I actually went to see this one surgeon who was absolutely incredible—I’m still obsessed with the results (I'll shoot you a DM with his info). The wild part was that I felt like I was the only local there! Seriously, people fly in from all over the world just to see him. I saw a few women who had traveled in from Vienna, a handful from the States, some from Canada, even a girl from Cuba and someone from Poland. It blew my mind how famous he is internationally.

Can someone please drop that surgeon's name? Seriously, I'm struggling with my nose—both from an aesthetic standpoint and just general health issues—and I really want to get this sorted out. Even though I'm only 18, it’s honestly driving me crazy, and I definitely don't want some hack messing everything up.

Does anyone happen to have any firsthand experience with Dr. Toncic?

So, I was wondering—has anyone actually been to the Bagatin clinic lately? Does anyone have the scoop on how they're doing?

Ashley Young34 said:Honestly, if I knew they could actually pull that off, I’d be jumping on it right now. I mean, those guys are absolute pros, I guess. They really know their stuff.🙏🙏🙏

So, I was thinking about this one thing... basically, if you ever end up hanging out with Dr. Zoran Lajtman on Mercury, you can officially stop stressing about how you look. Seriously. You won't have to worry about your appearance anymore. I guess. Maybe.

Just sitting here scrolling through all this absolute garbage my buddies, my friends, my godmother's crew, and whatever other idiots are posting... just total nonsense.
Man, seriously... has anyone else here actually lived through the absolute stupidity that comes with being human? I mean, if you haven't done something completely brainless at least once, are you even real?

Starting something serious before you hit 18 isn't exactly the smartest move. You’re still basically figuring yourself out, and honestly, you never really know what kind of curveballs life is gonna throw at you next.

Look, fat is the least of our worries here. It doesn't actually hurt, and honestly? It’s probably not even going to last that long.

Look, they don't exactly hurt when they come out, but man, they are awkward as hell. Especially if one of them decides to slide right down your throat... that's a bad time.
Man, that mouth-breathing thing is honestly the worst part for the first couple of days. Like, seriously, it’s so irritating at first. I guess you just have to push through it, because after a bit, you eventually get used to it. For me, that first day was definitely the hardest part.

Look, after surgery, staying put for maybe five days is pretty standard. I guess it really just comes down to what you’re actually doing, though. It all depends on your activity level, I suppose.
Honestly, you’re probably better off just staying put...
It hurts a little, I guess, but it’s nothing major. It isn't like that heavy, dull ache that just sits there forever. It’s more of a light, nagging sensation that hits you every now and then, which is honestly what makes it so annoying.

I mean, damn... you wake up after surgery feeling totally wired, but then what? Like, what am I even supposed to do with this now?
I mean, let's be real—I think we've all been wasted more than a few times.😁

I mean, if you actually managed to peel that fake tan off, you’d probably go into total shock just looking in the mirror because your face would look completely different... I guess.
People usually aren't happy right away, I guess, mostly because the swelling hasn't gone down yet.
Then you touch that weird, gross rubbery texture... honestly, just thinking about it makes me feel sick. That was easily my top two worst things.
But then again, it all goes by way too fast... I guess.

All in all.
Honestly, I don't think the result is even that big of a deal. It’s fine...

Look, we need to talk about the actual outcome. How is the doctor even going to pull that off? That’s the big question, and honestly, it’s everything—if you're looking at this from actual experience. Plus, there's the whole thing about how a patient actually builds a connection with their surgeon before they ever step foot in the OR. That matters too, I guess.

Look, if someone is actually that unhappy with their nose, they should just go get it fixed. Seriously. Nobody needs to be afraid of anything. Just do it.
And what about these photos? I mean, what are you guys even looking at? They look pretty damn awful... honestly, they're way beyond just being bad. They're straight-up gruesome.
Trust me, it isn't even half of what they're claiming.

It all pretty much dies down after maybe two or three weeks—you know, those big swelling issues and the extra fat just sort of vanish.
So, look, for the next two or three weeks, you’re basically just gonna be getting used to your new look. Your skin and everything else is slowly gonna start healing up... you know, that whole recovery phase after the finish.
Price is whatever people say it is, I guess. It really just depends on who you ask.

I don't even know what else to tell you guys at this point...

I had my nose surgery when I was 17, performed by Dr. Glumicic (who’s quite well-known now...) and the only thing required was my parents signing off on the consent. The whole procedure took about two hours, though things got a little complicated for me—nothing catastrophic, just enough that I had to keep those nasal tampons in longer than expected. Removing them only takes a few seconds, but let me tell you, it is incredibly unpleasant! They also left a splint on me for a bit longer than planned... but overall, everything was fine. I headed home a few hours later, and honestly, I spent most of that day sleeping off the anesthesia. I didn't have any bleeding issues at all during that initial period. After a week, I actually went out (!!!)... and I definitely do NOT recommend it. My big mistake? I couldn't stop messing with the stitches. Seriously, don't do that. Just leave it alone and let everything heal naturally! Eventually, I had to go back three more times for hydrocortisone treatments—injections right into the nose to get the swelling down completely. And oh my God, that BOOOOOOOILS!!!!!!... seriously, do NOT go alone. Generally speaking, the experience isn't unbearable. It's a total lie when they claim it doesn't hurt at all. It hurts! But you'll endure it; it's not the end of the world, and the painkillers do their job. My main issue now is this lingering sensation, like something "happened" to my nose again. I feel like I can see the cartilage slightly, even if that's perfectly normal... then again, maybe I'm just being overly obsessed with it. Who knows, maybe I'll decide to go through with it one more time... good luck to everyone planning to do this!!!!

