Hey everyone, has anyone here actually been to the Dermatology Clinic with Tyler over in San Diego? I’m looking for some honest feedback on what the experience was like.
Also, can someone point me toward a solid dermatologist in general within the States? I feel like I'm flying blind here.
My skin is being a total nightmare lately—super problematic—so I’m seriously considering getting some laser work done to deal with scarring. Has anyone gone down that road? What were your results like? And more importantly... what kind of damage are we talking regarding prices?
One more thing—has anyone ever had one of those "Dermo tests" done (if that's even the right term)? I heard it's kind of like an ultrasound where they scan to find the root cause or whatever. Is that legit?

I just need an expert opinion on my elbow. I’m not walking into just any random orthopedist because my situation is incredibly specific. I’ve had doctors messing around with my elbow for years—drilling into the bone, three different surgeries, the whole nine yards.
Look, the details aren't the point right now, just know this is a delicate case and I have no idea who to trust.
So, if anyone knows a top-tier orthopedic surgeon specializing in elbows, please reach out.

Do they even take patients at all? When I went in there a few years ago, they basically told me, "We're an old clinic, it's a total nightmare here, can you go somewhere else?" :-)

My little girl was diagnosed with left hip dysplasia, and she spent six weeks wearing braces, followed by just wide wrapping. After four months, they noticed the left hip hasn't fully ossified yet, so we were given abduction braces. We've only been using them at night for about four months now, and I thought things were improving slightly... but at our most recent checkup, it seems like there hasn't been any progress at all. Laura is currently 13 months old, though she'll be turning 14 months soon.
I guess I'm just looking for a second opinion from an orthopedist.

A few months ago, I relocated from Chicago to Columbus. Even though it isn't a massive distance, it’s quite an inconvenience because I can't just pop over to my regular doctor in Chicago for every little thing or referral. I find myself needing things frequently, and I'll be living here for at least another year and a half... Does anyone know of any good general practitioners in KC? Specifically, where are they located, what are their office hours, and so on? I have searched through Google and all over the internet, but it seems like nobody in KC has a functional website, and I don't really know anyone locally yet who could give me a personal recommendation...

I noticed someone keeps recommending Dubravka on Jefferson! I’m convinced he’s just running his own shady advertisement here!

I’ve been his patient for years, and I can guarantee this guy is irresponsible. He only cares about the bill, not the patient, even though he takes Medicare.

He’s already messed up several of my teeth. The reason I’m staring at the ceiling at 3:30 AM is because I saw him yesterday to fix a cavity, and he botched it again—the pain is absolutely unbearable!

It happened once before. He left me suffering for three days, claiming it was just "nerve pain," until my face turned purple and swollen. My tooth was practically falling out, and I was pale as a ghost. HE WAS TOO LAZY TO ACTUALLY OPEN THE TOOTH AND SEE WHERE HE SCREWED UP!!!

And IT IS HAPPENING AGAIN TONIGHT!

Plus, he refuses to clean tartar, even though it’s legally REQUIRED. He ground down my wisdom tooth just so he could charge me for a crown. Who even puts a crown on a wisdom tooth???

LONG STORY SHORT: DO NOT GO TO DUBRAVKA ON JEFFERSON under any circumstances, or you'll be wide awake all night like me. I’ve gone through an entire box of painkillers tonight! Literally every hour because this is unlivable!!!
