Good grief, even Anušić is at it—the guy missed easy shots in both games in Phoenix, and he’s going to drive us absolutely crazy during the tournament in Germany 😠 I'm betting Vuković ends up getting the start over Tonči Valčić 🤮

Is Tonči Valčić out?
That’s weird...

Between the ongoing issues with Dominiković, it honestly looks like they might leave Lino at home too...

I don't see Valčić going anywhere—he'll likely stick around long enough to see Vuković get the boot instead.

Today’s the day we finally find out.

Everyone is just throwing wild guesses at the wall at this point.

I actually have some inside info, and it basically says, "Tell those people on the forum that everything will be revealed today, and all this speculation is just noise." 😁

Linus is keeping us in the dark here 🙂

Anyway, the Poles absolutely crushed Russ in their scrimmage, and they played on even terms with the Spaniards the whole game, only losing by a single goal.

I told you guys—those damn Poles are going to be something else.

I wonder how many more of them we'll actually have to write off

Three players are getting cut: one goalkeeper, a left winger, and an outside midfielder.

Smith, Caleb/Vukic, and let's say... I don't know, maybe Spoljaric or Vukovic. There's no way they're going to bench Valcic.

Then it's Smith, Vukic, and Vukovic.

Neither I nor Caleb impressed me during the US Cup, and he's clearly out of shape... if he doesn't get back into game shape, our left wing is going to be a total disaster again.😢

There’s always that one play where we look to Vori out on the left wing 🙏

That whole setup with Vori playing out on the wing? Honestly, it’s absolutely useless. I don't get it! How is it even possible that with this much talent sitting on our bench, we still can't find a single decent left winger to actually threaten the goal? It's driving me insane! At least we have some grit coming from the right side today, but what good is that if the rest of the formation is completely broken?

If Vori ends up on the wing, I’m turning off the TV entirely.🤣

I actually have some faith in Vukic; I’d give him a shot. Caleb’s been struggling for quite a while now, and let's face it, he's already 33...

I have a feeling Linus might end up cutting Duvnjak too. Word is he’s been looking totally lost during practice—it seems like he’s way more distracted by all the hype surrounding him than actually focusing on the game.

I really hope that doesn't happen, though. It looks like we're stuck choosing between him and Spoljaric. Since Anusic was pushed into that defensive role, Spoljaric has basically become redundant. That leaves us with the real dilemma: Duvnjak or Spoljaric. If you ask me, Spoljaric is the one most likely to get cut because Anusic took his spot, whereas Duvnjak is a much better backup for Balica.

Vori on the wing?
I've seen that experiment attempted a few times... didn't end particularly well...

I really hope that doesn't happen. But it looks like it's a toss-up between him or Spoljaric. Since Anusic was pushed into that defensive role, Spoljaric ended up being the odd man out. So, the real question right now is whether it'll be Duvnjak or Spoljaric. If you ask me, Spoljaric is more likely to lose his spot since Anusic took it, whereas Duvnjak makes for a much better backup for Balica.

Spoljaric played pretty poorly in the last tournament. I could see them putting Duvnjak in during those few attacks when they sub out Balica just to give him some much-needed experience.

Honestly, I don't think anyone in recent handball history has ever thought it was a good idea to take a guy who's over 6'7" and 220 pounds—someone who's probably spent his entire career playing pivot 😁—and stick him on the wing. Personally, I'd stick with Caleb.

Doesn't matter if we roll with Caleb or Vukic, as long as we get a real winger out there.
China might actually be the better call just to keep the locker room vibe right.

Who on earth did you see in 🤣
Kim, Fojko, Kim.
And I see you all are already debating who has the best defense in the world. Get ready for some serious bickering, you bunch of troublemakers 🤣

"China" is what happens when you type too fast. Type slow, you get "Kim." 😁
