Watching the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 right now, and honestly, it looks like Norway is pulling ahead at the moment.
Anyone else tuning in?

Norway, Norway... Wing Wam!!!

Failed imitators 😁 Bon Jovi launched a total rock revolution from the late 80s... yeah, yeah... 🙏

For me, it's Moldova... followed by Norway, Germany, and the US 😁

I have a feeling Russia is going to take first place...
And I have to admit, I actually like the song... Maybe it’s just the girl, who knows... Russia, Norway, Moldova, some vitamin D drama😁

slyviper47 said:If you ask me, the biggest shocker last year was the Mexicans, mostly because I had them sitting at the absolute bottom of my own rankings... I mean, that song just lacks any kind of energy, it's basically half-country music.... it went way too far

Honestly, I’d suggest you stop trying to predict these things immediately, because your track record isn't exactly stellar!
- It bugs you that Lan is my version of a mid-tier track, but look around—half the songs this year are mid-tier!
- And why song must be dynamic? Seriously, go look up the winners from the last 15 or 20 years and you'll see it's definitely not always like that.
- You put Mexicans at the very bottom of your list last year, but I distinctly remember they were the favorites on almost every major international site heading into the contest. They were even ahead of Ruslana.

Eeeee Binko, you actually managed to get through two whole posts without bringing up Bon Jovi. I’m starting to get worried here. 🙄

I’m almost ready to bet money that those former USSR countries are gonna end up right back at the top again, all because of that stupid voting system.

What am I supposed to do when the rip-off is this obvious?
I have to say! 😉 😁

Hmm, I'd say the three most obvious rip-offs were that curvy Maltese woman, that hot Greek woman, and those three Swedes... wait, sorry, I meant those Herzegovinian women.

It feels like I’ve heard that one from the Cyprus Moldovan before 😕

The Moldovans were trying a bit too hard to channel the Red Hot Chili Peppers—it was in their look, a little bit in the sound, but mostly in the performance... the only thing truly original about them was the lady 😁

It's 6 against us, though we're sitting at 7 if you count the monks
Who actually voted that way? I'd love to know. 🙄

I swear, voting by neighborhood is such a joke...

I really hope Russia wins the hearts of people in Ukraine, especially when I hear them making all this noise over there...
