6?

🙂
I don't even know where to start. 🤣
There’s enough action today for like 5 or 6 solid parlays, but I’ll play it safe and just stick to 2. 😁

Liverpool FC?
My "favorites" always step up when they face the big dogs. They'll definitely bag a goal, but expect them to concede one too. 🙂
Newcastle United?
They rested basically their entire starting lineup. They better show up today or they're gonna suffer another embarrassing home loss like they did against Ville.
Manchester City?
All about that attack... nothing but offense.

Can Hajduk Split pull off the win? The 2.15 odds aren't bad—though I have to say, that 2.70 at SS for the first half looks pretty tempting... It feels like they tend to lose steam later on, usually putting all their energy into that opening half... 🤷

The first half looks pretty tempting to me.

As for Slaven
We’re going to miss Rak and Purić since they didn't suit up against Rijeka, plus Canada is dealing with three yellow cards. Šaban is out with an injury, and Geng came down with a sudden fever.

Honestly, I have no clue how much those guys actually matter. Waiting on Bryan Adams6 and DEM to weigh in.

The insiders say they can't wait to get started; Krstičević is feeling good about it. This is only their fourth home game, but they should have plenty of help from the crowd acting as a 12th man. 🤷

@pingvin-zd, what's your take?

@zoom, what about Manchester City?
Against Real Madrid, they couldn't put a single shot on goal in the first half, though they opened up a bit in the second. Not sure if they'll have enough gas in the tank for a shootout today. 🤷

I'm still an idiot, honestly... got home at 5, then ended up hitting the gym at 9😁

If I play this on some sportsbook, I might try both sides since the odds look decent at 3 plus the 2.20 kicker, but let’s be real, Slaven is going to be a massive headache for the Hajduk guys... especially if you've been watching them lately, they just can't seem to close games out, and they've been leaking goals late in the match against teams like Osijek, Inter, and Rijeka, which cost them points

Plus, we can't ignore that a win puts Slaven at the top of the table, so they aren't going to go playing reckless and leave their defense wide open

@Jesse Brown12/">@@Jesse Brown12, what's your read?

@Bryan Adams6/">@@Bryan Adams6, you leaning City?
Against Real, they couldn't hit the broad side of a barn in the first half, then they just emptied the tank in the second. Who knows if they'll have any gas left for a shootout today. 🤷

Rak, Puric, and Canadzija are locks—staples of the lineup—especially Rak and young Canadzija. Geng is just some rookie still trying to find his footing.
Honestly, I don't get why everyone is obsessing over this matchup when there are plenty of easier games to pick right now. 🤷

Arsenal will probably play defensively again today, and even Mancini—stupid and narrow-minded as he is—likely won't bother playing defense just to snatch a goal on the counter.
City actually looks like a better bet to win, but I'll leave that alone. My prediction is either a draw or a 3+ goal thriller.

Bryan Adams6 said:The core players—think names like Miller, Puric, and even little Canada—are the established pillars here, especially Miller and young Canada, whereas Geng is just a junior who still needs to prove he belongs on this stage.
I must admit, I’m somewhat perplexed as to why everyone is obsessing over this particular matchup when there are so many other, arguably easier games to forecast today. 🤷

Arsenal will likely rely on Mancini’s defense again today, though I suspect that even someone as tactically rigid as Mancini won't bother playing defensively this time; they'll probably just try to snatch whatever they can on a counterattack.
To be honest, I actually see City as being closer to a victory, but I won't get sidetracked by that—my prediction remains Over/Under 2.5+.

Take the Valencia vs. Mallorca game, for instance—Over/Under CF at 1.80. Valencia seems capable of finding the net regardless of the venue, and Soldado is the type of striker who will punish even the slightest lapse in concentration. On the other hand, Mallorca is sitting comfortably in the standings and playing on home turf, having found the back of the net in five of their last six outings. Valencia isn't just a team that serves up goals to Barcelona, either. It also helps that the last seven head-to-head meetings have all cleared the goal threshold.

Something worth considering:
USL Championship 12:00

Stom Olsztyn vs. Flensburg Swinoujscie - Away Win @ 2.00
The final odds are in, and there's a stark contrast here. The visitors are currently sitting comfortably at the top of the table with an undefeated streak of 8 wins, boasting a dominant goal difference of 13-1. On the other hand, the home side is struggling down in 16th place with a goal differential of 7-15. It’s hard to ignore that the hosts haven't managed a single victory in their last six outings, whereas the visitors have been on quite the roll. 😁
If anyone happens to have any insider intel on this one, please feel free to share.

Spanish La Liga 12:30

Mallorca vs. CF Valencia - Over 2.5 goals @ 1.80(as discussed in the chat)
Valencia seems capable of finding the back of the net regardless of where they play; Soldado, in particular, is the type of player who will capitalize on even the most minuscule opening. Mallorca is holding their own in the standings and playing at home, having scored in five of their last six matches. Valencia isn't exactly a one-trick pony either—they don't just rely on scoring against Barcelona. It also helps that the last seven head-to-head matchups have all cleared the over goal threshold.
