But honestly, Martinville is such a great neighborhood. It’s right near KSET—super chill. You can just grab a seat on a bench near the Swamp and relax 🙂

Those are some of the most expensive apartments in the city. Honestly, being right next to the IEEE headquarters is their only real downside. 😬 And just take a look at the listing prices in Martinville. If people actually looked at those numbers, they might finally get a reality check. 😁

And besides, it isn't just about the apartments; it’s about the neighborhood too. I don't see what could possibly be considered "elite" about Martinville. Those crumbling sidewalks that look like they might fall apart at any second? The unpaved side streets? That eyesore of a park/plaza? There isn't a single major retailer nearby, just tiny corner convenience stores. Any actual office buildings? Not really. 🤷

Mine is only 34 square meters and right in the middle of Times Square, goddammit... 🙂

I haven't bothered to measure the exact square footage of my place, but frankly, I couldn't care less as long as I'm only a minute's walk from the woods. <3

Mine’s just a tiny 330-square-foot studio in Brooklyn, and I'm still crashing there with my girlfriend. As for those old historic brownstones, I actually think they're pretty sweet, especially the ones on the block where Limb lives. Only thing is, damn, the street where Limb lives... anyway, I love an off-topic tangent.
