Can someone recommend a solid neurologist? Not at a private clinic, though—I need someone working in the NYC hospital system. Dealing with constant dizzy spells every single day.

Jordan Dimanovski. He works at Vinogradsky and also sees patients privately over at the Zahi Clinic. Honestly, I went through quite a few different urologists before I stumbled upon him by total chance... but now? I wouldn't trade him for anything in the world!

Does he run tests for STDs as well? And how long is the typical wait for the results?

They’re most likely working out of a private clinic, so honestly, your best bet is just to hop on their website and take a look... I'm not entirely sure about the turnaround time for results, but usually, private places are a bit faster than waiting around at a big hospital like the Mayo Clinic. Just give them a call and ask directly. A friend of mine went in for a Salad recently and was only waiting three months just to get the exam itself... they didn't even end up needing the actual testing because everything came back fine. Usually, you can just coordinate with them whenever works for your schedule, like, I once set an appointment for the very next day... anyway, what I mean is, just call the clinic, ask all those specific questions, and make sure to mention the doctor's name so they know exactly who you're looking for.

Does anyone know anything about the pediatric nephrology department at Mayo Clinic? How many specialists are on staff, what's their reputation, and how long is the wait for an appointment? Any info at all would be appreciated.

Can anyone recommend a private clinic in Miami where I can get my lower back checked out? Or maybe my neck... I think it might be that since my arm keeps going numb. I don't have supplemental insurance and I really don't want to deal with being bounced around from one hospital department to another just to end up stuck with a massive bill at the end. Thanks.

That’s not a strict requirement, but it definitely wouldn't hurt 😁 Basically, you just want someone warm and positive, you know? Someone who actually gives a damn about their patients and doesn't just act like everything is a huge hassle!
