Users are being insulted, and mod Nex is staying suspiciously quiet (along with the rest of the mods

Why is it that every single time I post a photo, everyone just jumps down my throat to insult me? 🤷
I mean, when someone else posts a picture, I’m not out here tearing them apart—and if I have been, it’s only because someone did it to me first. It’s not like every user on this forum is some supermodel anyway, but I don't feel the need to humiliate people for it.

feraltrucker5, let me guess: these people are all your little buddies, or maybe you grab drinks with them during the week. ☕

To me, it feels like straight-up harassment. No matter what thread I start, there’s always a small group—some regulars and then these new guys too—who engage in blatant bullying, and then somehow, at the end of the day, I’m the one who gets banned while they don't even get a warning. It's all about who you know. 🙄
The moderators here aren't objective at all—not even close to being as unbiased as that piece of work ZGSash, who handed me a long-term ban. Though, you can really see his "great objectivity" in action, considering he got banned himself now that he isn't a moderator.

I can't believe it, but I actually thought about starting a thread over on PZK just for you. Specifically, one where I’d defend you, because what people are doing to you here (don't get mad, guys) is honestly getting pretty disrespectful. Though, I guess you kind of invite it yourself, but still, it’s not right.

I think mocking Melpy and her photos—which she’s even had to pull from other sites—is wrong. It goes against the rules of this forum, sure, but more importantly, it goes against basic human decency, where making fun of people is seen as being really low-class.

But again, Melpy, you post stuff and start threads that basically bait the people who enjoy messing with you. When there aren't any mods around (and Sci definitely isn't capable of seeing anything beyond obvious spam—that's why she only handles the BR board), you just end up digging yourself deeper into frustration, and now you've got an audience following you to other forums too.
So, yeah, you kinda built your own reputation.

Still, I've never been able to stand bullying. In the past, I've always felt the need to step in for the victim, so I feel like I should back you up on this topic.

I'm with you on this. What they're doing to Melpy is pure harassment, and the mods really should be stepping up to protect users from other users.

I mean, Melpy should have the right to post pictures in a thread meant for that without being mocked for it.
Her threads about little kittens and doctors are just her way of trying to escape the comments here (she doesn't know how else to deal with it) and it's all a result of the drama she has with a few users who just love tearing her down.
And hey, maybe those same users should post their own photos so we can give them some feedback too.

It's a shame there isn't anyone else left on this site who cares about this kind of thing.

I wish des would weigh in on this, because I know she has enough empathy to see the problem I'm pointing out (if she's even still involved with our little community).
As for the rest of you... I don't know.

I’m standing with Melpy on this one. I’ve watched what they’re doing to her on this forum—the comments, the mockery, all of it. It’s pathetic. Honestly, the only thing I see here is a bunch of losers sitting at home in front of their screens, shamelessly copying Melpy’s posts and stealing her photos from other sites just to act tough. They resort to bitter insults because they can't handle reality—I thought that kind of behavior was reserved for middle schoolers. These people don't even have the guts to post their own faces to be mocked themselves; they are clearly just small, deeply insecure individuals in the real world.

And I don't believe you actually issued warnings, because how can someone who pulls Melpy insults and posts them on the trash board while laughing can issue warnings for those same insults. Your job is to see them and report them to the sub-forum mod where the insults are happening.

My job here is the same as in real life when I see two kids bullying a third. The fact that you can't grasp my responsibility is one reason why what's happening with Melpy keeps happening.
Because, I guess, if you actually had some sense about it, you'd try to make sure it didn't happen...

When Dolly called her stupid—though I have no idea how you can tell someone is stupid just from a picture—she got banned immediately. If you'd actually been following this since Saturday, you would've known Lindsy got banned too for making the exact same kind of comment that isn't even "visible" in a photo.