Ugh, injections... man, just thinking about them gives me the chills. Seriously.
Look, I mean, obviously side effects happen. It's just how things work. That's basically the deal with everything, I guess.

Dammit, side effects happen, obviously, but that’s just how life works with everything...

Oh, hell no! Those shots aren't even necessary... I mean, my nose was still all congested for a while, just filled with fluid, so, yeah, I went ahead and took those injections three times... they hurt, they sting right through to your brain, honestly... but, it doesn't last long... you can power through it... maybe it sounds more terrifying when I describe it like this than it actually is... so don't panic...🙂

Daniel Howard11 I actually wrote you a few pages ago about Toncic—I’ve been a patient of his before, so if you feel like doing some digging, there's info out there..

Anyway, long story short, both him and his son are incredibly polite, and so are the nurses. I was really happy with my surgery two years ago; everything went smoothly and I didn't have any issues at all. The only thing is, over the last six months or so, the cartilage on my right side started spreading out, and now I have this bump—it's not visible yet, but I can definitely feel it under my fingers. But hey, it is what it is—I don't assume it's anyone's fault, honestly...

I'm going back in this winter, though I'll admit I'm debating whether to go back to them or try somewhere else—I'm thinking either Kinchela or Glumicic.

Does anyone happen to know what the current pricing is for the Glumicics? I can't seem to find anything online

steelangler88, Lollatut I feel like I’m dealing with the exact same thing you guys are.

For me, it's this little bump on my right side—it's more on the flank, so you can't really see it, but you can definitely feel it, and man, it drives me crazy!

The weird part is that this showed up about two years before my six-month check-up, even though I didn't hit anything or have any kind of injury. Plus, it doesn't even hurt.

My doctor just told me to wait another six months to a year to see if it goes away on its own—which honestly nearly gave me a nervous breakdown because I'm pretty sure he was just saying that to cover his own tracks since he had no clue what caused it either..

It’s a sharp, deep burn that hits you hard. But look, it doesn't last long. You can handle it. Maybe it sounds more intense than it actually is, but seriously, don't freak out.🙂

Yeah, relax. You didn't really need to bring that up. Most people aren't even dealing with those side effects.☕

First of all, let’s get one thing straight: those aren't "side effects." They are standard occurrences that happen in the vast majority of cases—to almost everyone! It’s just that some people choose not to mention them. Personally, I experienced it, and honestly, everything cleared up much sooner and ended up looking way better... by the way, I am certainly not the only one who went through this. It’s funny, really. You say you want the surgery, but then you start trembling over every little potential complication. If you aren't terrified of the actual procedure itself, have you even bothered to ask what it's actually like? Have you done any research? Have you sat down and read about what can actually happen? There are a thousand different things to consider! You shouldn't be living in fear. If you're so worried that you'd rather take a shot just to avoid a moment of panic, then you're in real trouble. I truly wish someone had been there for me to walk me through all of this. I’m not trying to stir the pot; I am simply sharing my own experience in good faith so that you all might actually be prepared for what's coming. That is all there is to it.

Some folks don't mention it, but I went through it, and honestly, everything settles down way faster and looks better in the end. And trust me, I'm not the only one this happened to. Look, if you're going for surgery, you can't be terrified of the aftermath while acting like the procedure itself isn't a big deal. Have you actually done your homework? Read up on what to expect? If you're panicking over stuff like getting an injection, you're in for a rough time. I wish someone had just been straight with me from the start. I'm just sharing my experience so you guys aren't caught off guard. That's all.

I wasn't talking about side effects specifically, just things that happen during recovery. As for the surgery, I know exactly what I'm getting into. I stay updated online because I want the full picture before I make a move.☕

I could probably just get this surgery done at the local hospital... because of my septum... but honestly, I think I’d much rather go to a private clinic... This isn't exactly a small thing for me, and while I know it doesn't technically have to be a big deal, I'd feel a lot more secure having it handled privately... My only real worry now is how quickly they discharge you there. Like, do they really send you home that same evening or maybe the next morning? And what if something actually goes wrong... I highly doubt a private clinic stays fully staffed through the night... whereas I see people being kept in the hospital for seven days after surgery here...
For those of you who had this done at home, how did you handle the follow-up appointments? Which day did you go back? And what happens if there's some kind of complication or significant swelling? Honestly, I'm feeling pretty lost about all this 😢

I wonder if Glumicic actually has any patience... because when I was out with a friend at the local theater, I got the impression he doesn't really listen—it’s almost as if he thinks people are asking him stupid questions. It felt less like a consultation and more like someone selling bread where you just want whatever works...😁
rather than a whole new nose or something else entirely...

Hey everyone, I'm new here. Honestly, I'm pretty unhappy with my nose, so I've decided to finally get it fixed. I have my surgery scheduled for next week with Dr. Glumicic, so we'll see how everything pans out. I'm really crossing my fingers that it all goes smoothly, because my first impression of the doctor was actually great—totally different from the way he's portrayed on TV. Wish me luck, guys; I'll let you know how it went.

I have a quick question regarding hospitals—is admission strictly limited to actual respiratory issues or other medical emergencies, or can one be admitted for purely aesthetic reasons as well?
