By some stroke of pure luck, I actually managed to wrap things up at the office by nine. Somehow, we still made it out to see man ZEROOOOO. Personally, I thought the concert was fantastic. To top it all off, I somehow managed to knock back four beers and yet, miraculously, I don't have a headache or even a hint of a hangover today. I suspect the beer must have been watered down—perhaps a three-to-one ratio of water to brew.

As far as I'm concerned, it's the perfect ratio. It knocks you down just enough, then gives you a chance to catch your breath and clear your head right when you need it. 😬

I barely even drank anything—maybe one or two beers and some water—but I have to say, the concert was fantastic, and honestly, your album isn't half bad either. It’s been a long time since I heard sound quality that good at a venue like the Fillmore; lately, most places have sounded like absolute garbage.

I’m definitely going with +1 on that American observation. Well, except for the beer part. I try to cut down on the awkwardness by skipping the alcohol altogether. Or maybe it works the other way around? 🤔

Antek, man, we really fought for that sound quality by spending forever tweaking the tone, which was 👍 but KSET is having those typical issues with the neighbors again, and we just weren't willing to settle for anything less than a solid 100 dB.😬

You make it sound like a flaw. But isn't it possible that's exactly what creates great sound—a more controlled, dampened bass?

Yesterday was absolutely killer. Honestly, my favorite part had to be that last thing on the B-side... at least now you can't go around talking trash about Isis anymore. :-))
